It is not worth the price and not in 4 star category.

Rooms are weird.
You hear every sound from above, below and sides and you get waked up by the moving of the heavy chairs (probably from cleaning staff). Very loud.
Also you hear at any time the TUI busses reverse shift noises, which wakes you up as well.
Also got waked up several times by people walking through the hallway after the *Show time* that the hotel offers, which is more for children than for adults, based on the quality they do.
Also the bathroom doors have a big gap so you can listen to everything while being busy.
The beds are very hard and I could not sleep the first 5 days. After requesting a topper, I had to wait over a day to get a simple blanket on the mattress. Had to ask 3x, as they got my room number wrong... competency?
There are also no irons, so I had to walk 7 minutes to the other building to use one of the 2 shared irons. That is really hilarious to go with your whole clothes on a field trip to iron them. Also beach towels are next to this buildings, which you can only pick up at hilarious time Windows.

Room cards are weird.
They stop functioning after a while so we stood 7 times in front of the room without access. I mentioned to the staff that it is not OK and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience.

Staff is weird.
On departure the blond eldery lady (a bit on heavier side) who does the night shifts and speaks German was rude to us. Not friendly. Not a kind goodbye or anything. Not a good impression to leave.
Also weighing your lugage costs 1€ extra?

Pools had too much chlorine and my swim wear bleached from that.

Only thing I liked are the pool sports and dances by the motivated 2 girls and the location on top of the downtown street.

All in all I must say, that this is a low budget hotel with high prices. They try to save every cent at any possible time. Even the water in the reception and breakfast are tap water with chloric. So not drinkable.
The rooms offer nothing, no water bottles, coffee machines, irons etc.

It is like 2 stars at best.

Will never come again, unfortunately.

Very Disappointing Stay

We were very disappointed with our stay. Many things were not as described. The restaurant had dirty plates, the hallway was old and damaged, with decorations coming off because of moisture. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty.

We were promised a beautiful garden view, but instead our window faced a trash area with old mattresses, broken chairs, and other garbage.

The bathroom door was semi-transparent and didn’t block any light or sound. If one person got up early and used the bathroom, the other couldn’t sleep. There was no privacy at all. The hallway door also let in a lot of noise.

There was no reserved parking, and it was very hard to find a space — and this was already mid-June, not even high season.

The only good thing: the bed was comfortable, and the hotel offers some activities.

After the hotel response I attached a description of the room with garden views.

It's not true that I didn't report this to the hotel—I did so on the very first day of arrival. I was told that "garden view" is not mentioned in the description. However, when I showed them the offer that clearly included it, they acknowledged my dissatisfaction but explained that, according to their system, the room overlooking the trash area is classified as a "garden view" room, and there’s nothing they can do about it.

We were recently for one week in that hotel . The breakfast was really basic and does not really give you much of a choice. The spa from 13 to 15:30 has no reception therefore sona and whirlpool are cold. Beds are absolutely uncomfortable and move with every movement of your body. Mattresses are very uncomfortable we had to ask for extra toppers. The other thing that is really annoying is that the whole night and in your room you hear nonstop scratching seats and furniture on the ground from the rooms above which is still a big question for me. The staff are really nice except for the breakfast staff in the serving room they don't talk or understand English or German and they were unfriendly and impolite and kind of unprofessional I had to deal with everyday discussion at breakfast. The rooms and furniture are old and not very clean you see stains on the curtains and bed sheets. At the end If I want to talk about good things the hotel has a good location and you have Supermarkets and Shops and restaurants and the beach very near the hotel. The hotel has very good staff at the bar and restaurant and reception (except the breakfast kitchen staff ). This hotel is 4 star but your expectations is better to be 3 star.
