This is a private and exclusive property. However the level of service doesn’t quite match the level expected of such a property. Breakfast and dinner were both difficult due to understaffing or under training of employees. Often orders got mixed up/forgotten. This should not happen even if it’s off season in October
Amazing place to relax and disconnect. Has a spa, gym, swimming pool and several bars as restaurants. Easy to park, friendly staff, nice food.
Very beautiful and well appointed. The hotel staff is welcoming well trained and very professional. The grounds and rooms are excellent.
We played a fantastic round at Finca Cortesin. We were welcomed by one of the buggy masters who took our clubs and set us up at the range. After using all practice facilities to warm up (which are amazing), we were loaded up into our buggies and taken to the first tee. There is nothing I can fault about the place. Love it! Yes, it’s on the pricey side, but honestly it is worth it. I’ll be back for...
You cannot be in anything other than awe of this beautiful Spanish residence. From driving up the well set out entrance - the only words are wow! We stayed for two nights as an anniversary treat - we had room 3. The room is huge with a small outdoor terrace. Bed offered great comfort and space, bathroom facilities perfect with one of the best power showers I have used. The grounds speak for themselves...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Finca Cortesin. In our opinion, this is an excellent example of the standards that should be met by all 5 star hotels. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds that are extremely well maintained. We had a garden suite which was easily accessible for the pool, stylishly furnished, spacious and very comfortable. There are two outdoor pools (the longest pools we have...

I can not say enough good things about the DDG retreat. My husband and I spent three nights there celebrating our 35 wedding anniversary and my 60 birthday. The accommodations are so lovely. Daria pulls out all the stops to make you feel at home. She is an incredible hostess. She booked a reservation for us at a beautiful restaurant with amazing views. She ensured we had top notch service and was responsive...
We can highly recommend this fantastic and unique place. The surroundings are amazing as well as the accommodations and the SPA experience. We were met by the owner Daria and already from the start we felt so welcomed and taken care of. We brought our own food, snacks and beverage so that we could spend all time at site. We will certainly come another time. Lars and Annika
Heaven on Earth Complete paradise Words couldn't do this place justice. Has to be seen to be believed, The most amazing space we have ever stayed In, the most spectacular sunsets Couldn't fault it
The DDG retreat is somewhere that the photos don’t do justice, the location is impeccable and Daria ensures that everything is perfect. My wife and I stayed for a relaxing night and we could not have picked a better location, every detail from the Glass House, to the pool area was perfect, we arranged two platters which were beautiful and everything ready for our arrival. During our stay we had the...
My wife booked DDG Retreat as a surprise for our anniversary. We've always loved visiting Casares and Gaucin, and I've often gazed up at the properties atop the peaks in the area, wondering what it would be like to stay up there. Now I know! At the risk of sounding really corny, genuinely a slice of heaven IN the heavens!! Olga, Sacha and Diara are lovely and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble...
Absolutely everything! There is literally nothing to dislike in this gorgeous slice of paradise

The hosts warm welcome, its central location, everything just a short walk away. very nice small village house, nearby easy car parking.
Authentic and romantic spanish house with interesting space planning. Nice view to the mountains from balcony. Very comfortable and cozy! Maria was very kind and sweet hostess🙂
House very well maintained, clean, it is three floors, it is not very big, but for two three people it is great. Very kind Maria.
Great accommodation to go on a trip with your dog.
Quiet, something high in price and cleanliness was not his strong suit
It is very well located, small. Small and warm marriage room

