Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Very easy to check in, hotel facilities are very clean and friendly service

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again.

Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and modern. Bed could have been more comfortable and not split into singles Food was average, often cold and bland. I stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It's been done up really welll. We were in the adults only section which was great with lots of areas with relaxing sunbeds. Food was fine, we did eat out on most evenings. Only downsides were you had to book in the night before to use the gym and the daytime music at the rooftop bar was extreme loud. Despite that we would stay again.

Stayed as 2 couples in their 40’s. Chose adults area for apartment. The only thing as a negitive for us was a slight lack of atmosphere. I’m guessing just due to what people want from a holiday. We really like this resort. We had to clean up the bathroom when we checked in, but not a big deal. The staff is very careful and willing to help. Food is great and the restaurant offers many varieties and different dishes. Lots of fun activities for the kids in the play areas and the pools.

We had a ground floor apartment which had a kitchen, bedroom, large living room and spacious courtyard. Large pool but the tiles a loose and can hurt your feet. From start to finish this holiday was amazing, the first holiday we've been on where we did not want to come home. We have been to Gran Tinerfe twice before and enjoyed it but it has definitely upped its game since our last visit.
