I am writing my second review of the Corallo restaurant in the Jaz Elite Crystal hotel. We visited there again after a year. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks to the waiters named Islam and Medhat

Overall, the hotel services are at a very good level. The rooms are clean, the food is very tasty. Perhaps the only things we missed were usually croissants at breakfast and very poor internet

Excellent summer resort. Lovely beach, pool and gardens. The rooms are clean, well furnished with a big bathroom and balcony. Elevators are available. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are above average.

Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, that made the start of my vacation more enthusiastic specially that this is the first time I’ve been to Marsa matrouh

You can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and use all the excellent facilities including the swimming pool for free. Meals are also provided at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The dinner included in the room rate is delicious. The room is big enough, the sanitary conditions are good, and the swimming pool is right outside the Mediterranean Sea.

The price was so affordable that I stayed for another night. The hotel's dinner was not a buffet but a menu. The taste was OK, but the portion was large. I was quite happy that there were no tourists in the off-season.

The meals included are very good, and the Chinese stomach also finds them delicious. We drove by ourselves, and there were checks in and out of the hotel. It is an hour's drive from the Matruh attractions

The room is very nice, the hotel is very quiet, the beach is beautiful, there are not many recreational facilities, suitable for lying down

Ctrip is really a rip-off. The more you book, the more expensive it is.

I recommend it at Matrouh.. Swimming pools, safe place, close to everywhere and reasonable price... Notice sometimes they have a fresh water problems... Ah... Forget about aqua park.. It's disaster 😩

If I needed some repairs to be done in the room, engineer came immediately and repaired everything. I liked the pool and aqua slides. Laundry service is very good as well

There is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach and picks you up from there (you need to make a separate arrangement). Breakfast is a buffet/Arabic, in principle it is normal

It is a wonderful and nice place to spend the summer vacation, I highly recommend it because it is very distinct from the rest of the places I have already visited

When hotel is not fully occupied, all utilities are not fully functioning. Examples AC in the restaurant and Aqua. You have to ask so they switch on. Conclusion: It's recommended, but don't have high expectations

Price is reasonable compared to alternatives. Beach is very good (shuttle bus). Cleanliness is not a strength Breakfast buffet is acceptable but can be improved

The hotel is generally good, the food is good, the rooms are big and clean, the beach is beautiful (even though waves were frequent and the swimming prohibited for a couple of days of our stay), but Italian people have special treatment comparing to other guests

Also, the website advertise "kids club", but be aware that if you are not part of of the Italian travel agency, they will exclude your kids ("not available space" or "don't speak English")

There are special towel cards for Italian guest, all animation is in Italian, they even have their own bracelets (orange) and all other guests have the blue ones

They offer an Egyptian Night on Fridays, but for those who choose to do day/trips outside of resort (available only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays), you will miss it (we did)

u can enjoy having soft drinks and some snacks during the day even if ur reservation is half board

The resort is very clean, they offer a good variety in the daily menus, the staff is very friendly (some don't speak English). But, the entertainment is not very inclusive

The pool and the sea are very near to each other which is very comfortable for kids. The rooms are with old furniture but clean and with good air conditioning

It's a cozy hotel,witha very helpful and kind staff. Although not with very high varieties as 5 stars open buffet, the food was delicious and very tasty
