H10 Atlantic Sunset Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at the Atlantic Sunset! This hotel truly delivers what it promises—modern, spacious, stunning views and warm service.
From the beautifully designed rooms to the relaxing pools, and assortment of the dining options everything felt thoughtfully curated for a perfect palmy getaway. We had a blast from start to finish!
Special thanks to Barbara (Guest Relations) who went the extra mile in welcoming us and making us feel extra pampered! :)
It was difficult to leave but we left fully recharged!
(PS. The natural pool and cozy area in front of the hotel by the rocks were a plus for us)

An exceptional stay at H10 Atlantic Sunset. The hotel is beautifully designed with immaculate rooms, stylish interiors, and breathtaking sea views. Every space felt spotless and well-maintained, from the pool areas to the restaurants.

The food was excellent throughout — varied, high quality, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the staff: consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

Everything ran smoothly, and we left feeling relaxed and very well looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.

We have just finished our stay at H10 Atlantic sunset and we really enjoyed our two weeks. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and of a high quality. Our 7 year old daughter went to kids club from 11 to 13:00 everyday and loved it there. She made friends with other kids on holidays and the staff there were very nice especially Janika.
Marcos the waiter was also very entertaining during meals.
5 stars all round. Something for everyone. Kids pools and adults infinity pool which is quiet and nice to chill.

We had a really fantastic holiday as a family of 4. The hotel is absolutely immaculate and the rooms are large. Housekeeping was faultless and the rooms were cleaned and minibar replenished everyday with water.

We soon got use to the booking system for the restaurants and I think it worked well. I would perhaps say that reception could do the first booking with you on check in to make sure you know what you're doing and you have a plan for the first meal in the hotel. You could book the a la carte restaurants easily and frequently which we loved.

The food and drink was great and the coffee shop with fantastic cakes was so good!!! A fantastic all inclusive experience.

I would perhaps suggest that the pool bar could do with x 2 staff members serving behind the bar in the afternoon (3-6pm) as you did wait a while for drinks then with one one member of staff.

Overall, a great holiday, fantastic hotel and we'd love to return.

Our third visit in 3 years - the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained/cleaned. The staff are wonderfully polite and could not do enough to help (noting we travelled with our 4yr old and 1yr old baby). Perfect for young children who love a daily mini disco!

My only negative was the choice and quality of the food at the buffet - it has gone significantly downhill since our last two visits. The themed nights do not have much variety / offering, and often the same items are recycled day after day, with varying degrees of quality. Children’s buffet choices were also strange (including jalapeño cheese bites!). However, the hotel couldn’t do enough to make sure my 1yr old had food on demand, and my wife’s nut and sesame allergies were catered for - very grateful for this.

Would return but only knowing the food had improved.

The environment is perfect, you should stay a few more days

I traveled to Tenerife alone and stayed there! I really like the scenery. It’s so beautiful.
You can drink and listen to music at the bar in the evening
Staying for three days and two nights is probably the happiest three days in 2024
