People are nice. The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. Food was not the best. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. We would never stay again. The food places across the way was fantastic.
Some parts were really good! Music, entertainment, kids club. Some areas were poor, sofa bed really uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be a good investment to get people to go back. Unhappy that I was offered free parking space but after 3 visits to the reception I still needed to play after many excuses and different information. Poor, it’s a shame! Little things spoil a good stay! Some cockroaches...
Hotel was fun, great theme. Food and room was excellent. Disappointed with the benefits of rock royalty, definitely didn't get that feel. The rock royalty restaurant was very busy for the space. One access to the spa was very disappointing and one of the reasons i booked the hotel was to use the spa facilities. You have to pay 30 euros for a hour half after that. When i stayed in 2019 the hotel was...
Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.
Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!
Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

Overall great experience, we really enjoyed the property and the amenities. Food and drinks are above average for an all inclusive. Bar staffs were friendly and professional, shout out to Eliza!
Great hotel at a great location. Food was excellent. Only thing the all inclusive drinks could include more alcohol😉
Great hotel with good food and a lot of pools with always places to stay. Would recommend !
The resort was good, but the food was not good, two years ago we stayed at the hotel, the food was better and the other rest.closed the buffet 1 hour and 15 min. after arrival, and the foos was boring too
We had a fantastic time at this property and we fell in love with Tenerife
Nice and well equipped hotel, good food.

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.
Very nice and family oriented hotel with an excellent service. Perfect for some relaxing holidays.
our second time didnt disappoint
We stayed at this hotel for one week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was varied and tasty. Our room on the 7th floor had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent a day at the spa and had a massage with José — he was very professional and we both felt completely relaxed. Highly recommended! The only reason...
This hotel is just amazing. Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Food is delicious, and every day they have some themes for the dinner. Cocktails were all tasty. Pools are always clean, and there's always enough space for all
The Roca Nivaria hotel is a very good option in the area and would not hesitate to recommend it. We travelled with two under 2s and it was perfect for young families with many activities planned for children and a mini club. At the same time there are areas designated for adults only both by the pool and restaurant. Very well thought out design (when you get your head around it as it’s rather large...

Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. We will be back.
Amazing hotel, food beautiful. Great restaurants. We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. We love the daytime darts. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant
Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.
We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻
Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry. The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list. Thanks to all the staff...

Overall we had a lovely stay at the Bahia. We had a great week and would recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again once it is refurbished and reopens! The hotel was good value for money and a decent all inclusive. Highlights: - Staff are brilliant, service is great and rooms are always made up well - Rooms are spacious and will be even better once modernised further - Pools and grounds...
In need of the refurb. Very tired. Think they have gave up and just waiting on it closing. Not terrible. Just ok. Nothing more. nothing less. Hotel offering free t shirts for 5 star reviews. Would prob be better to get honest reviews and look to improve on what people find inadequate. Price of hotel not worth what it offers. Pay more and visit Bahia fantasia. Much better experience. Or just get a cheaper...
Fantastic Stay – Already Planning to Return! We had an amazing few days at Bahia Principe Sunlight Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – friendly smiles, helpful advice, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotless, in a quiet area, and had a lovely view of mountains and sea. The food was excellent with plenty of choice each day, and everything...
Just got back from 5 days here! We are so happy we booked this place. We came for a mini honeymoon and were so impressed with the hotel. The cleanest place we have been, the food was fantastic and lots of variety, staff were incredibly friendly and made every effort to make sure the trip was enjoyable. We will 100% return with our children for a longer holiday, although not much around the hotel everything...
Cannot fault this hotel at all. We have been here 4 days now and everything and everyone is fantastic. The staff are amazing and the entertainment team work endlessly to ensure you have fun. There is always something to do. The complex is fantastic. My only problem is the location as it is not located near a main strip or outside bars and restaurants however we have used the bus stop at the top of...
Overall lovely grounds and great looking hotel I want to give a big shout out to our housekeeper Paulina, she was so lovely to us i wish I could give her more gratitude. I noticed she worked hard every day we were there, always had a smile on her face, greeted us and made us feel like we were at home. Gracias Paulina

