Nice simple hotel located on one of Siwa's famous lakes, vast clean rooms , clean bathrooms with the necessary supplies, nice breakfast in the morning, very welcoming staff, the only problem was the weakness of hot water, I think it is a general problem in Siwa, the pressure of water

So relaxing with lake view sunrise was awesome. Was even lucky to spot a group of flamingos every morning. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room had fan and minibar.

The hotel has a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding attractions

Doing the safari trip with Mr Khaled is a must do experience, and swimming in the natural spring in the hotel, with the view of the palm trees in the background, seconds away from your room, was definitely legendary and unforgettable

Rooms were clean and comfy. The whole place was quiet, relaxing and very close to the city center. Breakfast buffet was a bit too limited and it would have been better it there was some sort of room service.

The restaurant ruined our experience in the hotel because we always came in the room hungry and upset. I wish I could’ve used the warm pool but it’s cool that they have one…like the cats, very friendly ones!!

So you need to know what to expect in the desert 30 kilometres from the Libian Border , definitely not luxury class. The rooms are little adobe type huts dotted about the property where there are running hot springs

Amazing Hotel, it has a feeling of siwa's mud houses. the pool too, is great

It’s a shame we only got one night. We did discover that there is a single water shutoff valve in the room. An excellent idea from an engineering point of view, but a bit disconcerting if you don’t realize it…

My guess is that ecolodge aficionados would not be surprised by this. No worries, a quick question and all was resolved

Not bad. Service was nice. They need to clean the rooms better. I had to disinfect it myself. Bring everything you need for mosquitoes.

But there are actually two different stops one for the coach ( big) busses and one for the small shuttles each run by a different company so the driver took me to a different stop but that was on me and luckily we had enough time for him to drive me to the correct place and didn't really charge me anything more

The family took care of everything and we felt right at home. The property is huge and you have a lot of cute areas to chill and relax. We recommend staying here for at least a few days to fully enjoy your stay