We could not find the street with our navigation and went totally the wrong way. The host came to rescue us and picked us up so we could follow him to his address. Later he brought us to a restaurant and later also came to pick us up. It was a very nice stay and a pleasure meeting this host. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Breakfast was perfect!
Beautiful position but it is quite hard to reach (there is a parking lot far 3/4 minutes from the building, but it is very steep and not easy to carry the luggage); rooms are small but the view is very beautiful and they're clean. Breakfast is very simple. Overall, for the price that they offer, it is worth sleeping here because you have a room in the middle of Casares and from the room you a a wonderful...
Great price, friendly staff. Excellent view from the room. But then again, any place has a.wondmerful view in Casares. Basically,go there if you are in the neighbourhood. Go even if you arent! Casares is a perfect spot to relax for a couple of days.
Nice hotel, great views, friendly and welcoming. Good location if you don't expect to be able to park outside the door - you will be carrying your bags at least 100m up a steerp street or down steep steps. Old fashioned rooms, which I like but not everyone will. Kept very clean for us. Relatively low cost and no frills but great value for money.
Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, amazing room, amazing location. One of the best places I've ever been. BTW view is gorgeous. 10 out of 10
Super nice designed room, kind of antique. Great view of casares village wich is the most beautiful village I have ever seen. Very friendly staff also but they dont speak much english. Thanks alot for this experience.

Spacious, clean apartment with all the amenities. 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen. Paid parking, limited free street parking. Small pool for such a large complex. Breakfast was adequate and varied, but half-board was poor quality. Two fish dishes and two meat dishes, but lacking in flavor on all the days we stayed. Towels are charged €5, plus a €10 deposit until they are returned. For stays of less than...
It has been a good experience, I liked the apartment, everything was clean, everything was fine, there was no noise although I would have liked it to be a corner apartment but it couldn't be.
Great facilities, although our room wasn't very clean the day we checked in! Friendly and attentive staff! Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety, it's just a shame that people have more eyes than stomachs, and the food waste is absurd!! After a certain time, parking is almost impossible, but it's close to the hotel! Still, and to sum up, it was a very pleasant stay!
Good but a bit far from Estepona. But if you have car you can go to any near beach in 10 minutes.
Very nice complex, top room, well equipped and very clean
The resort met all of our needs. However, we found the prices charged for breakfast (13€ per person) or dinner (22€ per person) to be very expensive. They could have a golf course for beginners.

The apartments are good, clean and spacious. However, the pool beds are dirty and really can use a update. Also at the reception they can be more helpful. A Hello would be a start. You have to have a car when you are staying here.
Good placefor a family holiday, great beaches, but take a child minder, as the spa in amazing, so leave the children with the minder(grandparents) and chilling for frazeld parents ,but visitas many other beaches as you can as some are simply stunning@):- car really nessary thought
Enjoyed the pitch & Putt practice shame the course needs some TLC! Driving Range is good
Great appartment, 7 swimming pools available, very clean, friendly and very cheap! Really surprising place.
Excellent neighbourhood, accessible and nearby to the town, supermarkets, grocery stores and a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk. Swimming pools and health club on the doorstep, lovely views and golf course right outside.

Staff are really nice, Internet is really good, nice views, decent cafeteria to get coffee and toast in the morning. The pool area is nice, clean and peaceful. Probably need to drive as it’s not directly on the beach and quite steep to walk back but walking down probably ok. A very quiet place... The reception was very friendly and quick... The breakfast was very good and the gentleman was very nice and friendly... The worst thing we experienced: -The sofa bed was super uncomfortable...the mattress was very old and the bed kept falling off your feet.... -The refrigerator was very small.. For my taste they could put in a bigger one.. -What is missing is a washing machine...
Apartments located in a quiet area 15 minutes (on foot) from Manilva town. These two issues are the most positive from my point of view. The worst: the mattresses (spring mattresses, quite old). I asked for a replacement at reception, and they very kindly gave me another one that was the same, and then a third one that was a little better, which I settled for. I sincerely believe they need to be replaced...
Nice basic apartment. High potential but...No soap provided. Only 2 heaters working of 4 in apartment. Wifi spotty. Price great. Pretty semi-ocean view down the valley.
Great place to stay. Hope to return soon. Beautifully clean. Friendly staff. Great views.
We recently stayed here for a cheap autumn week away, and for the money we paid I can have no real complaints. The Good Bits: The views from the rooms are amazing. Whilst basic, the room was very clean, perfectly spacious for a couple, and the the cooking equipment was all of good quality. The air-conditioning was very powerful. Underground car-parking was very useful. The Less-good bits: In high...

