A pleasant hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The room cleanliness could be better, but overall it was a good experience. The staff are very attentive, especially Angie and Josefina, who were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of variety. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the hotel could provide water, coffee, and tea in the rooms would be a nice touch.

my junior suite was a dream. It was spacious, spotless, and came with all the amenities one could want. However, a nice room means nothing when you can't get a single moment of rest. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay quickly became a sleep-deprived nightmare due to a severe noise problem.
The most issue was the trash dumping that occurred between midnight and 2 a.m. The hotel's own trash containers, followed by the public ones, were emptied with a force that felt like a full-scale construction project. The hotel's windows and glass doors are so thin they offer zero soundproofing, making it impossible to escape.
The noise issues don't end there. My room's proximity to the adult swimming pool meant I was subjected to the constant, loud conversations of intoxicated guests throughout the night. Their uncivilized behavior and complete lack of consideration for other guests turned a supposedly peaceful area into yet another source of irritation.
The irony is that I specifically chose this hotel based on numerous reviews praising its quiet atmosphere. There was only one review that mentioned noise, which I naively dismissed as an anomaly. Now, I understand completely.
This hotel may be a silent sanctuary for some, but for others, it's a front-row seat to an all-night show you never wanted to see.
Beyond the noise, my experience was a mixed bag.
The breakfast buffet was adequate. The majority of the staff were pleasant, but the sight of one particular staff member napping in the bushes next to a balcony almost daily was certainly unusual.
In conclusion, while the hotel offers a clean and well-appointed room, this is completely overshadowed by a complete failure to provide a fundamental necessity: a peaceful night's sleep

Great hotel located in a calm area. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us advice about parking and letting stay at the pool after the checkout. The breakfasts were also great. However, there is no hotel parking available (they claim on booking that it is). I also wish there was at least coffee and tea in the room. There was no dishwashing liquid in the room and the staff didn’t clean the dishes so I am not sure how we were supposed to clean them. Also, the gym was very small and open in limited hours. All in all a good experience but with some things that could be improved :)

The staff was not friendly, they stole our money and stuff in our room, and didn't want to give us towels for the pool , because they were reserved for some guests (with money). No helpful stuff, we had an accident, they didn't help us, the list is so long. We never wanted to go again to this hotel!

When we arrived we were not put into the room we were supposed to be in. I complained and we got moved the next morning. General comments: The area of Cala Ratjada is 90% German tourists. At first we were not used to it and felt a little like outsiders but we had a really nice time as felt welcomed and the atmosphere was always nice. Sunbeds are really hard to get. People reserve them with towels from early morning and don’t use them until hours later. They are left empty while other people have nowhere to sit. Staff don’t police it. This leaves guests very annoyed. Toilets near the pool never had hand soap or towels to dry. Hand dryers were broken. On the whole it was a really nice hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the area and could use nearby shops and supermarkets. The marina is really nice for dining out. Would stay there again apart from sunbeds being an issue as it can spoil your day if you want to be around the pool and all the beds are not being used with towels on them.

Variety of rooms to choose from, loads of lounge space, bar and big tele for evenings, breakfast included with a range of options, big swimming pool for children and adults and another smaller one for adults only.
There are noon and evening activities for children, a tennis court that can be booked for 60 minutes, ping pong table, etc. The hotel is also within walking distance of shops, food and night clubs, yet it’s still a quieter area.
The staff are very efficient, speak various languages (Spanish, German, English) and are very courteous as well. Upon check out we enquired about staying over for the day (for an extra fee ), but as there were no rooms available they offered us to store our luggage, stay by the pool and have a shower before we left all free of charge. Can you ask for more?!
We came here on a childless weekend getaway with my husband, but we’re considering coming back with our kid next summer.

We have really enjoyed our family vacation at this place. The staff is professional, kind and always smiling. The food was fresh and tasty. There is a supermarket 200 meters from a hotel, bus stops practically in front of the hotel. There are a lot of possibilities for a free parking nearby, if you have a car. Cala Rajada is a beautiful place and there are one of the most beautiful beaches close to (Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana). As a frequent traveller, I really suggest you to visit this hotel.

I'm fully recommend this hotel. Food was the best ever. Lots of fresh sea-food frying on your eyes. Big diversity for everyone, lots of salads, cakes, desserts etc. Even coffee was a real coffee ! Enough space around the pool with free sunbeds. Room hotel was cleaned everyday and bed linen changed. The atmosphere was very nice. In the main parts thanks to animators. We met Chris (Krzysztof from Poland) , who really cared about our well-being. We could have a little chat and ask for advices about Majorca. A nice, young man with lots of sense of humor, who led the evening entertainments. A big THANK YOU Chris and rest of your colleagues from whole hotel to make our holidays very happy.

This Hotel is a 10/10. I stayed here with my Friends the entertainment was so good and funny also. There is a beautifull beach 20 min away wich has pink sand.The food in the Hotel is delicious always they have a big variety and very healthy, they offer a lot of different fruits. The rooms also are really comfortable I personally really enjoyed the balcony wich is by the way pretty big even with a smaller room. All in all definetely recommend we will be back here next summer.

Our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay within a week. The territory is quite large with multiple facilities including 2 pools and multiple tennis courts, we didn't have a chance to play, but they actually provided all the equipment. The rooms were clean, a little bit old fashioned bathroom, but quite nice overall with a decent balcony. The bed was comfy while the pillows were a little bit thick. The hotel is located on the best spot, close to the city center and the seaside, while on the other side you can get to the most beautiful beach around, which is insanely good. Also there is a best grocery store in just 2 minutes. The only weird thing was with a safe lock, that you have to pay separately for it and use the key, not very convenient. The pools were nice and all areas around the building with plants and trees were well maintained and beautiful. We did try the sauna and it was decent, highly recommended. Never had a chance to stay for food, but many people did, mostly Germans and seemed to enjoy it. So overall it was a great stay for a reasonable price.
