H10 Atlantic Sunset

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it simply wasn’t enough time to enjoy this magnificent hotel. The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly constantly ensuring that we were taken care of. The food was spectacular and Njdeh the co-manager took care of us to make sure our stay was wonderful. We will be returning again and again. A must stay for any couple that need to relax in paradise

We recently stayed at the H1O hotel, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. What stood out the most was the attentive and friendly staff, who did everything to make our stay enjoyable.

However, there was one aspect that slightly diminished our experience. Both during breakfast and dinner, we felt like we were in a 'McDonald's-like' environment—not because of the food (which was great), but because of the many children running around. Many parents seemed to let their children roam freely without paying attention, causing constant noise. Unfortunately, this was not something the staff could do much about, apart from watching.

At times, we found ourselves questioning if this dining atmosphere truly reflected a 5-star experience. Perhaps we were simply unlucky with the timing of our visit, or maybe we should consider paying extra for the privilege experience next time.

We will probably return at some point, but we hope that more attention will be given to this aspect of the dining experience in the future.

It seemed that the hotel is more focused on families with young children, which is understandable. But as a couple, it was hard to enjoy a peaceful meal. We noticed that we weren’t the only ones seeking a bit of quiet, but it was nearly impossible to find a calm moment.

A suggestion would be to create separate, quieter spaces for couples and solo travelers, while grouping families with children in other areas. This could greatly improve the experience for all types of guests.

Overall, a lovely hotel, but hopefully, more attention will be given to creating a better balance between tranquility and liveliness for everyone.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time last week & I hope it won’t be the last. The hotel is beautifully kept & has wonderful facilities, bars & restaurants. We stayed privilege all inclusive which gave us use of the roof top privilege area & all the restaurants & everything was just amazing. We had a wonderful, relaxing week & didn’t want to come home. All staff from reception, to the restaurant & bar staff & the cleaners were all so wonderful & always had a smile on their faces. They go above & beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay & are a credit to the hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay & we hope to return one day.

Just had an amazing 7 night stay at the H10 Atlantic sunset hotel. This was are 3rd time at the hotel, but the first time using the privilege service. This hotel is nothing but amazing and can’t fault the hotel, the rooms and the staff. The privilege service enables you to use the privilege lounge for breakfast and dinner and also the self service bar during the day. The privilege only roof top pool is great and has its own bar. My only thoughts or feedback was it would be nice if this pool was adults only as it can get a little noisy if there are families with young children there, I’m not against children having a good time and fun as I have children myself but it was meant to be a quiet area for privilege quests. The food in the view restaurant was amazing and the service was brilliant and always welcoming. The food in the Buffett area which you have to use even as a privilege guest for lunch can be a little repetitive but always good quality. The other restaurants on site that you can book are also great. I love this hotel and would recommend it to all. I shall be returning in may next year

A perfect hotel for a perfect stay! I can highly recommend this all inclusive easily 5 star rated resort. The swim-up rooms are pure perfection for anyone who likes to jump directly into the pool. The staff was always(!) super friendly. I must mention the food of the main restaurant (Central Market) - I have never seen such a variety of high quality food in a resort in Europe before. My outmost respect.

Just returned home after 9 nights at Atlantic Sunset, 2 adults 2 kids both aged 11. This was our second time in 2 years staying at the hotel and it was just as good, the privilege option is worth every penny, the rooms are very spacious and clean,. The hotel staff are excellent, early check in, late check out not a problem. Pools are great especially the rooftop pool, no issues with sun loungers. Food in the restaurants was good. Overall we had a brilliant relaxing holiday, highly recommended.

Just returned from a 7 night stay here and would thoroughly recommend it. We had a junior suite which was amazing.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, so much so that we are actually missing being there. Lovely welcome, hotel is bright, modern and clean.
Facilities are superb, kids entertainment amazing, evening entertainment had variety and was good, location is lovely and the kids splash park was a massive hit with our 3 and 5 year old.
We had the pleasure of dealing with the guest relations team who were all fantastic and helped to make our stay that extra bit special, thank you to Barbara, Noemi, Maare, Jorge and Selma.
If you’re looking to do a day trip, would highly recommend Loro Park, we had a fabulous time in paradise!
It’s a big thumbs up from us, we look forward to returning soon and would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall a good experience - definitely a family resort. The children’s pool area is MUCH bigger in person, basically a small water park. There’s also children’s entertainment every night which was great. Would recommend for families with children who love slides and dancing.

However, for the price, I would expect much better food at the buffet as well as the quality of the adult/family entertainment.

Amongst the three pools, two are salt water which makes the main pool a mad dash for beds after breakfast.

The spa and Guest services were probably the only truly 5 star thing we experienced here.

Stayed for a week in this hotel. We had the swim up room and very glad we did, was literally in the pool everyday.
CHECK-IN: we were greeted well and lead to the check in desks. The man who checked us in was a little less upbeat compared to his colleagues, a bit too serious, but pleasant man.
ROOM: Upon first glance, the room was modern and luxury, very comfy pillows. There were some batteries missing in the weighing scales, and as someone who weighs herself everyday, was a little gutted. There seemed to be makeup on net and on the curtains tiny holes where past guests must have smoked and burnt it, but wasn’t that bad.
HOUSE KEEPERS: very friendly but if your not an early bird, I advise you put the ‘do not disturb’ on your door, otherwise you’ll have constant knocking, and they won’t leave until you address them.
FOOD AND DRINK: a good selection of restaurants/bars, with their own uniqueness, snack bar was probably are favourite as it was closest to our room and mozzarella sticks and crispy chicken was delicious. All the food and drink we consumed was included in our all inclusive. Our minibar in our room was refilled every 2 days, which was a nice surprise.

They have some restaurants that are not included in the all inclusive, so we didn’t try them.

There is a gym and a spa, which we didn’t try as wasn’t sure it was included in all inclusive.

Overall very pleasant stay as a young couple, location is quieter so you will need to get the bus which is half an hour away from the busier, partying locations.

This really is an excellent place to stay, from the warm welcome on arrival right through to the assistance at departure.
The rooms are very clean and refreshed every day with water, coffee etc all being topped up.
The food is top notch with an amazing selection at the buffets which had variations every day. Always hot and fresh. The salads, in particular, were amazing.
The hotel itself is so well laid out with great views. It’s very clean and always plenty of staff around to help out.
The pools all offer something different, from the kids mini water park, through to the quieter infinity pools.
You can also take a walk along the fronts to some of the beaches.
