We just came back from our week holiday at this amazing hotel where we stayed in a suite (306). It’s newly renovated, with beautifully decorated rooms, nice walk in shower and good air con. Expected a lot from the price paid however room was smelly, ventilation was noisy and beach extremely polluted with plastics. I believe hotels on the beach should make an extra effort to get the small beach cleaned daily. Staff on the other hand were nice!

I am very satisfied with my choice of hotel. Every employee is friendly and willing to offer help. The location of this hotel is a major pro and con. It is central to everything - the beach, shops, town square. However, because of this is it *extremely* loud at night with the bars right below. This was a perfect location for a base hotel for cycling with friends for a long weekend. The rooms were a good size with balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. They have the most amazing breakfast buffet. The hotel is in the centre of the sea front, close to loads of bars and restaurants. They have a bike storage room with good kit. Highly recommended.

Perfect for cyclists! They have an extra Bike-Storage with all the tools you need. Starting from the essentials up to the ones one hopefully does not need every day. I had a single bed room. The restaurants at this end of the promenade in Puerto Pollenca tend to be nicer that the other side, and this place is no exception. I can't speak for the hotel rooms as we only ate here, but the food was excellent. The service was relaxed and friendly, and the tables outside have a lovely view of the bay.

Room was clean and comfortable Small dining area and limited but decent choice of food. Sausages at breakfast were not great. Dreadful coffee at breakfast. Comfortable seating area on ground floor which can be quite cold on cooler days as the hotel front is kept open. As previous reviewers have said - the staff and location are great. But… the walls are made of cardboard, and breakfast doesn’t open until 8am so far from ideal for anyone looking to get out on the bike at a normal time. It’s decent value, but I’d rather spend more and get some sleep…. Also, dinner looked terrible so haven’t used the half board I paid for.

Beautiful location, hop jump and skip to the sea, couldn't be any closer. Friendly staff, stayed in junior suite in old part of hotel, wouldn't need a bigger room, balcony and sea view, gorgeous. Al a carte menu, changes every 2nd day , veggie options. Will be back!

Having discovered this hotel whilst staying elsewhere in the beautiful Puerto Pollensa bay, we ate there and were very impressed with the food, drink and particularly the service. We decided to stay there back in 2019 and have just stayed again in June 2022. Impressed the both times, we’ve already planned to stay there again in a year or two.

We spent one week in the hotel (mid October). The location is perfect. The beach right across the (calm) street. The center of Port de Pollensa is within walking distance. We ate very good at the hotel and enjoyed the veranda in the evenings. The rooms are rather small, but with a balcony and the see view that does not matter much. People are lovely too. An oasis of tranquility and chill vibes. Spent the most wonderful weekend. The bed is extremely comfortable and waking up seeing the sun come out in front of the sea was so perfect!! 100% recommend going up to the rooftop for the sunset light!

Beautiful spot to stop for a drink after a long walk along the pine trail. The veranda is cool and comfy. Had to go to bar to order, but they brought the drinks to us. I’m sure the rooms are lovely, looking at how gorgeous the outside and lobby/bar of the hotel is. Beach is directly opposite. Well worth a visit.

Just had a wonderful holiday staying here. Very clean hotel with super staff especially Josep the manager for whom nothing was too much trouble. Nice varied continental breakfast with a very relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back

I really enjoyed staying at the nice and friendly hotel singala! I stated in room 105 which had a lovely bacony facing the pool and a bar opposite and at night you get this lovely convivial ambience with the soft sounds of music and people quietly enjoying themselves as well as. I loved it! Highly recommended!

Loved it. Clean smart rooms and private small pool ideal for solo or couples after a bit of peace. Hardly anyone around when i swam. Beach literally 1min round a bend. Perfect base for a break.

A very good apartment hotel, cleaned daily to a good standard, the almost private pool shared between bottom floor apartments is lovely, salt water rather than chlorine. Does have a bit of a sharp tiled edge that needs attention. But otherwise a perfect stay

Perfect stay for a family vacation! Apartment fully equipped kitchen with utensils, located next to the beach and supermarket, and children friendly environment too! The only minor thing we had was the sofa bed had stains but they provided extra sheets for it. I'd like to suggest also maybe Hobby Club could provide small bottles of dishwashing detergent so guests don't have to buy new ones but only...
