Lovely hotel but a bit awkward if you arrive late

Love this place. So relaxing, only criticism they need more pool towels. Staff super friendly, food amazing, entertainment great.

They upgraded us to a room with pool and sea view, which was great! The breakfast had tons of variety. The pools where super nice and fortunately didn't have irritating chemicals in it. I also liked that in the wellness area, one of the showers curiously had a Fanta Orange scent which was fun, hahah

Best time ever.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had to go in for a couple of times over a couple of years to get some assistance. Both the times the staff was extremely helpful and went extra mile by booking us a cab late night and making a booking at a different restaurant as there restaurant was closed. Will definitely stay at the hotel in future.

Of all the hotels; I have stayed in in the past during countless trips to Mallorca; the Serrano Palace in Cala Ratjada was the best!! 👍 AND THAT IS NOT A LIE!!! The staff is very friendly and the food is great; the rooms were always very clean!

Really great stay! Staff was very welcoming and there was champagne and chocolate on welcome and we were upgraded to a sea view room! Lovely facilities. Downsides were that the spa jacuzzi was not heated which made the title of a spa hotel a bit untrue as the water was really cold. Perfect hotel, but the Wi-Fi was ashame in the year 2022. People work from home (or in this case from their holiday) but every 5 minutes the wifi disconnected. Reception knows about this problem, could not help because the connection is bad at every floor/room. Just not at the reception.

The food is absolutely great: Quality, selection and daily you have something different. Right on the beach, situated in a very nice area where the promenade with shops and restaurant starts. 2nd time I have been to this place and we have truly enjoyed. Yes ofcourse the place can improve in so many different ways but the the price and the location of this hotel you can't really find anything else which compares. The hotel is literally on the beach. The food is great. There is no bar near the pool, so you have to get dressed and enter the bar to get drinks in the second floor. They should have a bar near the pool, so customers can enjoy the pool and some drinks. The staff is great besides the lady that supervises the restaurant at lunch time. Very rude to everyone.

Good rooms and location. The poolbar itself is nice but gives some disturbance if your room is on the 3rd floor. Also the music is very loud (the bass) so no way of relaxing there during the day.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The views are incredible. The pool area is very nice and wasn't too crowded during September. Finding parking on the street wasn't a problem. The breakfast buffet is also pretty inexpensive.
