Lovely hotel but a bit awkward if you arrive late

Love this place. So relaxing, only criticism they need more pool towels. Staff super friendly, food amazing, entertainment great.

We had a great 5 night stay at the Capricho, leading up to the easter weekend..The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Really great stay! Staff was very welcoming and there was champagne and chocolate on welcome and we were upgraded to a sea view room! Lovely facilities. Downsides were that the spa jacuzzi was not heated which made the title of a spa hotel a bit untrue as the water was really cold. One of the managers also told us off for drinking water out of our own bottles at dinner which felt slightly unnecessary...

The hotel was clean and well serviced. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly (especially Marc + Arturo). The beach directly in front of the hotel is gorgeous with beautiful sand. They upgraded us to a room with pool and sea view, which was great! The breakfast had tons of variety. The pools where super nice and fortunately didn't have irritating chemicals in it. Amazing location, great food and friendly staff! Will be returning for sure :) Only issue is the staff mainly approach you in German and the most common guests are German which at times is annoying as it would be nice to be approached without the assumption!

Very nice Hotel with amazing views. It doesn't get 5 stars because it doesn't provide parking and some rooms are only accessible by a steep staircase.

We didn’t stay here but nipped in to use the loo while on a day out to Cala Ratjada. My wife left a bag in the ladies and we didn’t realize untill we got back to our hotel in S’illot. It is an hours bus ride so we thought we would have to go back the next day. Had a fabulous 10 days in this hotel. The customer service is exemplary. We didn’t stay at the hotel but had to go in for a couple of times over a couple of years to get some assistance. Both the times the staff was extremely helpful and went extra mile by booking us a cab late night and making a booking at a different restaurant as there restaurant was closed. Will definitely stay at the hotel in future.

This Hotel and location are excellent. Ther Hotel was pristine everywhere. I stayed with my eldest daugher in two rooms with side sea views. The hotel staff are amazing, very friendly and super helpful and all hours of the day. The rooms are very clean and the cleaners are also friendly. The poor bar food menu in great and very quick service. I stayed here for work for 10 weeks and would highly recommend it to be people wanting nice hotel near the sea front.

Good rooms and location. The poolbar itself is nice but gives some disturbance if your room is on the 3rd floor. Also the music is very loud (the bass) so no way of relaxing there during the day.

The best value for price-quality in this surrounding. Rooftop pool is available 24h, so you can rest&chill anytime you want. Open bar with acceptable prices also next to the pool (aperolspritz 5€). Rooms were modern & clean, breakfast had a good standard with freshly made on-demand dishes. Due to the location the hotel is run as a pretty small business, so we missed a bigger pool area as well as a nicer bar. As an adult hotel, it was incredibly silent and relaxing. I definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful, quiet hotel near the center. We have felt very comfortable here. The staff is very friendly, the owner is very nice. The buffet is not huge but very good, pool and bar are also great. Well... All in all a good hotel, but it just lacks in details. You can overlook all what is bad, but you just get reminded constantly. The food was not bad, but not great either. You can have dinner on a large balcony facing the ocean and the view is simply amazing. The food was good as well, they cook all kinds of dishes, very international. I don't like balconies on the first few floors which are very small with plastic chairs and concrete walls instead of balcony railings - sitting there is not nice. Great views of the ocean from the pool and great location to get to nice beaches. Buffet breakfast was 7 euros and totally worth it. Sauna hours are a little restricted from 10am -7pm

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The views are incredible. The pool area is very nice and wasn't too crowded during September. Finding parking on the street wasn't a problem. The breakfast buffet is also pretty inexpensive.

My stay at Hotel Diamant in Cala Ratjada was fantastic! I liked everything – very clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. Another great advantage is the location – just a few minutes' walk to the sea. A perfect place to relax. I definitely recommend it!

Very tastefully presented, the food was excellent. Not the largest variety but essentially it had everything we needed. The apartment room was very clean and tidy when we got there.My children loved the indoor pool and the hot tub and also enjoyed the kids club.Would definitely recommend!

I appreciate rich breakfasts, comfortable beds, a shady garden with two swimming pools (+1 only for adults) and a small playground. The hotel is quiet. There are enough of parking spaces in the vicinity.

When we arrived we were not put into the room we were supposed to be in. I complained and we got moved the next morning. General comments: The area of Cala Ratjada is 90% German tourists.
