Hotel de Francia y Paris

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, you can walk to any point in the old city within minutes, you can also walk from the hotel to one of the many car parks in the area. Obviously, there is no parking when you are in the center of a 3000 year old city. The items the hotel can definitely work on as it’s in their control, are service. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. I’ve stayed in many hotels and these folks were one of the most depressing. The overall feel the hotel was very antiquated, but clean. The rooms were small, but perfect for two friends traveling together. The bathrooms are also quite large. Breakfast was included, but I would definitely advise to go somewhere else. It was quite awful, and there are so many wonderful places you can explore in the city. I wouldn’t stay here again, but wasn’t upset I did.

Nice hotel nothing outstanding but clean and in an Excellent location.

Good location, partly renovated to a low standard: the new flooring was already loose, bed linen was old. The area is very central and also very noisy. TV is very small, 14 inches or so.
