Very nice, as well as a beautiful little hotel and we were received very warmly and felt welcome. Everything in the hotel area is really beautiful and even the sweet Dog smiled and welcomed us.

It wasn’t our first stay there, overall we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t like is that the housekeeping knocked at the door every day before 9 am even though we had a no disturb sign on our door. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, even if outdated, and the price recently is not so matching the quality as before.

Chinese people should not stay here. The hostess has a very bad attitude and the stay experience is poor.
1. The room is poorly soundproofed. You can hear the TV next door and the noise from the corridor.
2. The sound of water backflow in the toilet affects sleep all night
3. You need to pay to use the room safe, 3 euros a day, speechless
4. The sheets were dirty and the quilt was a tablecloth-like cloth, thin and hard. I didn't sleep comfortably at any night! ! ! This is the most unacceptable! !
5. The air conditioner blows air intermittently. It is loud for 10 seconds when it blows air. After it stops, the whole room becomes stuffy.
6. The room smells stuffy
7. I wanted my boss to help me book a taxi to the airport, but his attitude was terrible.
8. The shower room is so small that it hits your hands when washing your hair. There is no place to put things. 9. The balcony door lock is also a key lock, which is difficult to lock and very troublesome.

Really nice stay and people were nice! However, hotel is not open during the night and it was difficult getting taxis late at night.

I just loveeeeeee everything about this hotel, owner landlady was fab, the guy Ali was awesome and their was another girl who was very tall and slim, mainly do morning shift and at the time of breakfast she was fab too… we enjoyed our stay and without second thought if we come to Mallorca next time going to stay in Cupidor only

Very helpful and nice staff. he always helps with a smile in any situation. I think they cook perfectly here! Very pleasant environment and very very tasty food. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's dinner. I recommend trying the cuisine in this hotel. Thank you very much.

We stayed 4 nights and we landed Mallorca at midnight. When we arrive hotel we did not found anyone to welcome us. I have never see empty reception before. Rooms are oldfashined, towels was torn (first day) and hotel staff is rude. Breakfast was poor and there was an ants on the breakfast's table..
