Good location but that's where it ends. In need of upgrades, to bathrooms , sound insulation, mattresses and air-conditioning.

Fantastic location. Cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the harbor. Good restaurants nearby.
It's just a shame there's no way to order a drink, except at the restaurant across the street. It's also a real shame, given the heat, that there's no minibar or refrigerator in the room.

Lovely location sat on the water to have a drink and good comfortable chairs etc. there weee 6 staff behind the bar and not walking around serving and selling. To then be charged €13.50 for a rum and coke is pretty shameful. Especially for locals. I hope you reconsider your price strategy to entice locals to live in the town they live in.

We just had lunch at the restaurant by the sea which was not good. Very expensive and poor, snobby service.

Stayed at this hotel 3 years ago for a couple of days. Had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the port. Room was lovely, very Majorcan in blue and white. It was fabulous sitting on the balcony in the evening, listening to all the buzz below. It is right next door to Tim’s, but this wasn’t intrusive. The down side is that there is no mini fridge in the room, which would have been nice, so we could have stored a bottle of wine to have on our balcony. There is no room service and very little service to speak of for refreshments during the day. If you want to stay here, request a sea view room. It is really is a hotel to use as a base. Very small, but nice little beach across the road. The Brismar is nice for a mini break, then you can just wonder around and try the lovely restaurants and shops. Have been coming here for a few years now so know it well.

The hotel is quite basic but makes up for that with its great location. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Very good traditional Spanish Hotel in the centre of the resort. Had a great time. Breakfast delicious.
Only downside no lift, we were on the third floor!
Not suitable for those with walking problems.
Will definitely be going again next year.

Rip off hotel. Bad service. No working aircon. Tiny bathroom.
Stayed here for the location. Would never stay again. For the price this hotel was a complete waste of money and rip off.
We paid for an upgrade and got upgraded to a view of car park.
Aircon wouldn’t work. We went and spoke to front desk about it and they said it’s because people run it to cold… so minimum setting is to 24 degrees c - see photo. So my partner and I didn’t sleep all night. I’ve slept better in my car.
Bathroom was disgusting and tiny. You brush your teeth and shower Curtin, toilet seat and bathroom door is all touching you.
Would never stay here again.
Oh and breakfast was below average.

Nice hotel in a nice location
The hotel has the best possible location. The staff in the hotel are nice but the rooms are dated. Make sure you get a room with sea view.
The restaurant has good food but the staff are terrible. Unfriendly, bad attitude and lack of customer appreciation.

Very well located hotel, right in the heart of Andraitx. The service and the outside terrace are great. We would love to come back.
