Hotel was clean and spacious, rooms were made up everyday. Facilities and food was clean and of great quality. I took my 3 year old daughter here with my friend and there was something for everyone. Manuel and Said were great and friendly on the bar, the children's entertainment was great quality too, my daughter particularly liked Nico and Mandy who had great energy in the kids disco. Close to the beach, there's a bus transfer but we walked most of the time because it was so close by. Close to shops and restaurants if you wanted to venture out a little. We will be coming back next year 🤩

We have just returned from our holiday here and I can honestly say everything was outstanding. It was our first time taking 3 children under the age of 4 on a family holiday (my son and his two cousins) and the kids absolutely loved the hotel it couldn't of been more perfect. From all the slides, to the good selection of pools, the park with sand, the kids room, the child's entertainment to the none stop food and snacks for them with a great variety. Kids especially loved the ice creams on tap haha The staff were brilliant and so polite and good with children you couldn't fault any of them. Out of alot of hotels we have stayed at we found the food to be very good with a great selection that suits all. I feel like I've put on a few pounds just cause of how good the food was Slides were fantastic! We was expecting them to be just for kids but the pirate ones were definitely for adults too. We had such a good time here and it's the first holiday where we've stayed in the hotel the majority of it. We was skeptical about it just because some of the reviews on refurbishments needed but I honestly don't know what people want because I didn't feel it needed refurbishing at all. Our room was lovely and clean we did have the suites as a post to the rooms though Would like to say a shout out to the child's entertainment staff who put their all into the kids disco every night And big shout out to Said & Manuel (I think that's how you spell it) they were brilliant on the bar, couldn't have got better bar staff. All in all our experience was fantastic with this hotel and I will definitely recommend especially to people who have children

We stayed here for 4 nights end of April/beginning of May. We arrived around 1pm & luckily our room was ready. Room was nice & clean. Maids came every day during our stay but they have a light up sign where you can choose do not disturb or please make up my room. Tv in room but mostly Spanish channels so if you have a firestick, I’d advise taking it with you as you can access the WiFi. Beds aren’t very comfy but that would be my only complaint with the room. The food wasn’t great the first 2 nights we stayed, was only just warm but microwaves were available to warm food up. The hotel got a lot busier during our last 2 nights & the food improved & was always hot. Lots of variety with all inclusive drinks including a few cocktails. 3 pools & 2 water parks to choose from. The new pirate water park opened the day before we left. Arcade was a bit of a let down as not many of the machines were working or the kids rides around the outdoor area but they seemed to be fixing a lot of these on the day we were leaving. The highlight for us was the kids club, my son doesn’t usually enjoy going to these but he absolutely loved it & couldn’t wait to go back, this was because of Nico, amazing member of the animation team & my son really enjoyed his time spent with him. Great hotel for families with lots to keep the kids entertained. Not much around the area, just a complex of shops & bars 10mins walk away & also short walk to the beach or the hotel provide a shuttle bus at various times throughout the day. We would return, especially to see Nico again. An asset to the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel, the entertainment was spot on, the restaurant staff and the bar staff were more than friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.The whole holiday was amazing and i will definitely go back next year, I don't think we saw one member of staff that didn't say hello or smile at us. A staff member called said was more that helpful and friendly towards me and my family. The rooms was very well kept The hotel was very spacious an cozy. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend to families, perfect for little ones. Read less

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, good food, plenty of Sun loungers, fab pools (especially the kids one), a tad far from everything but the bus stop is outside hotel and you’re in shopping area in 10 mins, a short walk away from bars showing UK football, very clean. We had a fab stay and my 3 year old Grandson loved it.

