Stayed for a week late Oct - early Nov. The hotel was clean, quiet, newly renovated and has spacious rooms. No A/C was not an issue this late in the year but could get uncomfortable in the summer. Stopping over Christmas. Lovely hotel and paid a premium for the Festive Season. Breakfast is lovely and would really recommend the kids club. It’s ideal to be able to leave your child so you and your wife can get blindo on the all inclusive. Hotel is quiet too which suits us down to the ground as we don’t like other human beings. Every thing about this hotel is amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. Easy check in and with a smile and all information was told to us. Just before we flew out I noticed a waive of negative reviews which did concern me. The concept of hard rock might be dated somewhat not sure where the group will evolve over the next 3 or 4 years but I think this at times does attract more pressure on the hotel itself at times as. Good and nice hotel. Kids club is excellent. COVID19 rules good by staff, not by guests. There is control at the entrance, but that's it. Don't go if you are a patient at risk.

The entire staff was amazing. The staff Made use very comfortable. Eva in the VIP lounge was really the best person the entire week. She helped us with recommendations for the entire island. She treated us as family. She is the best.

Good food compared to other places we have stayed in. Three pools and no need to save sunbeds. Down side looking tired and dated, cockroaches for company if lights turned off. Not much in the area so quite quiet but bus stop at bottom gate to Los Christianos. No real nearby beach just a black sandy gravel cove that didn't look very inviting.

Hard to beat, excellent resort with great food, friendly staff and fantastic view over the ocean. Rooms are nice and clean. The pools are very nice. Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Overall a good experience - definitely a family resort. The children’s pool area is MUCH bigger in person, basically a small water park. There’s also children’s entertainment every night which was great. Would recommend for families with children who love slides and dancing. This is largely an owners club and as guests we felt an undercurrent of resentment. The service is impeccable and the staff efficient and friendly and the food is very good. However if you leave your room in a "mess" you will be charged another 15 euro. If you are a smoker forget it. The resort is a long way from anywhere else, it is a 50 minute trip by bus to Los Christian's. If your holiday pleasure...

Great time at the Pearly Grey. apartments well appionted,clean and tidy. Amenities great, 2 bar/restaurants ,pool and plenty of sunbeds. The whole of the ocean club was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The best part is its location right on the edge of the ocean ,splendid views of the Atlantic. Would recommend highly.

Arrived home after a gorgeous 2 weeks at the pearly grey! Home from home! Even though bar not open was still a fab holiday as restaurants very close and all pearly staff still working hard! Was lovely to be there after 2 years of being away! Certainly worth a visit x

Lovely apartment, wonderful beach and sea views. Nice area with attractive well-lit coastal paths. Clean, quiet and secure with many occupants being residents rather than tourists. Unfortunately no allocated parking and lovely private swimming pool not open until 10am.
