I can't fault this hotel. It certainly earns it's 4*. Check in was quick and friendly. Our rooms were spotless and had a balcony. Breakfast in the morning was buffet with plenty of choice. Location wise it's 5 minutes walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel but the choices each day were different. There are 3 pools with plenty of sun loungers and the over 16 yrs spa is a relaxing way to spend a couple of hours, we also treated ourselves to a massage, which was fantastic and worth the cost. They also have a roof top bar on the 6th floor which is worth a visit for a glass of wine and to watch the sunset.
It's a hotel I would certainly recommend.

We were recently for one week in that hotel . The breakfast was really basic and does not really give you much of a choice. The spa from 13 to 15:30 has no reception therefore sona and whirlpool are cold. Beds are absolutely uncomfortable and move with every movement of your body. Mattresses are very uncomfortable we had to ask for extra toppers. The other thing that is really annoying is that the whole night and in your room you hear nonstop scratching seats and furniture on the ground from the rooms above which is still a big question for me. The staff are really nice except for the breakfast staff in the serving room they don't talk or understand English or German and they were unfriendly and impolite and kind of unprofessional I had to deal with everyday discussion at breakfast. The rooms and furniture are old and not very clean you see stains on the curtains and bed sheets. At the end If I want to talk about good things the hotel has a good location and you have Supermarkets and Shops and restaurants and the beach very near the hotel. The hotel has very good staff at the bar and restaurant and reception (except the breakfast kitchen staff ). This hotel is 4 star but your expectations is better to be 3 star.

Lovely hotel, best one I have been so far. The rooms were great, so was the breakfast buffet. The outdoor pools are well maintained and inside a beautiful garden. The beach was 200 meters away and not too crowded.
Only two complaints:
- the shower tap was a bit tricky to use, not always held the temperature
- first hotel I have been to, where the room safe is not part of the room payment, you have to pay extra
But overall great experience, if we ever go back to Mallorca this is where we will stay

Definitely something for all at this hotel. Went with family (all over 18) however there is much for everyone to do. A smile on every child’s face as all the staff work so hard for them to have a great time! There are so many games and activities run for all ages. Can’t say I came across any rude or bad staff as every single member I came across was so lovely, kind and helpful. Can’t recommend this enough for families, parents will get a well deserved break!!

Stayed a couple of nights here, down to the chase - hotel is really well situated and easy to access if you are driving. Parking is available on first come first serve and street parking available if you need to. It is a 10min walk from the beach promenade and an easy walk from the lively street if you go for a night out, just be aware of the neighbours as they deserve peace and quiet at late night as well. Breakfast was typical but gets the job done in buffet style. The lovely lady with glasses I didn't catch her name just made the experience much more wonderful with her charm and friendly attitude and Mallorquin flare. The rooms can be slightly bettered with some details here and there, but the beds were comfy and the afternoon session sitting on the balcony facing the road with that breeze coming in was unbeatable. Like Port Blue this hotel is on my must stay list now.

Air condition is different on each room. Was here with a family, and their air condition was fine. I complained many times, they said they fixed it but didn’t, I got changed into another room slightly better but still not good enough for the amount of euros I paid.
My first apartment room had : so bad a/c I couldn’t sleep in the bedroom, unfinished mirror that was just in the toilet and somehow the shower was crooked so i had to shower in some angle. I had to sleep with my partner at the living room, and that’s just terrible when you paid so much for a room.
Second apartment room: after moved, facility was fine now but the air condition in the bedroom was a bit better. I could sleep in it but it wasn’t comfortable.
I can’t believe I have to complain 3 times within 24 hours, and the reception somehow didn’t even believe me. To even lesser that experience, I wish they were more customer friendly and actually gave me compensation or a change in room earlier. I mean, we even had an employee from the hotel to come and touch the air and see that the air condition didn’t work and still I had to complain 24 hours?
I would not consider this place again

One of the best hotels i ever been to. Extremly good service and nice staff. This hotel should been a 5 star hotel.
Nice looking bar on roof and downstairs and drinks are good made.
Enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to wake up early to secure your sunbed.
Rooms are good cleaned.
Resturant and outside bar have very good food.

Overall a decent hotel, location was fantastic with parking included. There was plenty of space to sunbathe within hotel grounds, but if you wanted to go to the beach it was a short 5-10 min walk (leave early if you want a lounger on the beach).
If you stay here, PURCHASE BOTTLED WATER. The tap water in the hotel was pretty awful, it was also a shame to see that there was no complimentay bottled water from a 4 star hotel.
All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, especially the lady in the spa area who dealt with trading the "towel cards" you recieve on check-in for beach towels (at the end of your stay you return the towels to get the cards back so you can't steal the towels etc).
Breakfast was servicable, selection was good but nothing tasted particularly great. We never ate dinner at the hotel as we went out to the local restaurants instead, so cannot comment on the quality of that food. The evening restaurant does rotate the theme each night, so you'd get Italian, Spanish etc.
The room we recieved was bad. The beds were not comfortable, they were very firm and the pillows were not nice. They were two single beds pushed together so throughout the night you could hear people having to push their beds back together as they had inevitably drifted apart. The bathroom was nice, it had a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, no bath though if that is important to you. The TV in the room was very poor for a hotel at this price range. It was a very small and old TV, with no smart functionality at all. I would not care about the lack of smart functionality if the channels actually worked, the Spanish and German TV channels worked, but the British channels like BBC One did not work at all. Luckily I had brought a laptop with a HDMI cable so I was able to mirror my screen to the TV, but if you're someone that values relaxing in the room for a few hours before going out for dinner this would be a poor experience.
Overall, the hotel was just servicable, not great, not bad. The availablity of parking and friendliness of the staff were redeeming factors.

This is a great hotel , and the staff are very friendly, the only complaint I have is the food wasn't always hot . If you caught it just coming from the kitchen it was OK.

I booked this hotel to work and the internet didn’t work, so I lost $350 worth of wages as a result. The assistant manager agreed on the phone with Expedia to authorize a refund on my stay but didn’t take care of it before leaving his shift. When I spoke to the hotel manager, she refused to honor what the assistant manager had promised in spite of the fact that I had pictures of the conversation with Expedia to show they spoke to him and what he had agreed to. When Expedia called them back, she literally hung up the phone on them. She was extremely rude, showed no understanding of the situation, literally interrupted me multiple times, and yelled at me in front of other guests as I tried to explain the situation. I would never ever stay here again, because the service is awful, and they do not take care of their guests when one manager says one thing and another manager says another. Furthermore, the hotel staff is also very unfriendly in general. I travel frequently, am not a picky traveler, and have never been treated in this manner at any place I have ever stayed. I’m in disbelief about how I was treated and suggested that Expedia remove them from their listings so that they cannot continue to mistreat other guests.
