We booked Jaz Crystal for our honeymoon and stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The beach was absolutely beautiful, golden sand and crystal clear sea

The weather was great, temperature around Mediterranean coastal is absolutely amazing, I did not feel hot during the day, sea was extremely warm and pleasant, I can’t remember when have I stayed in the water for longer than here

The staff at the hotel is super pleasant and there to help you with whatever you need

Awesome food, friendly personnel, nice rooms, clean pools, nice gardens, clean beach with white sand, turquoise water clean as in Caribbean

I recently stayed at Jaz Crystal and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Ali Taha, the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, Ali was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process

Excellent summer resort. Lovely beach, pool and gardens. The rooms are clean, well furnished with a big bathroom and balcony. Elevators are available. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are above average.

also the reception guy informed me about all the hotel activities ( spa and gym )and restaurants and bars locations. The beach is a piece of art, The pools indoor and outdoor are very clean

It's a hidden place of heaven with white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Nice food, with polite staff and super clean. Recommended for relaxed, unique family holidays.


The food was delicious with very reasonable prices ( my stay was half board). The waiters at the beach bar and the restaurant are very friendly and polite

It is a wonderful location with good rooms. Swimming pools are big and nice. You can only see the sea well from the beautiful beach. Food quality is not up to level

The shower was not in good condition in needs of maintenance The door was not well sealed it leaked water out. You can see the tiles needs cleaning around them. Overall maintenance

The quality of service depends on the judgment of staff. Golf cars are available but it worth to watch your head as the ceiling contains sharp metal edges

I recommend it at Matrouh.. Swimming pools, safe place, close to everywhere and reasonable price... Notice sometimes they have a fresh water problems... Ah... Forget about aqua park.. It's disaster 😩

One of the Best hotels in matruh, sandy beach yet crowded in the high season. Food is really good. Parking is very difficult, no Wifi in the rooms

Lovely place for family vacations..in my opinion the beau site has the best beach in matruh...staff is really friendly and polite..food really got better this year just hope they add more healthy options in lunch

Really good hotel having a great view of the beach...also they have their own private beach which itself is very good...but pricey but worth it.

Very nice hotel, best service ever. You feel at home. The staff deals in a very friendly manner. Meals and desert are fantastic like a home made. It's my 8th summer vacation there🥰🥰

There is gym, massage area, playground area, and a nice garden that you can sit there at night. There is entertainment but this year it was cancelled because of COVID-19

There is good social distancing between people, staff and umbrellas. The staff wears masks every day and every time and there is alcohol and hand sanitizer everywhere

We loved the hotel location, the free access for the spa jacuzzi and steam room, the beach cleaness and services accompanied with the beach

The food quality and taste were below Jaz reputation, for 3 nights stay we noticed food recycling and food taste going down for the same item ( hash browns) and on Thursday dinner, most of the items taste were below average, only the grilled meat was nice, unfortunately they can make good food but can't maintain it We disliked the call center experience (several calls without answering), the removal...

The sea is perfectly blue and clean. We also enjoyed waves at the end of September so be prepared. The beach has gorgeous and soft sand

Beach water very clear and clean, you can have fun on the beach, horse rides, also the facility will provide you with rackets, beach volley ball, football. I totally recommend this place, for a small groups and couples

I didn’t go to this place but I went to the resort hotel it was very nice you should try to go to the resort not the island there is difference between the prices but it’s worth it so so so much and there was a lot of activities and things to do and the restaurant was very excellent go see the reviews of the resort and by the all the in the hotel and in the island are same and they are all nice and...

By far one of the nicest places my wife and myself been to, pure serenity, lovely staff, amazing customer care. The Bungalow is soooo authentic, clean and has so much positive energy

Good but only when the see is calm. Unfortunately we were not allowed to the see because of bad weather. So it is not a bay but sort of open bay that is affected by the weather.

The best hotels in all of the north coast Sahel, Ajax Oriental is phenomenal can’t write everything but overall experience is way above any standard in Egypt and compared with EU it’s above and beyond their staff are simply trying to make you satisfied regardless of whatever you ask for amazing place with amazing service

Unfortunately, Jazz staff isn’t as expected! Since i have been earlier to Jazz Marsa Allam and they were superb. I had a couple of bad incidents which i totally regret booking here

Price is reasonable compared to alternatives. Beach is very good (shuttle bus). Cleanliness is not a strength Breakfast buffet is acceptable but can be improved

Namely Islam, Mustafa , Tariq and Jana were perfect in everything, they are doing great efforts I ever seen before. We will visit the hotel again just for animation team

When hotel is not fully occupied, all utilities are not fully functioning. Examples AC in the restaurant and Aqua. You have to ask so they switch on. Conclusion: It's recommended, but don't have high expectations

An excellent hotel in terms of every need, the rooms, the beach, the reception, the reception, the restaurant and the staff in the hotel, especially Miss Naglaa Professional I had a Chinese group of 13 pax, and their comment on the hotel was excellent, and their experience in the hotel was more than wonderful