Lovely location however do note like in most of the island there is a steep walk down to shops, restaurants and beach. Lovely and clean inside and around the pool areas, life guard on duty 10-5pm daily and plenty of sun beds around the pools, rooms had daily room service. Helpful front desk staff. One small issue we had was English speaking TV channels dropped out daily but staff always quick to respond...
28th Sept -6th Oct 25 Hotel and staff were lovely however the food was NASTY food looked like diarrhea undercooked processed crap we had to eat out after the second day be warned about the plastic food !!
Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Rooms immaculate and cleaned every day. Food was lovely and always plentiful. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Top pool nice and quiet but if wanted entertainment such as games etc these were in bottom pool. Only 2 minutes to few shops and bars. Really can’t fault this hotel except no evening entertainment. Something low key would have been great. Top bar...
The apartments are spacious and clean, although my son told me after we arrived home, he had 3 cockroaches in his room. Our room was spotless, including the fridge and kitchen area. Not sure it's worth paying for a side sea view, our 3 rooms were all in a row and I paid more for 2 of them. The pool areas were very clean as were the pools and a perfect temperature this time of year. Don't underestimate...
Great family resort. Plenty of pool sun beds. The upper pool is perfect for young children being a gentle slope. Pool is lovely and warm. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. There are many stairs and one block is having a lift installed. We self catered so did not eat here. Delphine and Nebula are excellent local restaurants The area is not a lively clubland which suited us perfectly
Absolutely lovely hotel very clean huge room perfect for any family with a clean oven clean fridge bed was comfortable I was there for a wedding with my wife and two girls aged 2/6 check in was very easy staff very friendly the pool area was beautiful clean nice and peaceful wasn’t to busy could get a bed no problem my kids loved it I will definitely be coming back in the new year thank you again for...

Absolutely stunning hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean. Staff are amazing, very friendly, make you feel at home. We had wonderful one week stay in this hotel. We like architecture of this hotel also the room design. We take a privileges' package which i think was worth the price. Easy booking meals what prevent you from crowds. Hotel complex has prefect size not too big not too small. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet even we had balcony on rock hotel side . If somebody need more action there is a free...
This Hotel is absolutely stunning and we've came back for the past 4 years. Food is delicious with amazing choices and as we don't tend to drink a lot we go half board. If you want to see the real Tenerife then see the lovely Genevieve to hire a car, and ask for recommendations of places to visit, she's a wealth of knowledge. The Spa and gym are great for burning off all the food you'll eat... or...
Relaxing hotel with large rooms, friendly staff, an infinity pool, sea and mountain views, a lovely balcony and perhaps the highlight: a very well-managed breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. I don't often recommend buffets, but this one really does stand out positively. There are plenty of options, many items are freshly made while you wait, signage and availability is great as well. Only negative...
We completed the online check-in and even uploaded photos of our passports, yet upon arrival we still had to hand over our passports so they could take another copy. That felt unnecessary and inconsistent. Our swim-up room was beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. No complaints about the room itself. However, the housekeeping really let the hotel down. Every single day something basic was forgotten...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exceptional stay at H10 Atlantic Sunset. The hotel is beautifully designed with immaculate rooms, stylish interiors, and breathtaking sea views. Every space felt spotless and well-maintained, from the pool areas to the restaurants. The food was excellent throughout — varied, high quality, and beautifully presented. Wow. Loved this amazing hotel. Me and my partner wanted a relaxed holiday and we found this little gem. Reception staff were amazing and friendly. Pool/restaurant staff were somewhat friendly. Food was lovely and well prepared. The singer every other night was amazing and really fitted the relaxing vibe of the hotel.. The location is amazing was able to go out to the local pub and watch the football...
Honest review: I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Positives: - Amazing team! Everyone did a great job. Patricia at reception was always smiling. Fernando, who works at the restaurant, showed great commitment to excellence making sure everything was perfect! The team member in the pool area was really kind ensuring that guests had an umbrella by their lounger. - Great for a relaxing stay, no need...
Came and stayed here for 7 nights with my father and son (9) hotel is very well maintained throughout and kept clean at all times. Staff go above and beyond and are very attentive, from when you arrive at reception, through to the dining area, the bar and the cleaners. Every member of staff plays an important role. If you’re looking for something laid back and chilled then this is the place for you...
Beautiful hotel, peaceful and tranquil. We had a room with a sea view. Listening to the waves crash off the rocks, perfect sunsets. Well situated. Rooms were clean and well equipped for self catering. Staff were polite and helpful. Salt water pool was an unexpected experience but actually very refreshing and pleasant.
You enter and see an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Breakfasts and dinners for everyone, delicious, fresh. All the wait staff are accessible, helpful. Everyone at the reception is also helpful, especially Fernando, never forgotten. Room with a beautiful view, kitchen, beautiful bathroom, cleaned every day. Also the pool is great and clean. The singer and guitar player is top-notch, especially...
Lovely hotel! We got room 400 on the 4th floor, with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing—always making sure the poolside was tidy and that everyone had umbrellas. The village is quiet, with just a few restaurants and bars, so if you're looking for nightlife, this may not be the place for you. That said, we had a great time

