Amazing hotel, amazing experience. All staff lovely and friendly. 100% would return. Our 4 year old had the best time and a massive shout out to a rep called ‘Valentin always goes above and beyond and brings all the energy! 5*

Amazing staff.. entertainment was amazing Food was amazing, lots of choice and great quality Room was great, comfy beds, great aircon and cleaned everyday I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone to enjoy like ourselves All the family loved it

This hotel is fantastic for the water park and pools , kids entertainment staff are brilliant and the staff work so hard particularly the bar staff are very friendly and funny. We came in a large family group and had a different experience in terms of rooms. We were in the Mallorca block and our experience was fantastic,rooms cleaned each day and our room was huge with lots of beds however our family were in caberra and had tiny rooms ,not clean and money taken from the room sadly . The food was very average and for myself who is vegetarian I found i was living on rice pizza and salad mainly. Breakfast was the best and was abit disappointed as stayed in many all inclusive hotels and there is always atleast one main veggie dish but was none. The Indian was appalling and we had to eat out. The snack bar is good for a quick snack whilst in the pool. The drinks are brilliant as they are branded and you can help yourself to water pop and beer which is great. Cocktails are amazing, the evening entertainment is brilliant although on the first night a performance including fire set fire to the stage and walk way and it's amazing no one was hurt , reception staff were not aware until hundreds of people ran through. Our children were right near the stage when this happened and there was no safety procedure in place at all and found this very traumatic. We have stayed in other resorts with this kind of show and have always been told to stay back and there have been fire extinguishers but here there was nothing. Despite this we enjoyed our time here and would definitely come again

This is a fantastic hotel the staff are fantastic and work so hard. The food is fantastic and the entertainment crew have made the holiday one to remember. Big shout out to valentin for keeping us entertained. I could not find any fault in this holiday the facilities are great for the children.

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There is lots of storage. Rooms are cleaned and linen changed everyday. There is plenty food and lots of choice for all taste! All the workers, wether at reception, at the bar, the animation team, at the restaurant or the cleaning services are all fantastic and super helpful!

We stayed here for 4 nights end of April/beginning of May. We arrived around 1pm & luckily our room was ready. Room was nice & clean. Maids came every day during our stay but they have a light up sign where you can choose do not disturb or please make up my room. Tv in room but mostly Spanish channels so if you have a firestick, I’d advise taking it with you as you can access the WiFi. Beds aren’t very comfy but that would be my only complaint with the room. The food wasn’t great the first 2 nights we stayed, was only just warm but microwaves were available to warm food up. The hotel got a lot busier during our last 2 nights & the food improved & was always hot. Lots of variety with all inclusive drinks including a few cocktails. 3 pools & 2 water parks to choose from. The new pirate water park opened the day before we left. Arcade was a bit of a let down as not many of the machines were working or the kids rides around the outdoor area but they seemed to be fixing a lot of these on the day we were leaving. The highlight for us was the kids club, my son doesn’t usually enjoy going to these but he absolutely loved it & couldn’t wait to go back, this was because of Nico, amazing member of the animation team & my son really enjoyed his time spent with him. Great hotel for families with lots to keep the kids entertained. Not much around the area, just a complex of shops & bars 10mins walk away & also short walk to the beach or the hotel provide a shuttle bus at various times throughout the day. We would return, especially to see Nico again. An asset to the hotel.
