Hotel Ipanema Beach

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and housekeeping remade our beds and tidied our rooms daily, which I was not expecting on a 4 night stay. The food was amazing they seemed to cater for all. It was very well presented, too. The bar and pool area were great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will 100% be returning. Plus it is situated right near the beach, shops and restaurants.

Absolutely stunning hotel especially for the price, fast check in, they even let us leave bags as we arrived early, short walk to beach etc, staff was all kind polite and went out of their way to help and we had a beautiful stay, we would definitely return! It was also quiet & relaxing. Rooms was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff was also lovely and always said hello and was respectful. ☺️

We stayed at the Ipenema beach hotel for four nights at the end of August. The rooms were clean but the walls are thin so we were woken up a few times in the morning. The pool side was lovely and the drinks are very cheap from the bar. We seen a lot of staff and everyone we had dealt with were helpful. Location is great too. The only downside was there was poor phone service and you had to pay for WiFi.

Polite helpful staff. Staff happy to speak English which was great as I'm ignorant and don't know a bit of Spanish.
Rooms clean modern and well kept like the rest of the hotel. Airton was very well received!
Breakfast was perfect and the pool area very well maintained, the life guard was very proactive. Also really appreciated that when lads got a bit rowdy by the pool the life guard asked them to chill and this maintained a relaxing safe environment. Also I have a spine condition and have been sleeping on the sofa for 4 years because beds hurt my back but I slept like a baby! Which I did not expect. Good walking distance to the beach Also and considering this is a party location the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

+ The hotel is close to everything, rooms are clean, the food is good,the pool is good , the bar at the pool is perfect , the bartenders were my favorite persons they were very friendly and everyone was very helpful

The reviews for this hotel are unfair. The rooms are clean, tidy, and very comfy for a 3* hotel. The breakfast is very good and you also have a chef there to make you fresh eggs if you want.
It also has a big pool with plenty of sunbeds and affordable drinks and food by the pool.
The negative things are hotels' location because you have to walk 10-15 minutes to the beach, but that is the reason it's much cheaper than hotels closer to the beach.And also a very slow check-in.

Overall very nice hotel. Room was nice and clean, and without ants 😄stuff was very polite and friendly, especially on the pool. Yes, it can be noisy at night but whole Arenal it is, so that was expected
Breakfast is really good, definitely worth the price
