So you need to know what to expect in the desert 30 kilometres from the Libian Border , definitely not luxury class . The rooms are little adobe type huts dotted about the property where there are running hot springs. The whole place emits a time gone by feel ...so be prepared for everything to work at a different pace. The rooms were clean and had ac units , the bathroom was a bit pungent at times...

I found the place very nice and traditional Siwa style, our room was big and clean but I will recommend to change some things in the bathroom because is old and the the water smells bad and was hard to have a shower…the personal in the reception helped me to organise a surprise for my husband so I’m very happy for that…The only bad part was the restaurant…we had only the breakfast included… the room...

The hotel is very beautiful, wonderful and imaginative. We had the most beautiful time in it. The staff were very welcoming and really respectful. I really enjoyed it and I can come back again to stay in that hotel, which is built in a beautiful and most wonderful environmental style.

June is slow month so hotel was pretty empty and quiet. Service was good. Ahmed checked us in very efficiently and we even got an upgraded room. Taghaghen Island is the best spot for sunset in Siwa. It's a peaceful, private location on Lake Siwa, far from the crowds. The reflection of the sunset colors on the calm salt lake, framed by the desert hills, is absolutely breathtaking and truly magical. Had such a great experience in this hotel in February 2024, I booked 2 single rooms with air-conditioning for me and my friend and I was so pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the staff that works there. Rooms were clean and comfy. The whole place was quiet, relaxing and very close to the city center. Breakfast buffet was a bit too limited and it would have been better it there was some sort of room service.

My experience with rooms was horrible. There are better rooms but I was given one of the few lower rooms. It was clean but could've been easily given a better room.

So relaxing with lake view sunrise was awesome. Was even lucky to spot a group of flamingos every morning. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room had fan and minibar.

Nice simple hotel located on one of Siwa's famous lakes, vast clean rooms , clean bathrooms with the necessary supplies, nice breakfast in the morning, very welcoming staff, the only problem was the weakness of hot water, I think it is a general problem in Siwa, the pressure of water

Seliyaa hotel is set amidst the calm and relaxed surroundings of Siwa and access to all the famous landmarks are very easy from here. Above all, the staff led by Amr Go is extremely helpful and so so professional and would do anything to go out of their way to make their guests comfortable. We were driven by Amr himself to all landmarks and was very well looked after. This didn’t feel like a hotel...

Spacious and clean. Breakfast was taste with some great coffee. Staff had put in a heater into the room - this helped out a lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Great roof top locations.

This was our second lodging after we left our first choice after only one night. Absolutely sparkling clean accommodations. Cold air and fan in the room. The shower was hot (after we found the magic button) and water pressure was substantial. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was very quiet. Very good! The boss was very nice and upgraded our room. The newly renovated one will have a little bit of smell. But the location is right next to the main square. Hot water was also sufficient. We are already very satisfied with this! Best location, Best Service, and it is very clean!

I really liked this hostel, it is clean, quiet, friendly and has some atmosphere of Bedouin culture. I think the price and experience are compatible. Also owner of place Faraj is nice guy, very talkative and friendly, speak English good and can teach you many things about Bedouin life. I recommend you this place, and sure you will enjoy your time there.
