I am writing my second review of the Corallo restaurant in the Jaz Elite Crystal hotel. We visited there again after a year. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks to the waiters named Islam and Medhat. The food was very tasty. Overall, the hotel services are at a very good level. The rooms are clean, the food is very tasty. Perhaps the only things we missed were usually croissants...

The holiday was wonderful. The bar at the beach was the Best. Personal on the bar at the beach were kind, friendly and always made the excellent drinks. We were here 3 Times.

A very nice place with warm people. Try it! The sand is fine, the water is nice and clear, food was good. A problem with the drinks...you are served in paper glasses(no problem) but they moisten quickley and they are about 200 ml (to small) . The alcohol is served only on signature and room number🤔

It's a hidden place of heaven with white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Nice food, with polite staff and super clean. Recommended for relaxed, unique family holidays.

We spent 5 days like in heaven, beautiful hotel, very clean, all the facilities you dream off, staff is so friendly, always to your comfort, managers around to address any concerns, location is brilliant with a small calm bay perfect for children, animation team is always arround to bring fun, at night the entertainment is so nice. You can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and use all the excellent facilities including the swimming pool for free. Meals are also provided at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The dinner included in the room rate is delicious. The room is big enough, the sanitary conditions are good, and the swimming pool is right outside the Mediterranean Sea.

The location is very remote. We could check in at 8am, but the manager asked us to wait for two hours and charged us $20 before we checked in. We later complained to the lobby manager, who resolved the issue properly. He refunded us $20 and apologized verbally, but didn't do anything else to apologize. He also asked us to write a handwritten account of what happened.

The room is very nice, the hotel is very quiet, the beach is beautiful, there are not many recreational facilities, suitable for lying down. The meals included are very good, and the Chinese stomach also finds them delicious. We drove by ourselves, and there were checks in and out of the hotel. It is an hour's drive from the Matruh attractions.

The price was so affordable that I stayed for another night. The hotel's dinner was not a buffet but a menu. The taste was OK, but the portion was large. I was quite happy that there were no tourists in the off-season.

Ctrip is really a rip-off. The more you book, the more expensive it is.

The place is good, quiet. The highway is 200 m away. The beach is about 1 km away. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach and picks you up from there (you need to make a separate arrangement). Breakfast is a buffet/Arabic, in principle it is normal. There is food for children (noodles, yogurts, fruits).

It is a wonderful and nice place to spend the summer vacation, I highly recommend it because it is very distinct from the rest of the places I have already visited

The hotel has simple facilities but have a great team. Who able to make a fantastic vacation. The animation team at Aura is an awesome 😎 team. the sea view is great，and the room is clean

We stayed in a side sea view suite, which was very spacious, with balconies in both the living room and the bedroom, offering ocean views. The tap water was a bit yellowish, so we used mineral water for washing. The hotel staff were very friendly, but the breakfast was a standard Egyptian breakfast, which I wasn't used to. The beach is close to the restaurant, so there's plenty to do.

Stayed in Matrouh for two nights. Both nights were in this hotel. The Spring Festival is considered their off-season. It seems that there are not many guests. The room is moderate. There is a side balcony. You can see the sunrise beach. The breakfast is very rich. I can't finish it at all. Of course, it may not be very suitable for Chinese stomachs. The service attitude is quite enthusiastic, and they will greet you when you come in and out. The breakfast is simple, but it is not bad. The only downside is that the water quality of the hotel is very turbid. I dare not take a shower. I wash with mineral water. Fortunately, I only stay for one day.

Have been to Siwa twice before that, stopped at bus station didn't even hear about the beaches till my third visit. It was a suprise to find white powdery sand clear blue water at that tip area, like any other top class Maldives, Bahamas, Cancun you can compare to, and its way nicer than the famed Sharm which didnt have fine sand at all. Friendly staff, excellent food, and clean rooms. One disadvantage is that there is no Wi-Fi available in the rooms and is only available at the garden or near the beach.

Beau Site is a really very nice place to visit. Nice stuffs, nice location if you want to relax. Very clean beach sands. The hotel provides buffets ,the food is very delicious and yummy. I believe it's the most decent hotel I've seen in Matrouh. All the staff are very cooperative and polite, fully vaccinated and wear masks the whole time. You can see the owner actively monitoring the work flow especially during the breakfast time and even serving the guests by himself and friendly chatting with them.
