Expected a lot from the price paid however room was smelly, ventilation was noisy and beach extremely polluted with plastics. I believe hotels on the beach should make an extra effort to get the small beach cleaned daily. Staff on the other hand were nice!

I am very satisfied with my choice of hotel. Every employee is friendly and willing to offer help. Unfortunately, I lost my documents while traveling, but the staff reacted urgently and provided advice. The room was quite small, but the view of the sea was wonderful. Having discovered this hotel whilst staying elsewhere in the beautiful Puerto Pollensa bay, we ate there and were very impressed with the food, drink and particularly the service. We decided to stay there back in 2019 and have just stayed again in June 2022. Impressed the both times, we’ve already planned to stay there again in a year or two.

We spent one week in the hotel (mid October). The location is perfect. The beach right across the (calm) street. The center of Port de Pollensa is within walking distance. Perfect stay for a family vacation! Apartment fully equipped kitchen with utensils, located next to the beach and supermarket, and children friendly environment too! The only minor thing we had was the sofa bed had stains but they provided extra sheets for it. This is the most magical, amazing hotel we've ever visited. Located 10 minutes from the port, you will be greeted with the most spectacular views on the whole island. The lunch was spectacular, and very reasonably priced for the experience. A truly wonderful experience and the staff made you feel right at home! We will be back!

Lovely hotel with amazing staff, especially Alba, Wagner and Eduard who was super helpful helping to plan bike rides around the area, we really enjoyed our time here. Large range of breakfast options, some great cocktails and a nice seating area overlooking the port and only a 10 minute stroll to the main town with a range of restaurants and bars.

Recently had a week at the Illa D’or with family, and overall, it was a superb holiday. The biggest weakness of the hotel was the bar food. We were starving and tired on arrival and so ordered a chicken burger and a few other items. Sadly this food was very low quality. It seemed likely defrosted/bought in, equivalent to bad UK pub food. We've stayed for four nights at the fantastic Illa d'or hotel and we loved it! The largest and nicest breakfast offer I've ever had, and cosy sitting spaces. Sitting next to the pool in the green garden makes you feel like you are in paradise. Staff is superfriendly and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

The rooms, foods and the hotel in general were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and they had lots of varieties of food and drinks and snacks too. The staffs were very cheerful and helpful. The beach was lovely too.

Lovely and surprisingly large indoor pool and spa complex. The outdoor pools are also terrific, especially for the kids. Also, make sure to take a walk along Pine Walk, the beach just 100m from the hotel. It is glorious.

We had a wonderful time, delicious, fresh food, helpful and professional staff who dealt with a room issue quickly. The pool is great fun for children and the spa is relaxing and has excellent facilities. The children’s entertainment was just amazing, interactive with staff that really cared. Will definitely be returning! We hope to come back next Summer!

Fantastic hotel best holiday we've ever had. The room was cleaned daily to an amazing standard. The staff all go above and beyond especially the animation team, first class. The hotel is in a wonderful location. The food is also first class. We will be back soon.

Small resort that is very well managed. Rooms cleaned to an exceptional standard. Delicious food at the buffet. Attentive staff. Plentiful drinks. Lots of play equipment for small children. Recomend spending the 15 euro to get to the incredible beaches at Cala st Vincenz . I really hope to come back someday. Only tiny improvement I would ask for is music at the pool! The staff are great and doing the best they can but it feels like the rooms are just past their sale by date. First our door wouldn’t lock, they fixed that but then we were locked in in the morning. Luckily there is a phone in the room. The handyman here is great and sorts the problems but the poor guy must be run off his feet. The front desk is super helpful and will get you what you need. Good resort, great for families. Very clean saltwater swimming pools (cold though). Good food if you like buffets. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. We had a water leak in one of the rooms after some heavy rain but this was fixed promptly. Recommend bike hire to get around and as others have noted its not in the main part of the beach so you have a 30 min walk to restaurants, shops etc...

Hotel was fairly recently renovated thereby overall the charm of a furniture catalogue. The spa is fairly small and was clearly planned assuming good weather so only few people use it. Nice resort Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos.

If you are traveling by yourself, the hotel facilities are OK, but it is inconvenient without a car. You must have a car to be convenient. The resort-style hotel has sauna, gym and restaurant.

Confortable It was a good and confortable journey. The buffet was very good. Good access to the parking. The swiming pool was excellent. The only problem was that the room was not available on time (2PM) and we must wait one hour, despite this I reccomend this hotel

We stayed one night before getting ferry from Alcúdia and they gave us a very small room in H block at the furthest point away from main areas. Restaurant in adults only area was good for dinner and breakfast. Have stayed before a few years ago for two nights and experience was completely different room much better.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a relaxing break. As soon as you enter the hotel foyer, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation; the view of the gardens and smell of the fresh flowers greets you immediately. The garden’s are so beautiful and it’s so relaxing to wander through them, the private beach is also a great space to relax and unwind. Finally, the spa is definitely worth visiting...
