This hotel is so much more than I was expecting for my first solo trip! Th location could not get any better! I arrived at about 10 pm so had missed dinner but they open the restaurant at 10.30 for late arrivals. I was given a glass of Prosecco while checking in. Reception area is beautiful with fountains and lots of seating. I was on the 4th floor and there were 4 lifts available for each wing. My room was really nice with twin beds pushed together. A balcony with a beautiful sea view . Lovely little bathroom with a fantastic shower. Air-con, safe and a mini fridge too. Buffet restaurant for all meals and the choices were unlimited! Food was delicious and so fresh. Unlimited cocktails, soft drinks and tea/coffee all day when you book all inclusive. Beach is literally 1 minute walk away and it’s really well maintained with a bar , lifeguard and restaurant (not part of the hotel) there is a really nice pool with plenty of loungers. There is also a really nice area to sunbathe right next to the sea but not on the beach that cost 5€ per day where I could access the deeper sea via some metal steps. Peguera is a 8€ taxi ride away if you want so more nightlife or shopping. I can’t wait to book again!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days and absolutely wonderful. All staff from front desk to cleaning staff friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and a vast variety and all well cooked. The hotel and grounds were absolutely spotless. Quieter locality but amazing views but within easy reach of areas like Andratx and Palma. Local taxi rank literally 2 minute walk from the hotel and Local transport is very easy to use. All in all a wonderful time spent in Camp de Mar.

It took 2 weeks searching looking for an holiday with a great location, and wow!!
It didn’t disappoint. A truly beautiful location with a very very relaxing atmosphere.

Only 30 mins transfers in taxi that was very reasonable 50/60 euros

Staff couldn’t do enough for you and was full of energy. Greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival.

Entertainment every night although the bar shut promptly at 11:30pm

Rooms basic but clean and was cleaned every day.

Pool area washed down early every morning. Hotel floors at reception constantly being cleaned. Couldn't fault it.

Drinks and cocktails was all good as was bar staff.

The only thing that let our holiday down and it did in a big way was the food!!!
loads and loads of choices but nothing good! and we tried! We really did try, but nothing tasted like it looked or should have ! And all very very repetitive.
We both struggled to eat after day 2/3 and although all inclusive we decided to eat out at a lot of extra cost..

A shame because we would have loved to come back.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The service was very good and the staff were all excellent, helpful, very smiley and friendly. We stayed in a standard room, 561. I had asked for a room with a sea view and the staff tried hard to find me one but the choice I was given did (sort of) have a sea view but over looked the street too, so probably noisy, we chose to stay in our internal view room, they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom, excellent. Really good quality soaps and shampoo's in the large walk in shower, and a hair dryer. We asked for a kettle which was supplied immediately plus, tea, coffee, mugs so that was a bonus. The only downside is that a lot of the rooms are made to be connecting rooms, so there is a door between each room. This does make it easy to hear your neighbours as the doors are not soundproofed it seems. We were lucky but I can imagine it could be noisy.
The food was really nice, lots of choice and well cooked. A lot of thought was put into making little extras to add to your plate of maybe something you wanted to try. We were half board plus, which meant you had alcohol with your evening meal. We found some great restaurants locally for lunch withing short walking distance of the hotel. This is a happy hotel, everyone seemed really chilled and were having a good time.

The hotel had a perfect location right by the beach, and there was also another smaller, more rocky but very beautiful beach nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and the food was fantastic. There was a great variety of everything, and between the main meals there were snack stations with sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs. The hotel is large and offers plenty to do throughout the day. The rooms were nice and welcoming, and we had a wonderful sea view. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy throughout the day since our room was facing the pool side. Overall, everything was amazing and we had a wonderful time.
The location is very convenient, with a taxi stand nearby, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store, and everything you might need. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing easy access to nearby towns.

My partner and I have just returned from the best holiday at Alua Gran Camp de Mar! From the get go, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were told we had the 'My Favourite Club' option, which we think we were given because we signed up to Hyatt Agency on booking. This meant that we could use the adult-only upstairs sun loungers away from the pool, as well as the lovely sun loungers down by the sea for free (these were only 10 euro to rent if not with the Club). The food was absolutely brilliant; we're both vegetarians and there was plenty of options for us, but we have to say the meat options looked fab too. The options changed each day of the week. Always wine, sangria and soft drinks available at every meal. The entertainment in the night was all very cheesy but usually quite good and laugh to watch. Brilliant cocktails. We loved the token initiative, which meant that each drink you get you turn in a token to make so that all the cups are reusable and less littering at the beach; really simple to use. The room was the simplest option and had an amazing view of the pool and sea. There was a sweet indoor pool and jacuzzi too. And the journey from the airport to the hotel was the most simple bus journey! Nothing bad to say!

We had a lovely week in the Alua Gran. A lovely clean hotel with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would like to give special credit to Francisco the restaurant manager. There were always clean tables available. He and his team work very hard to keep things running smoothly and are a perfect compliment to the excellent buffet that is available every meal time. The head chef deserves great credit for the lovely variety and the delightful presentation. We loved our room, we loved meal times all set in the wonderful picturesque Camp de Mar.

Food was good, great variety and friendly staff. Room was clean and modern. Terrible parking near by so get hotel parking for 4€ per day. When checking in remember to get tokens. They are used to stop passers by taking up prime hotel seating Over all a great part of Majorca.

If I could give zero stars I would! This hotel is not 4 stars, it is seriously outdated and the customer service is absolutely appalling. This hotel is understaffed and works on a token system to get drinks, the whole point of a all inclusive holiday is that it is meant to be a relaxing holiday without having to spend time queuing up to get drinks. Just to top it off Me and my family got stuck in one of the lifts for 10 minutes…... the emergency alarm went off and other people staying at the hotel heard the alarm however the reception staff (one person on the desk) said that he never heard the alarm go off. If it wasn’t for my brother and husband forcing the lift door open we would’ve been stuck in there for longer. This is absolutely unacceptable this is a serious health and safety issue, especially as my sister has a severe heart condition and was having a panic attack. As soon as we got out the lift we spoke to the receptionist who said he was very sorry and that usually someone would call if there was an issue with the lift … on this occasion it did not happen (this hotel does not meet regulation standards which is concerningly dangerous!). We even had to tell the receptionist to put an out of service sign on the lift as other people where trying to use that lift which was broken … they finally put a sign at least 12 hours after our incident. we spoke to the manager who offered a 25 minutes massage under the condition that we sign a disclaimer!!! We were disappointed with this outcome so we had further discussion with the manager who advised we could leave if we wanted! How can you turn around to paying customers and recommend they leave ! We had also asked for an incident report so that we could have a log of the complaint but the manager said we would have to sign the disclaimer to get this information…. A very corrupt system absolutely appalling customer service. And to top it off we found a cockroach in the glassware tray … apparently the manager said this wouldn’t happen because they check this weekly! I would avoid this hotel at all cost!!!

Just super for a quiet holiday. Nice stuff, delicious food, all inclusive program is perfecr here with lots of options food and drinks. Sandy beach, places to relax in the shadow or by the sea or swimmingpool. Price to power is wonderful. Best place for relax vacation.