On our way to Malaga Airport one night stoppage! Cheapest place that we found in the area due to Easter holidays! We were booked a room with inner yard view but they gave us seaview! Nice stay, sleep and quality hotel with nice parking in front
Booked and checked in at midnight due to a last minute emergency. The receptionist was very accommodating amd friendly. The room was a good size with a terrace and fridge. The bathroom was large and the room was clean.
Daniel from the kitchen was very accommodating. Every day he made me and omelette and a fresh coffee and always did it with a smile on his face. He was always rushing around working but always found the time to be polite, manageable and welcoming. Thank you for making my stay at the Pedra Paloma a memorable one.
Our first trip to Estepona. We stayed 3 nights and ate in the restaurant several times. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioned room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful beaches minutes away. We will certainly stay here again!
Lovely family run hotel, they are super friendly, super helpful, so kind. We've had a great stay, and we will most definitely be back. Although the hotel is a 2 star, it has everything you need, and everything is super clean. A really pleasant happy experience. Thank you for everything!
Very warm welcome when we arrived on the 30th March. Room was perfect 2nd floor with a balcony with a table and chairs and a sea view. It had a double bed and a single bed. A very lovely resort - pool area beautiful and lots of space around all the chairs. No need to reserve a deckchair. Staff so friendly and kind- nothing was too much trouble. Has a lovely relaxed feel.- beach so near. Close to the port. Really recommend - rooms very spacious too. A great stay
This is a little far out from town but only 8 euros in a taxi. We had trouble one day getting a taxi but luckily has a hire car. The pool area is nice, very hot but lots of nice parasols. You can have a waited service for drinks and food or order from The bar. Breakfast was a good selection.
The location is great, on the beach but the beach is full of stones!!! Great garden, lots of seating options by the pool
Beautiful hotel and location right on the beach. Staff all lovely especially Antonina front of house at restaurant. They offer you a package on arrival of €89 which includes an allowance of €33 each for one meal other than breakfast, either lunch or dinner, car parking (on site car park is €20 per night, mini bar of six soft drinks a day and entry to spa which is €10 a time. Beautiful grand hotel with lovely spacious rooms, great terrace with stunning sunrise views and great pool. Situated 45 minutes walk along a beautiful seaside promenade to the Estepona marina. Great friendly service at the reception and pool bar in particular.
We stayed in the hotel in January 2024. We took a suite on the 5th floor. It was an extraordinary room, huge with great furniture, massive closet space, large tub bath, separate shower, enormous loggia. The bedroom was excellent. Its not bad but location wise its terrible! There is NOTHING around it, its directly on the motorway! There's nowhere to even walk, nothing along the front, beach isn't very nice either! Beautiful surroundings, architecture, and rooms with friendly service. I love the comfortable, white-washed room with a balcony and sea view. My only complaint is that there are no authentic Spanish restaurants in the vicinity; the 25€ buffet dinner will become monotonous if I have to eat it every day. I wanted to create a good hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. It is advisable to relax. All amenities are very good.
Nice hotel, great sea views, friendly staff. Bar good and nightly entertainment ok. Dinner and breakfast in the main restaurant a little disappointing for this class of hotel. Lunchtime offerings at the terrace bar were better.
Good standard and service. Situated a little bit off, in an area with no other options concerning restaurants etc.
This is a fabulous hotel, the staff are some of the best I have ever encountered, friendly, helpful and caring of their hotel. The food cannot be criticised in any way, something for everyone, even the fussiest eater. Come to the hotel and see for yourself!

