Well above our expectations. We were most surprised how quiet it was, especially the windows actually kept out noise. We had a room next to the elevator and could hear the dings, but it was much quieter than we initially feared on arrival. It was also fun to come back from eating on around 21 and enjoy the night shows. We saw great artists perform at this hotel. Wifi could be improved!

Great hotel located in a calm area. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us advice about parking and letting stay at the pool after the checkout. The breakfasts were also great. However, there is no hotel parking available (they claim on booking that it is). I also wish there was at least coffee and tea in the room. When we arrived we were not put into the room we were supposed to be in. I complained and we got moved the next morning. General comments: The area of Cala Ratjada is 90% German tourists. At first we were not used to it and felt a little like outsiders but we had a really nice time as felt welcomed and the atmosphere was always nice. Sunbeds are really hard to get. People reserve them with towels...

This is a great hotel with amazing staff always helpful and cheerful. The rooms vary in quality which is a shame as I’ve stayed in most parts of the hotel now. As I’m there for work the bands can be a bit loud but hey, most people are there on holiday so I’m fine with it. Foods great and facilities brilliant

I booked the treatment „ absolut Beauty“ in the Spa area. It was done by Olesia. It was awesome. She was so friendly and I really enjoyed the treatment. the hotel is really good, the food is varied. Everyone in the hotel is incredibly nice to us. They try to fulfill all our wishes.

The hotel is located by the beach and a few minutes away from beautiful hiking trails. The food was simply excellent and varied. The staff was very friendly and Always happy to help. Nice swimming pool, perfect for both kids and adults. All in all, a very solid place to stay.

We didn’t stay here but nipped in to use the loo while on a day out to Cala Ratjada. My wife left a bag in the ladies and we didn’t realize untill we got back to our hotel in S’illot. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The views are incredible. The pool area is very nice and wasn't too crowded during September. Finding parking on the street wasn't a problem. The breakfast buffet is also pretty inexpensive.

Great mid level hotel for us who travelled with a 1.5 year toddler. Do note that the hotel is very family oriented and vast majority of guests bring young children. I really liked the breakfast and dinner, there was a big variety of options for vegans and vegetarians. The location is amazing because it takes only a two minute walk to reach the haven and the restaurants and clubs so you never have to worry about how you're getting back to the hotel at night. Clean hotel and spa. Friendly staff. Note: German style buffet breakfast. German style patio. German tv. German pubs around. Important: Crowded loud area. Crowded beach. Single rooms facing nightclub that runs 24/7 until way past midnight.

Very clean hotell, nice bed. 5-10 min walk down to the beach. Had a great stay. Recommended.

We bought our holiday from Loveholidays.com and paid them an additional amount for a balcony. When we arrived, we were put on the ground floor with a terrace. The manager has explained this is agreed in the contract they have with Loveholidays. By definition a terrace and balcony are different. I emailed Loveholidays.com 6 times. Fantastic venue, food and facilities were great and would recommend to family and friends. The gentleman working reception on Wednesday 31/07/24 was extremely friendly and pleasure taking to, very knowledgeable and regularly helped with directions.
