So you need to know what to expect in the desert 30 kilometres from the Libian Border , definitely not luxury class . The rooms are little adobe type huts dotted about the property where there are running hot springs. The whole place emits a time gone by feel ...so be prepared for everything to work at a different pace. The rooms were clean and had ac units , the bathroom was a bit pungent at times but we did go in the middle of an unexpected heat wave . The staff offered sprays also for the flies and mosquitos that seemed to be everywhere not just at the hotel . The food was good and they did a BBQ one night which was great. All in all I feel we got what we paid for

I found the place very nice and traditional Siwa style, our room was big and clean but I will recommend to change some things in the bathroom because is old and the the water smells bad and was hard to have a shower…the personal in the reception helped me to organise a surprise for my husband so I’m very happy for that…The only bad part was the restaurant…we had only the breakfast included… the room is extremely dirty, full of flies and smells like cheese, everything on the table is dirty and I had to clean my own stuff for 5 days…when it comes to the food I know April is low season and they try to save money but the choices were so poor and low quality (one day I asked for a yogurt and they give me an expired one and when I asked for some milk they bring me literally water..). The restaurant ruined our experience in the hotel because we always came in the room hungry and upset. I wish I could’ve used the warm pool but it’s cool that they have one…like the cats, very friendly ones!!

The hotel is very old and in need of renovation. The room was dark with poor lighting and only two small windows, the taps in the bathroom were rusty, the hot water was very inconsistent and the water pressure was low. The breakfast is not suitable for Asian tastes, and we set out hungry every day. But the price is really not expensive, I can only say you got what you pay

The hotel is very beautiful, wonderful and imaginative. We had the most beautiful time in it. The staff were very welcoming and really respectful. I really enjoyed it and I can come back again to stay in that hotel, which is built in a beautiful and most wonderful environmental style.

The imaginary hotel that anyone would like to stay in. The accommodation is more than wonderful and very beautiful. It is one of the most beautiful hotels and resorts that I have stayed in and enjoyed. It is very wonderful and I wished I would not leave there because the beauty and nature are beyond description.

June is slow month so hotel was pretty empty and quiet. Service was good. Ahmed checked us in very efficiently and we even got an upgraded room. Breakfast buffet wasn’t available due to low season so we ate ala carte. Selection was very limited and quality was less than desirable. I liked the overall hotel architecture and design, it blends with Siwa landscape but it needs total renovation. Signs of wear and tear are everywhere.

A beautiful place with green landscapes, lake, pool, activities A place that is so comfortable that it feels like home and a feel of wanting to come again soon An extremely friendly crew that did all they can to keep us happy with sweetest calming smile. The room in the Siwa hotel is quite large and has local characteristics. You can book a desert safari at the front desk. All the staff are very welcoming.
The only drawback is that there is sometimes a power outage at noon and the breakfast is mediocre

So unique and really beautiful! Their food is fantastic and the entire hotel built to look like ancient Egyptian style , but thats d beauty of it! All rooms clean and smell very nice with clean white bedsheets. Plants and trees every where, i totally enjoyed my stay.
