Hotel muy antiguo que necesita muchas mejoras, especialmente las camas y almohadas que son de la posguerra. Con un poco de inversión podría mejorar mucho porque tiene potencial pero la falta de mantenimiento y de visión comercial es chocante.

One of the hotel experiences after many travels. Very clean and nice place, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Excellent welcome. Good breakfast. We would definitely choose it again if we were to return. Highly recommended.

We booked the spa + 50 minute massage and it was great. On the one hand, the spa circuit had a heated pool with jets, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a shower with jets, jets and stones, and a mint sauna. But the best was the massage. The incredible attention, and the guy was an expert, made us enjoy a super relaxing massage.

One stay was from Wednesday to Sunday. A disaster since we arrived at the hotel, the air conditioning did not work and the only solution it gave us was a fan. They also invited us on 2 occasions to change rooms, but it was a general problem. After insisting, the hotel staff tells us that the owner will not solve it until Monday. We are aware that this type of thing can happen, but that it is not resolved for 5 days and 3 of them working days. It was outrageous, it was unbearable to be in the room in the middle of August and in the heat

We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.

It is a wonderful, cozy, clean hotel. The staff very nice. The facilities are very clean and the spa is amazing. The location is great, in a quiet place, close to the center and close to bus lines.