A change of road layout wasn,t picked up by sat nav £17 for 24 hrs in public car park , I 've had much worse. Workmen at the hotel started banging at 07.00, strange to be doing that now. But clean room and good location
Location and room were great, Carmen, at registration keeping us informed of where to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner, price within reason. The beach within 3 minutes, really nice street adjacent to beach, La Rada beach, to walk around.
The only thing I don't like about the hotel is still old fashioned furniture and very very small TV. Definitely need to update other than that everything is fine

Location is great! Beach on front, restaurants and streets are walking distances. Wifi is a mess. Inside the hotel is very old, but okay for one night stay.
Best location possible. Quite basic, although the free WIFI is very strong and fast, and there is a small but great quality HD LCD television on the wall! The shower despite being in a tiny bathroom is very powerful and perfect for getting the sand out of all your nooks and crannies. :) Rooms are very clean (cleaned daily) and the staff are extremely helpful, especially Raul. Reception staff excellent and very friendly. No facilities in hotel, but an abundance of cafe's and bar's right outside the hotel, and lots more within a short walk. Will definitely use this hotel again
A bit louder than we expected and bathroom was not super clean. great sea view from out unit. loved the city.
The hotel is in an excellent location on the promenade by the beach. The room had a beautiful beach view and was located next to some excellent restaurants and bars. The room and bathroom were adequate in size and were clean. The room did not have a fridge or tea service, however, tea was available downstairs. We were able to borrow wine glasses and a bottle opener from the reception desk in order...
Wonderful location just steps from the beach, I took the beach view, which is stunning. There are tons of restaurants and walkable areas next to the hotel. The two issues are that the bed is not comfortable at all; I could feel the springs, so I didn't sleep well. The other issue was that the AC unit was not working, so the front desk solution was to give me multiple remotes, which didn't help. I had...
Great find Great location. Room modern. Close to beach. Staff lovely

Superb hotel clean, great breakfast, best location. Thanks. Special thanks to Miguel, you are the best. Thanks. Kiitos. And parking slot was great :)
Beautiful and elegant hotel with great location within Estepona. The room was comfortable and clean, the interior rather minimalistic. Water and beer in the minibar are refilled each day for free. The terrace has a stunning view and a nice pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, however some variation from day to day would have been great.
Great location, very clean and modern, nice little pool on the roof. The breakfast was also very good, probably one of the best we've had with the right variety of options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend.
This hotel deserves 10 stars! Best customer service ever! The manager, Angel, and staff (Elisa, Nicolas) go above and beyond in their customer care. My husband had a medical emergency and the staff helped in so many ways to support us during a very stressful time. My stay became extended and they did everything to accomodate me, helped me with travel changes, made phone calls, battled car rental company...
Brilliant boutique hotel with excellent facilities, very friendly staff and a fantastic and safe location near the beach and main shopping and restaurant precinct. The rooftop pool was our favourite in Spain.
Excellent hotel in perfect location Another perfect stay in the centre of Estepona. Lovely heated plunge pool with great views on the rooftop. As always service was excellent and a good choice of foods for breakfast. My favourite hotel in Estepona.

I took my two children on a last minute trip to Kempinski Bahia this week and we are all returning home with only amazing things to say about our stay. EVERYTHING has been excellent, from the room, the pools, the food, the location - but what stood out to me the most was the excellent service and caring staff. My son unfortunately twisted his ankle after 2 days and the staff (extra thank you to Diego...
This hotel is still a great choice if you don’t want to be in the middle of a busy Marbella but within easy reach of there & Estepona. Parking is easy both free & valet. Reception charming & professional. The main attraction for us is the beautiful and extensive pool area right by the beach. As some reviewers have noted the beach is not picture perfect but is public and not owned by the hotel. Buy...
Beautiful hotel! Staff were so helpful and the service was amazing. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers always checked in morning and evening to make sure we had everything. The restaurant’s food was so delicious every evening as we ate there 3 evenings. The staff at the restaurant were always so accommodating.
Wonderful stay at this exceptionally nice hotel. beautifully decorated rooms spotless and large, service is outstanding and nothing too much trouble. plenty of food at restaurants to choose and well situated on the coast. bikes available to use on site
We booked last minute as Puente Romano was not available. As we have a big family we had 2 rooms with an average room rate of £700 per night. We had visited the hotel previously and liked it. Unfortunately it has gone downhill significantly. Only the small childrens swimming pool was open (the larger one had been renovated but not signed off) and due to a large convention this meant it was ridiculously...
My husband and I do not usually stay anywhere more than once, but we have just spent our fourth stay at The Kempinski, Estepona - and this certainly will not be our last! The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are beautifully decorated and there is an attention to detail which shows the care taken of guests. The staff, many of whom we have known since our first holiday there, are most friendly and helpful...

