H10 Atlantic Sunset

Just returned home after 9 nights at Atlantic Sunset, 2 adults 2 kids both aged 11. This was our second time in 2 years staying at the hotel and it was just as good, the privilege option is worth every penny, the rooms are very spacious and clean,. The hotel staff are excellent, early check in, late check out not a problem. Pools are great especially the rooftop pool, no issues with sun loungers. Food in the restaurants was good. Overall we had a brilliant relaxing holiday, highly recommended.

Just returned from a 7 night stay here and would thoroughly recommend it. We had a junior suite which was amazing.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, so much so that we are actually missing being there. Lovely welcome, hotel is bright, modern and clean.
Facilities are superb, kids entertainment amazing, evening entertainment had variety and was good, location is lovely and the kids splash park was a massive hit with our 3 and 5 year old.
We had the pleasure of dealing with the guest relations team who were all fantastic and helped to make our stay that extra bit special, thank you to Barbara, Noemi, Maare, Jorge and Selma.
If you’re looking to do a day trip, would highly recommend Loro Park, we had a fabulous time in paradise!
It’s a big thumbs up from us, we look forward to returning soon and would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall a good experience - definitely a family resort. The children’s pool area is MUCH bigger in person, basically a small water park. There’s also children’s entertainment every night which was great. Would recommend for families with children who love slides and dancing.

However, for the price, I would expect much better food at the buffet as well as the quality of the adult/family entertainment.

Amongst the three pools, two are salt water which makes the main pool a mad dash for beds after breakfast.

The spa and Guest services were probably the only truly 5 star thing we experienced here.

Stayed for a week in this hotel. We had the swim up room and very glad we did, was literally in the pool everyday.
CHECK-IN: we were greeted well and lead to the check in desks. The man who checked us in was a little less upbeat compared to his colleagues, a bit too serious, but pleasant man.
ROOM: Upon first glance, the room was modern and luxury, very comfy pillows. There were some batteries missing in the weighing scales, and as someone who weighs herself everyday, was a little gutted. There seemed to be makeup on net and on the curtains tiny holes where past guests must have smoked and burnt it, but wasn’t that bad.
HOUSE KEEPERS: very friendly but if your not an early bird, I advise you put the ‘do not disturb’ on your door, otherwise you’ll have constant knocking, and they won’t leave until you address them.
FOOD AND DRINK: a good selection of restaurants/bars, with their own uniqueness, snack bar was probably are favourite as it was closest to our room and mozzarella sticks and crispy chicken was delicious. All the food and drink we consumed was included in our all inclusive. Our minibar in our room was refilled every 2 days, which was a nice surprise.

They have some restaurants that are not included in the all inclusive, so we didn’t try them.

There is a gym and a spa, which we didn’t try as wasn’t sure it was included in all inclusive.

Overall very pleasant stay as a young couple, location is quieter so you will need to get the bus which is half an hour away from the busier, partying locations.

This really is an excellent place to stay, from the warm welcome on arrival right through to the assistance at departure.
The rooms are very clean and refreshed every day with water, coffee etc all being topped up.
The food is top notch with an amazing selection at the buffets which had variations every day. Always hot and fresh. The salads, in particular, were amazing.
The hotel itself is so well laid out with great views. It’s very clean and always plenty of staff around to help out.
The pools all offer something different, from the kids mini water park, through to the quieter infinity pools.
You can also take a walk along the fronts to some of the beaches.

Would definitely recommend. Little bit old but very clean with service at its finest.

3 pools accessible - infinity pool with ocean view was amazing.

Room I stayed was 1622 (suite with ocean view, terrace and private outdoor bathtub).

Good service, luggage store service & shower also available after checkout.

Spa was also good but the water temperature was not as hot as I expected. But massage was great (60 euro per person).
Good range of foods in morning breakfast.

Best if you want to stay in hotel and have good rest with your family - children daycare also available.

Our stay at Atlantic sunset was in all categories exceptional!
The hotel is a beautiful and clean building with a good variety of food choices.
Our sons are a bit picky eaters, but we could always find something for them to eat as well as for us as we prefer a bit fancy meals.
The room we had was on the ground floor with a pool view and easy access to the pool and kids club which was clean and comfortable.
We got the h-10 app to make it easy to book the restaurants and see what the schedule was for the day, we recommend you do the same.
The value for money is one of the best that I’ve experienced.
Unfortunately our son had an accident during our stay and he had to be hospitalized and have a surgery, the hotel staff were VERY helpful and supportive to us in every way possible, all from helping him to get into the doctors hands and making the final days as comfortable and safe as possible.
I also had my birthday two days after my sons accident and guest relations department made sure that our experience was perfect.
I could keep on writing many more positive things about Atlantic sunset but to summarize them all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you choose this hotel.

We had a great family holiday, the kids loved every minute.
The service is excellent.
The privilege tier is highly recommended with its own restaurant and rooftop pool, but you'll enjoy the hotel without it too.
The only thing that could be better is the pool bar, which is lacking some kids dishes, and it would have been even better if there was poolside service.

From the moment we arrived until we left we were cosseted and spoiled. Staff were so welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculately clean, well equipped and spacious. Huge bath towels and super size comfortable bed. The food in the buffet restaurant was exceptional, catering for all tastes and dietary needs. Everywhere was clean and calm. Beautiful pool areas, lots of sun beds and reasonable bar prices for drinks. Overall a fantastic experience that lives up to the five stars. I would highly recommend this hotel for a sumptuous holiday
