We went for a drink and the buffet dinner, brought for us as a Xmas present. The hotel is starting to look jaded with things in need of maintenance and attention. The buffet food was very good. Stopping over Christmas. Lovely hotel and paid a premium for the Festive Season. Breakfast is lovely and would really recommend the kids club. It’s ideal to be able to leave your child so you and your wife can get blindo on the all inclusive. Hotel is quiet too which suits us down to the ground as we don’t like other human beings. Every thing about this hotel is amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. Easy check in and with a smile and all information was told to us. Just before we flew out I noticed a waive of negative reviews which did concern me. The concept of hard rock might be dated somewhat not sure where the group will evolve over the next 3 or 4 years but I think this at times does attract more pressure on the hotel itself at times as. Good and nice hotel. Kids club is excellent. COVID19 rules good by staff, not by guests. There is control at the entrance, but that's it. Don't go if you are a patient at risk.

The entire staff was amazing. The staff Made use very comfortable. Eva in the VIP lounge was really the best person the entire week. She helped us with recommendations for the entire island. She treated us as family. She is the best.

Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I travelled with a family of 9 of various ages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is lovely (although would have liked a kettle in the bedrooms) and the pool & outside areas are also very pleasant. Location is great if you don’t mind a bit of a walk back into Costa Adeje. That said there is a frequent bus service and taxis not a problem to book.

Juan Jose has the best service and helped me out as I’m gluten free. I’d say they have okay selection when it comes to gluten free food. However, they need to display the allergies on the buffet. I felt silly going round with the chef and them telling me what I can and can’t have everyday. Other than that it was a lovely experience.

This Complex is vast with lots of different types of accommodation. It is full of steps and slopes, lots of different levels. We really like this resort. We had to clean up the bathroom when we checked in, but not a big deal. The staff is very careful and willing to help. Food is great and the restaurant offers many varieties and different dishes. Lots of fun activities for the kids in the play areas and the pools.

A bit dated, but very clean and attentive staff. The workout facilities are small and some of the oldest equipment I’ve seen at a resort. I’d recommend to go elsewhere for dinner though, as the Japanese and Tapas restaurants were found to be pretty mediocre and more expensive.

The hotel is well located, the amenities are also great! As any other 5* hotel, we found the restaurants a bit pricey for what you get.