I love sitting outside and enjoying the scenery. The team is nice, although they can get a bit overwhelmed. The menu is huge, and let me wonder how the chef manages to handles such a broad mixed selection. As a regular, I know which dishes are winners for me, their is a few that unfortunately I won't be ordering again, I'll still visit always, I enjoy las dunas property
Old school money never goes out of style .. Build in a time where space and M2 was no issue . Friendly staff , sad that so many owners obviously are not so frequently there and not renting out leaving the place with a feeling of emptiness. Amazing beach front bar / restaurant. Ocean front fitness , spacious SPA.
From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism set the tone for a perfect stay. The luxurious rooms offered breathtaking views of the coast, blending modern elegance with comfort. Impeccable amenities, pristine facilities, and a top-tier dining experience made our visit unforgettable. A true gem in Málaga – highly recommended!
The room is lovely & spacious but be warned about the hotel facilities. There is only 1 restaurant which serves the same things for lunch & dinner so limited menu. There are 3 areas & in theory you can eat inside but there’s no one in there. Very slow service, took 30 mins for a green salad & drinks. The HealthHouse is currently closed so the indoor pool etc isn’t open despite there being a brochure...
Las Dunas is extremely elegant and comfortable. Loved our room, a suite overlooking the sea. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large and luxurious. Las Dunas is located right on the sea, with the Gran Senda seaside path/promenade connecting Marbella with Estepona between the property and the sea making for wonderful (and mostly shaded) morning and evening strolls. We ate breakfasts at...
A side note: I went to the spa for a facial & it was one of the best experiences I ever had. Since then my skin has been glowing, and I bought all of their in-house products. Highly recommend. We rent a long-term apartment from Las Dunas, and it is great. Although, I really condemn the price for the gym facilities. It is something like 105 a month, and no option for family bundles or anything. Understandable...

We just spent a wonderful week at Ikos Andalusia as a family of three with our 3-year-old daughter, Ellie, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fatima, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She handled our check-in with such care and professionalism, it was the perfect start to our holiday. A special mention also goes to Laura...
I booked a short break (5days) on a recommendation with my daughter and granddaughter. Via Jet 2. Flight excellent. Private transfer good about 1hr. The landscaping as mentioned in previous reviews is well thought out and very well kept, beautiful planting everywhere. Lots of pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers, pool service easy via a bar scan code on sun umbrellas, as well as very attentive...
Ikos Andalusia totally redefined "all-inclusive" for us. Effortless luxury on the Costa del Sol, and it completely blew us away. The food is next-level: think Michelin-quality à la carte dining with premium included drinks—that was the real magic. A few restaurants and a buffet available. Literally they have every food you might want, deserts loads, fruits, vegetables salads, everything you might...
I've been to Ikos Dassia previously which we absolutely loved and so we were very excited to book Andalusia for our first trip with a 14 week old child. As always with Ikos, the food and the drinks were absolutely 10/10 and just can't be faulted, but what really makes the Ikos resorts special as many will agree is the staff. The service is just amazing, all are so friendly and helpful and really...
We are just back from an incredible week in Ikos Andalusia. The resort is amazing but the team that work there make it very special. Our children went to Heroes Club every morning and absolutely loved it & the ladies who worked there - they are still talking about it & asking to go back!! We will be back next year!
The hotel, rooms and restaurants are all beautiful and the staff can't do enough for you. The buffet and in particular the desserts, are exceptional. It was incredibly busy when we were there and it felt it. If you weren't at the pool for 9am you may struggle to get a lounger at the front of pool. The pool staff were incredible and didn't stop all day, they were incredibly attentive. The beach doesn...
