Lovely location sat on the water to have a drink and good comfortable chairs etc. there weee 6 staff behind the bar and not walking around serving and selling. To then be charged €13.50 for a rum and coke is pretty shameful. Especially for locals. I hope you reconsider your price strategy to entice locals to live in the town they live in.

We just had lunch at the restaurant by the sea which was not good. Very expensive and poor, snobby service.

Stayed at this hotel 3 years ago for a couple of days. Had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the port. Room was lovely, very Majorcan in blue and white. It was fabulous sitting on the balcony in the evening, listening to all the buzz below. It is right next door to Tim’s, but this wasn’t intrusive. The down side is that there is no mini fridge in the room, which would have been nice, so we could have stored a bottle of wine to have on our balcony. There is no room service and very little service to speak of for refreshments during the day. If you want to stay here, request a sea view room. It is really is a hotel to use as a base. Very small, but nice little beach across the road. The Brismar is nice for a mini break, then you can just wonder around and try the lovely restaurants and shops. Have been coming here for a few years now so know it well.

Rip off hotel. Bad service. No working aircon. Tiny bathroom.
Stayed here for the location. Would never stay again. For the price this hotel was a complete waste of money and rip off.
We paid for an upgrade and got upgraded to a view of car park.
Aircon wouldn’t work. We went and spoke to front desk about it and they said it’s because people run it to cold… so minimum setting is to 24 degrees c - see photo. So my partner and I didn’t sleep all night. I’ve slept better in my car.
Bathroom was disgusting and tiny. You brush your teeth and shower Curtin, toilet seat and bathroom door is all touching you.
Would never stay here again.
Oh and breakfast was below average.

Nice hotel with a long tradition in Port d'Andratx. Rooms are clean and staff especially at the front desk is friendly. Front desk open 24/7. They offer dinner outside on the bathing platform. When you are a guest in the hotel you'll get 10% discount. The only location with a bathing platform in town. All other places at the harbour only offer food and drinks outside on the opposite sidewalk or if enough space also directly in front of the restaurant. Parking is possible behind the hotel. Take a room with balcony to the harbour, the other side is not very nice.

Lovely restaurant. We had the best food in port andratx in this place and highly recommend it. I’m not sure why it has bad reviews (bad luck? Hôtel section?)

We stayed one night here before beginning our GR221 hike. The building is perfectly located and the first floor is very aesthetic. We were given the room 213, which didn't have a working air conditioner. At 2am we asked to switch rooms because it was sweltering hot and the air outside and in the halls was cooler. The staff was friendly and very accomodating to move us to a room with a working air conditioner. Then it was great. Just make sure not to get room 213.

Rooms are quite basic but in a very nice location with a beach right in front of the hotel.
The hotel restaurant at the front is amazing in both food, service and views. The staff are amazingly kind and go the extra mile.

Staff were quite rude and extremely slow. Food was quite good to be fair, And location quite beautiful. But staff just made the night unenjoyable :(

I asked for a spaghettis for a spaghettis bologneses. I got served with a really small portion of pasta covered with bolognese sauce which tasted like the ones you can find in supermarket. I also asked for a long island ice tea there was so little alcohol it tasted like a lemon Coke. Price was expensive for Spain. Service was ok.
