Good location! Nice rooms! Aircon in the room and fresh towels and room cleaned daily. There were a few stains on the bed and towels.. but other than that no faults. Good value place to stay in cala d’ or. 😃👍

They clean your room every day, excellent location, you can always find somewhere to park nearby, lots of restaurants, markets and shops around and you have two beaches super close to the hostel, and a very good atmosphere. The only thing is that the A/C doesn't cool much and we had to open the balcony.

The hostal was perfectly located in Cala D’Or. The room was decent and clean, but the sheets and towels need an update since some of them were torn and had holes. We had everyday room service with new towels, paper and shower gel. Also upon check in we got beach towels and an umbrella to use during the stay for free which was a pleasant surprise. All in all we did like the stay at Hostal San Francisco and would recommend for the price.

We had a booking with this hostel for September, but tragically, my friend’s father passed away unexpectedly. We reached out to the hotel, explaining our situation and asking for a refund or even just a change of dates. To our dismay, they refused to offer any assistance. It's really disheartening that they showed no understanding or flexibility during such a difficult time. Their strict adherence to the non-refundable policy, without any consideration for our circumstances, made a tough situation even harder. We ended up losing a significant amount of money due to their unwillingness to help. If you’re considering this hotel, be aware that if something unexpected happens, you shouldn’t expect them to show any empathy or be willing to work with you. This experience has left us very disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very Nice
I came later than expected and it was no problem, i just called and a very Nice lady welcomed me after 1 and a half hour after They closed. Room was Also Nice.

Good location
This hostel is a good, walkable distance to the beach, and we didn't have trouble finding parking around the corner. I did have to lug my giant luggage up (and down) 2 flights of stairs since there's no elevator so that was a bit inconvenient, but I know not every hostel has an elevator. Our room/bathroom was clean and comfortable enough for one night! No hair dryer though, which again wasn't a must-have but would've been nice.

Perfectly located in Cala d'or, next to everything. Air-conditioned rooms are nice.
The check in was smooth and nice service.
The security is not ultimate and the beds are a bit old though.