Rooms are very nice with all mod cons. hairdryer microwave oven fridge etc and all Kept very clean for our stay. Pool was lovely and clean, food was really nice. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Bus 473 takes you to Americas, but you do need a mask or can’t board. We got a delicious takeaway pizza from la rueda and sat and watched the sunset one evening it was beautiful. Had a lovely massage by...
Cleanliness is excellent here. Staff are cleaning all of the time and are very helpful. The buffet restaurant has a good selection of food but there is only one as the tapas one is closed (seems to be a permanent cost cutter). Entertainment is basically zero (probably another cost cutter) with just a parrot show on a Thursday, which is excellent but short. The two pools are well maintained and there...
I just got back from two weeks at Hotel Tropical Park with my wife and three siblings. We had a fantastic holiday and Hotel Tropical Park was a huge park of that. Staff members were efficient, accommodating and extremely friendly. The...
Great accommodation. Can't fault it. All an all very nice accommodation. Highly recommended, great staff, clean and tidy. Will happily stay again. I might ask how the saunas work next time!
Pros: nice pool area, lower pool at good temperature; quiet; room good, with sitting area, balcony overlooking pool and partial sea view, well equipped kitchen; location good, with easy walk to beach and nearby cafes, supermarket, etc; helpful staff for most part, especially lady at reception. Cons: no lift to rooms, particularly annoying when lugging suitcases; food only average (although reasonable...

We have been before and enjoyed it enough to return! For 3 stars it is to be expected…. Rooms need updating and general minor repairs, food is ok but staff are generally great! A few tips though; make sure the lights in communal toilets work and there is enough toilet paper; have 2 members of staff on the bar for busy periods!!
My wife and I spent a great week at Callao Garden. The hotel is in a great location close to bus routes than can get you most places on the island. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach although it is quite hilly. The hotel has everything you need for a 7 day relaxing holiday. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are 3 pools, crazy golf and tennis courts...
We’ve just returned from a week here for the bargain price we paid thought it was really good value. Yes it’s dated (they are doing up apartments though as we saw some being updated and stripped out) but the apartments are large and clean, the balcony/terrace is also huge. It was an incredibly relaxing holiday. The sun bed situation was great at the beginning of the week, no rush for sun beds but...
Not bad for a 3 star…rooms are comfortable & cleaned every day….food is alright…it gets cold very quickly & the only show cooking is Omelettes & sausages…plenty of sunchairs with 3 pools to choose from…they seem to have a problem with doors?! Opening & closing? The only downside is there are a lot steps a lot! Hilly walks around the grounds…so if you’re unsteady on your feet or disabled it’s not a...
A really lovely place to stay. We received a really nice welcome and were offered food even though it was almost midnight when we arrived. The complex was very large and well maintained. The room, clean, old fashioned but large, well equipped and with a balcony that overlooked the sea. There were three large pools, again clean and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and within a very short walk...
We booked at Callao Garden after thoroughly researching before our trip (as everyone should before booking a holiday). We went with an open mind and honestly had a wonderful time. We also opted for the all-inclusive package. We really don’t understand what some people expect when booking—Callao Garden is not marketed as a 5-star resort, nor does it claim to be. Some reviewers seem to have champagne...

This is largely an owners club and as guests we felt an undercurrent of resentment. The service is impeccable and the staff efficient and friendly and the food is very good. However if you leave your room in a "mess" you will be charged another 15 euro. If you are a smoker forget it. The resort is a long way from anywhere else, it is a 50 minute trip by bus to Los Christian's. If your holiday pleasure...
Nice place, if u get a room with sea view - its better, the room was nice. Close to all restaurants around, and supermarket. Parking - u should look for at the street.
Great time at the Pearly Grey. apartments well appionted, clean and tidy. Amenities great, 2 bar/restaurants ,pool and plenty of sunbeds. The whole of the ocean club was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The best part is its location right on the edge of the ocean ,splendid views of the Atlantic. Would recommend highly.
Arrived home after a gorgeous 2 weeks at the pearly grey! Home from home! Even though bar not open was still a fab holiday as restaurants very close and all pearly staff still working hard! Was lovely to be there after 2 years of being away! Certainly worth a visit x
Fabulous location, wonderful staff especially Justine and great room. We visited Pearly grey ocean club for the first time in July ‘21. We were immediately made to feel at home on arrival. Our room was glorious and kept pristinely clean. We visited with my daughter and granddaughter and we all could not of had a better time.
