Air condition is different on each room. Was here with a family, and their air condition was fine. I complained many times, they said they fixed it but didn’t, I got changed into another room slightly better but still not good enough for the amount of euros I paid.
My first apartment room had : so bad a/c I couldn’t sleep in the bedroom, unfinished mirror that was just in the toilet and somehow the shower was crooked so i had to shower in some angle. I had to sleep with my partner at the living room, and that’s just terrible when you paid so much for a room.
Second apartment room: after moved, facility was fine now but the air condition in the bedroom was a bit better. I could sleep in it but it wasn’t comfortable.
I can’t believe I have to complain 3 times within 24 hours, and the reception somehow didn’t even believe me. To even lesser that experience, I wish they were more customer friendly and actually gave me compensation or a change in room earlier. I mean, we even had an employee from the hotel to come and touch the air and see that the air condition didn’t work and still I had to complain 24 hours?
I would not consider this place again

One of the best hotels i ever been to. Extremly good service and nice staff. This hotel should been a 5 star hotel.
Nice looking bar on roof and downstairs and drinks are good made.
Enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to wake up early to secure your sunbed.
Rooms are good cleaned.
Resturant and outside bar have very good food.

Overall a decent hotel, location was fantastic with parking included. There was plenty of space to sunbathe within hotel grounds, but if you wanted to go to the beach it was a short 5-10 min walk (leave early if you want a lounger on the beach).
If you stay here, PURCHASE BOTTLED WATER. The tap water in the hotel was pretty awful, it was also a shame to see that there was no complimentay bottled water from a 4 star hotel.
All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, especially the lady in the spa area who dealt with trading the "towel cards" you recieve on check-in for beach towels (at the end of your stay you return the towels to get the cards back so you can't steal the towels etc).
Breakfast was servicable, selection was good but nothing tasted particularly great. We never ate dinner at the hotel as we went out to the local restaurants instead, so cannot comment on the quality of that food. The evening restaurant does rotate the theme each night, so you'd get Italian, Spanish etc.
The room we recieved was bad. The beds were not comfortable, they were very firm and the pillows were not nice. They were two single beds pushed together so throughout the night you could hear people having to push their beds back together as they had inevitably drifted apart. The bathroom was nice, it had a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, no bath though if that is important to you. The TV in the room was very poor for a hotel at this price range. It was a very small and old TV, with no smart functionality at all. I would not care about the lack of smart functionality if the channels actually worked, the Spanish and German TV channels worked, but the British channels like BBC One did not work at all. Luckily I had brought a laptop with a HDMI cable so I was able to mirror my screen to the TV, but if you're someone that values relaxing in the room for a few hours before going out for dinner this would be a poor experience.
Overall, the hotel was just servicable, not great, not bad. The availablity of parking and friendliness of the staff were redeeming factors.

This is a great hotel , and the staff are very friendly, the only complaint I have is the food wasn't always hot . If you caught it just coming from the kitchen it was OK.

I booked this hotel to work and the internet didn’t work, so I lost $350 worth of wages as a result. The assistant manager agreed on the phone with Expedia to authorize a refund on my stay but didn’t take care of it before leaving his shift. When I spoke to the hotel manager, she refused to honor what the assistant manager had promised in spite of the fact that I had pictures of the conversation with Expedia to show they spoke to him and what he had agreed to. When Expedia called them back, she literally hung up the phone on them. She was extremely rude, showed no understanding of the situation, literally interrupted me multiple times, and yelled at me in front of other guests as I tried to explain the situation. I would never ever stay here again, because the service is awful, and they do not take care of their guests when one manager says one thing and another manager says another. Furthermore, the hotel staff is also very unfriendly in general. I travel frequently, am not a picky traveler, and have never been treated in this manner at any place I have ever stayed. I’m in disbelief about how I was treated and suggested that Expedia remove them from their listings so that they cannot continue to mistreat other guests.

Stayed here for 10 nights in July. Overall positive experience with a few areas for improvement.
The hotel is clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby is large and well air-conditioned!
Room was nice and clean with good air conditioning. However, the small fridge has only one setting so struggles to cool drinks well (which is necessary when it is 40 degrees Celsius)!
Also, the walls are thin so you can hear everything! Cleaners make as much noise as possible very early every day, with no consideration for sleeping guests.
The hotel has numerous activities; including mini-golf, beach volleyball, tennis, football and air rifle shooting among others.
Three pools are available, 2 large and 1 for children. Plenty of sun beds which meant you don’t need to reserve them!
Breakfast had many options. Pool bar food, however, lacked quality and was expensive for what was given. Cheap quality food used. Also, the staff were visibly sweating through their shirts when serving tables! They deserve a more suitable uniform for the weather!
There is a rooftop bar with great views, but the drinks lack a little bit of quality.
Finally, the location is fantastic for Can Picafort. The entrance is across the road from the main strip, there are bus stops very close, and the beach is a 5 minute walk away!

Our second visit to this beautiful hotel. Everything is perfect, just as we remember. Our room, clean,the staff all cheerful and happy to help. The food is excellent quality with good choices. Certainly a return to place for us.

Pricey for what it is. Would not recommend. This is not a 4 stars hotel when you look into the small and gran details.
Pro
- swimming pool and the green spaces are nice, well maintained but grass can get muddy and dirty
- Bar: really nice staff! Pepe and his team are fun and enjoy their work.
- Animation: super kind with kids; shows were quite good. But kids club is open just a few hours a day with in-door drawing activities mostly.
Cons
- Sun beds deserve an upgrade
- Grass around pool can get muddy and isn’t always clean (pigeon poo / lemon or or oranges slices from the previous night drinking…)
- Restaurant: salad & crudities could be a lot fresher, found slugs in my salad (reported it, did not receive an apology and was told this would need to be further checked…). Dishes are oily. Breakfast pastries are all frozen
- Restaurant staff: really not sure they are enjoying working there.
- Beds: quite uncomfortable. Please, upgrade…
- Pillows: a joke. Flat, uncomfortable.
- Wifi: don’t expect to do much with it.
- Decoration: a serious refresh is well deserved.
- Gym: no AC, placed next to sauna and as warm and humid as the sauna. Old machines, limited weights, yoga mats decomposing.
- Furniture: decomposing. Fake leather simply coming off all furnitures in rooms and corridors

Breakfast and dinner are acceptable.
Generally speaking, nice atmosphere.
Main problem is the appartment that should be renovated. Some things are getting too old now or even worst are broken (old bathroom, kitchen helpful but from another time, furnitures from last century)
In consequence, 3 stars hotel not more.

Rooms are a bit old and we had some issues with the shower. The hotel offered to switch to a room with a worse view and we decided to stay in our room.
Service is amazing with happy people working there.
Pretty good for kids as they have great pools, playground and an area that you can leave the kids for some activities while you enjoy the spa.
Food is ok.. not great but not bad.
