This is a private and exclusive property. However the level of service doesn’t quite match the level expected of such a property. Breakfast and dinner were both difficult due to understaffing or under training of employees. Often orders got mixed up/forgotten. This should not happen even if it’s off season in October

Great price, friendly staff. Excellent view from the room. But then again, any place has a.wondmerful view in Casares. Basically,go there if you are in the neighbourhood. Go even if you arent! Casares is a perfect spot to relax for a couple of days.

Nice hotel, great views, friendly and welcoming. Good location if you don't expect to be able to park outside the door - you will be carrying your bags at least 100m up a steerp street or down steep steps. Old fashioned rooms, which I like but not everyone will. Kept very clean for us. Relatively low cost and no frills but great value for money.

It has been a good experience, I liked the apartment, everything was clean, everything was fine, there was no noise although I would have liked it to be a corner apartment but it couldn't be.

Great facilities, although our room wasn't very clean the day we checked in! Friendly and attentive staff! Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety, it's just a shame that people have more eyes than stomachs, and the food waste is absurd!! The resort met all of our needs. However, we found the prices charged for breakfast (13€ per person) or dinner (22€ per person) to be very expensive. They could have a golf course for beginners.

The apartments are good, clean and spacious. However, the pool beds are dirty and really can use a update. Also at the reception they can be more helpful. A Hello would be a start. You have to have a car when you are staying here.

Apartments located in a quiet area 15 minutes (on foot) from Manilva town. These two issues are the most positive from my point of view. The worst: the mattresses (spring mattresses, quite old). Booked and checked in at midnight due to a last minute emergency. The receptionist was very accommodating amd friendly. The room was a good size with a terrace and fridge. The bathroom was large and the room was clean.

Daniel from the kitchen was very accommodating. Every day he made me and omelette and a fresh coffee and always did it with a smile on his face. This is a little far out from town but only 8 euros in a taxi. We had trouble one day getting a taxi but luckily has a hire car. The pool area is nice, very hot but lots of nice parasols. You can have a waited service for drinks and food or order from The bar. Breakfast was a good selection.

Location is great! Beach on front, restaurants and streets are walking distances. Wifi is a mess. Inside the hotel is very old, but okay for one night stay.

Best location possible. Quite basic, although the free WIFI is very strong and fast, and there is a small but great quality HD LCD television on the wall! The shower despite being in a tiny bathroom is very powerful and perfect for getting the sand out of all your nooks and crannies. :) Rooms are very clean (cleaned daily) and the staff are extremely helpful, especially Raul. Beautiful room - dual aspect terrace, lovely high ceilings and clean decor through out. Super comfy bed, staff very friendly too. Brilliant location, very central to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. Noise in the morning is noticeable due to the buildings acoustics.

I love sitting outside and enjoying the scenery. The team is nice, although they can get a bit overwhelmed. The menu is huge, and let me wonder how the chef manages to handles such a broad mixed selection. As a regular, I know which dishes are winners for me, their is a few that unfortunately I won't be ordering again, I'll still visit always, I enjoy las dunas property

Old school money never goes out of style .. Build in a time where space and M2 was no issue . Friendly staff , sad that so many owners obviously are not so frequently there and not renting out leaving the place with a feeling of emptiness. Amazing beach front bar / restaurant. Ocean front fitness , spacious SPA.

The room is lovely & spacious but be warned about the hotel facilities. There is only 1 restaurant which serves the same things for lunch & dinner so limited menu. Las Dunas is extremely elegant and comfortable. Loved our room, a suite overlooking the sea. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large and luxurious. A side note: I went to the spa for a facial & it was one of the best experiences I ever had. Since then my skin has been glowing, and I bought all of their in-house products. Highly recommend. We rent a long-term apartment from Las Dunas, and it is great. Although, I really condemn the price for the gym facilities. We are just back from an incredible week in Ikos Andalusia. The resort is amazing but the team that work there make it very special. Our children went to Heroes Club every morning and absolutely loved it & the ladies who worked there - they are still talking about it & asking to go back!! We will be back next year!
