Plus: Spacious, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, good breakfast and very good hotel restaurant, menu was delicious.
Location near cathedral and city.
Minus: breakfast room too small for such a big hotel, atmosphere gets hectic quickly;
service in the Cafeteria either too slow or simply absent.
Wardrobe too small.
Key cards for the room didn’t work more than 4 times.

Comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, and secure parking for our motorbikes. The catedral burger was phenomenal, never had a burger like it.

The hotel is very conveniently located, we also appreciated the private parking with an electric charge for our car. The fitness and pool are nice, we will definitely come again and take more time to enjoy the hotel.

We stopped off for 2 nights heading from Malaga to Santander to catch the Ferry and wanted a "nice" hotel which was dog friendly. It ticked every box and all staff speaking perfect English.
Location - Fantastic! A 3 or 4 minute walk into the City centre.
Rooms - Absolutley brilliant and Dog Friendly!
Facilities - 1st class as you would expect from a 4* Hotel. Indoor parking was a bonus too (small cost)

The staff are amazing, but Teresa in the bar was exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was obviously busy (it was Spain v England Final in the Euros) but still managed to keep all customers happy and nobody had to wait for food or drinks. Whatever Teresa gets paid, I would double her Salary!!

Luxury double bed room next to reception. Dog allowed. Outside patio area through bedroom. Room service. 5 minutes walk to the cathedral. Secure parking. Lovely stay

I cannot praise this hotel enough, I have been staying here since 2007 and the warm welcome has remained unchanged over the years.
It feels like going back home every time.
Every single member of staff is wonderful, welcoming, friendly and super helpful.
Felix, MariCarmen and Jesus at reception are true gems and have assisted me beautifully since my first stays all those years ago.
The bedrooms are well decorated, enormous and super comfortable and the bathrooms are very large and stylish.
The ground floor bedrooms where I normally stay with my dogs have a private garden area off the bedroom which is great and the first floor bedrooms have lovely private balconies.
There is secure private parking and although it is not located in the main building, it's only a 2 minute walk to reception. The parking belongs to the hotel and it's reserved for its guests.
Very good wifi connection.
Rom service is very efficient, food is ok and prices are correct.
They are super dog friendly and welcomed all of my Great Danes whole heartedly.
Even if two of them passed away, several members of the staff still remember them fondly which makes this feeling of being at home even more justified.
It is a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral and the historic areas which are a must see.
Also very close to restaurants and cafes, a 10 min walking distance.
Definitely recommend to others and I will be back!

We stayed at the ABBA in Burgos for our friends wedding. It was a perfect stay. (However the parking is a little expensive!) Other than that, everything was wonderful. The hotel is located in the centre of the city.

The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. It has a casual chic atmosphere, especially with its big terrrace next to the rooms. The room was big, beds were excellent. Breakfast offers all you can wish.