We recently went here on the week leading up to the end of season and here’s my honest opinion. There’s some doom and gloom reviews I’d ignore them. But you can find fault if you look for it. We personally had an amazing experience. We upgraded to an apartment after two days as the hotel was emptying. This in future if we were to return would be our choice of accommodation. There was just more room. Take a fire stick with you is my tip. You can flick language on some channels but limited to couple really. Another thing I want to say on accommodation is we got an email survey day 2 and I thought it was just to humour you but I commented that could do with more pillows and when we returned there was a selection added so this to me showed they care. Food next and this was the only thing that we would change. The food is good and edible but not a massive range and I think it’s been mentioned it’s busy. Very busy. It’s a big hotel and everyone wants food. The staff handle this amazingly as soon as a plate is empty it’s gone. They really keep on top of everything. What added to our issues was on the last two days there was a oap keep fit style thing and 600 plus Spanish oaps where there on top of the tourists. This got a bit much for dining so we bailed on them nights and went to the village/town centre and ate. The most amazing and handy thing was the snack bar I think I was addicted to the pizza and the iced tea. Entertainment was good “lolo” was my sons and my favourite lol. The bar staff are hard workers and look after you well. The pools were good. Kids pool entertaining my son for the week and next year there is a new splash park on top of that. Oh one last thing. Although there is a transfer to the beach. If you can walk well and don’t mind. Just walk there and get transfer back as on a few mornings we saw arguments about who was waiting first and all that. It’s not the end of the world it will return straight back if you want it or just walk. Don’t get caught up in the anger and impatience. We walked out the back gate and through the woods at the end(stroking every stray cat in there on the way) and you are down by all the shops. I have written a long review for me here but feel the hotel needs it as some reviews are focused on some skirting boards needing painting. Or as mentioned the busy dining,or arcade machines not working sometimes. These things are true but in no way spoil this holiday. It’s kept clean. The staff smile and help. And I want to see Lolo again

Great holiday overall. Group of 13 of us with 7 children stayed for 10 days. The room was spacious, in need of some tlc but fit our needs. If you have kids there is diney channel in English which was helpful for us whilst getting ready for the evening. Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided. Our room had 2 balcony's one with a pool view, one with a sea view. The pools were fab. The kids loved the slides. We didn't use the quiet pool but the other 2 main pools were great, music played and the snack bar open which served nuggets, chips, pizza, hitdogs and burgers. Fruit and ice cream. With a help yourself area to beer, water, pop or slush. There were plenty of sunbeds. It wasn't a fight to get a space or a bed and we didn't reserve any in the morning and still had no trouble getting a spot. They are currently building a new pirate theme splash area too. The entertainment was good. Cecila was very friendly and approachable and I'd say the best of the group, some of them didn't interact with us at all and we were a group with 7 children so youd think they would approach a family with a group of children. Activities running for adults and kids throughout the day. We have had better entertainment elsewhere but I'm not sure if the lack of enthusiastic from staff was down to it being end of season. Evening entertainment was hit and miss, the nights external acts were put on were amazing. They dont hire any mediocre drap acts, all were amazing. Nights where hotel staff provided the entertainment where ok. Which is why I say hit and miss. Again not sure if it was because of end of season and staff coming to the end of their year. Lolo the mascot was a hit with my youngest she lit up when lolo came out at the end of mini disco. The restaurant was well maintained and clean. Staff were unbelievable. Friendly, working very hard. Couldn't fault any of them. Lovely people. There was a chef who would pass kiddies a sweetie from his serving area. The food was OK. Some was lovely others was horrible. It was a different theme each night but alot of repetition. Breakfast was the same each day and we got sick of it a few days in. Lunch we mainly stuck to the pool bar for as it was better for the children and tea as I said was a different theme each night. The pizzas there are probably the best pizza we have ever had. However some options were very poor example, the mash was just a slop of smash. Deserts were OK, plenty to chose from but all pretty much the same in taste. Great option of ice cream, bowls or cones. The bar - them guys work their backsides off behind there. Some come straight from the restaurant and start a shift on the bar and work all night. Then you see the same face again first thing in a morning. They work long days and we're always friendly and smiley. Definitely have to commend the staff. The lager is San Miguel. So winner winner. For the money it's a 10/10. Wasn't happy with our first room being so high up. We were moved with no issue. Staff helpful.
Food good, completely as expected in an all inclusive. No better no worse than previous holidays.
Plenty of alcohol options, cocktails included and nice. Loads for kids to do. Loads of sunbeds and umbrellas, never an issue.
Some reviews I've previously read are harsh. For the money you get what you pay for.
Hotel is maybe a bit dated but it's clean and the staff are good, pools are great. Glad we came.
