A very nice place with warm people. Try it! The sand is fine, the water is nice and clear, food was good. A problem with the drinks...you are served in paper glasses(no problem) but they moisten quickley and they are about 200 ml (to small) . The alcohol is served only on signature and room number🤔

Excellent summer resort. Lovely beach, pool and gardens. The rooms are clean, well furnished with a big bathroom and balcony. Elevators are available. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are above average.

The shower was not in good condition in needs of maintenance The door was not well sealed it leaked water out. You can see the tiles needs cleaning around them. Overall maintenance

It is a wonderful location with good rooms .Swimming pools are big and nice. You can only see the sea well from the beautiful beach .Food quality is not up to level . The quality of service depends on the judgment of staff .No Wi-Fi. Golf cars are available but it worth to watch your head as the ceiling contains sharp metal edges.

The hotel has simple facilities but have a great team. Who able to make a fantastic vacation. The animation team at Aura is an awesome 😎 team. Very nice Hotel in Marsa Matrouh. The Service is great and the Staff is so friendly and helpful. Beautiful water and perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The breakfast is so tasty. The only negative thing was the Dinner. It wasn’t good.

I believe it's the most decent hotel I've seen in Matrouh. All the staff are very cooperative and polite, fully vaccinated and wear masks the whole time. You can see the owner actively monitoring the work flow especially during the breakfast time and even serving the guests by himself and friendly chatting with them. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and the menu is changed every day...

The rooms were very spacious, well equipped, and always spotless clean. The view from the room was just amazing. The food was fabulous. Thanks to chef Ahmed. Good but only when the see is calm. Unfortunately we were not allowed to the see because of bad weather. So it is not a bay but sort of open bay that is affected by the weather.
