People are nice. The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. Food was not the best. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. We would never stay again. The food places across the way was fantastic.

Some parts were really good! Music, entertainment, kids club. Some areas were poor, sofa bed really uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be a good investment to get people to go back. Unhappy that I was offered free parking space but after 3 visits to the reception I still needed to play after many excuses and different information. Poor, it’s a shame! Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. We will be back.

Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

The property is absolutely stunning. I can’t emphasize this enough. As great as the property is the service is even better. Visited this resort in Late January/February 2022 for 14 days. We were in a 2 bedroom villa but various others options are available. Some villas have jacuzzi included. Very clean rooms and surroundings; very friendly staff; our package was half board and the menu provided reasonable choice of food which was always well served. I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off.

Everything about this resort is fantastic. The employees were all super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with beach access, but not too crowded. Classy for sure

Nice hotel in general, but service is definitely not on a 5 star level, unfortunately. Only Nespresso coffee for breakfast or forgetting orders which were alread placed are only a few things.

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again.

The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)
