Ikos Andalusia Hotel in Estepona

I booked a short break (5days) on a recommendation with my daughter and granddaughter. Via Jet 2. Flight excellent.
Private transfer good about 1hr.

The landscaping as mentioned in previous reviews is well thought out and very well kept, beautiful planting everywhere.

Lots of pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers, pool service easy via a bar scan code on sun umbrellas, as well as very attentive pool staff.
Restaurants good, lots of choice however, book well in advance if you prefer to eat early. We had room service a couple of times as table bookings were too late for us..room service was very good and relaxing.

Play area was nice for my granddaughter.
The children’s entertainers were fabulous too, so much fun with a singing along.
The onsite shops were handy, medical clinic too.
Overall, we loved it! Felt sad to leave.

We just spent a wonderful week at Ikos Andalusia as a family of three with our 3-year-old daughter, Ellie, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fatima, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She handled our check-in with such care and professionalism, it was the perfect start to our holiday.

A special mention also goes to Laura from the crèche, who was absolutely fantastic with our daughter. Ellie adored her, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. The team there is simply amazing.

The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, relaxing, and incredibly family-friendly. The food and service at every restaurant were outstanding,

​Ikos Andalusia totally redefined "all-inclusive" for us. Effortless luxury on the Costa del Sol, and it completely blew us away.
​The food is next-level: think Michelin-quality à la carte dining with premium included drinks—that was the real magic. A few restaurants and a buffet available. Literally they have every food you might want, deserts loads, fruits, vegetables salads, everything you might want, all included! The service is insane; staff proactively take care of everything, even cleaning the rooms up to four times a day. The fantastic (ALMOST all day) , included Kids Club meant the adults actually got some grown-up time.
I have never ever meet staff so polite and so helpful. Literally they went up and above to meet any need we had. Even if they didn't have something requested they find a way to provide. The shops they have , include anything you might need during the holiday, you don't even need to leave the resort.
They have bikes to ride for each family member, of course free of charge ( helmets too) . We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone this place ! Amazing! Not to mention the view!! The walks to the beach which is walking distance from the resort, just a few minutes.
If you want a truly zero-stress holiday where every detail is taken care of, this is the one. Worth every single penny.

I've been to Ikos Dassia previously which we absolutely loved and so we were very excited to book Andalusia for our first trip with a 14 week old child. As always with Ikos, the food and the drinks were absolutely 10/10 and just can't be faulted, but what really makes the Ikos resorts special as many will agree is the staff. The service is just amazing, all are so friendly and helpful and really do go above and beyond. Special shout outs to Emma who worked around the pool, Nathaniel from Anaya restaurant, Harry at Seasons, Vasilis at Fresco, Ioanna at Flavours, and Eleni at Ouzo. So many to mention but they were a few who went above and beyond to either help with our child, offer advice on food/wine and just be extraordinarily helpful. Another great visit to Ikos, and already thinking which we can do next!

We are just back from an incredible week in Ikos Andalusia. The resort is amazing but the team that work there make it very special. Our children went to Heroes Club every morning and absolutely loved it & the ladies who worked there - they are still talking about it & asking to go back!! We will be back next year!

The hotel, rooms and restaurants are all beautiful and the staff can't do enough for you. The buffet and in particular the desserts, are exceptional. It was incredibly busy when we were there and it felt it. If you weren't at the pool for 9am you may struggle to get a lounger at the front of pool. The pool staff were incredible and didn't stop all day, they were incredibly attentive. The beach doesn't look like it does in the photos, it was quite dirty and not the white sands that is depicted in the photos. The staff really make this hotel and the Seasons restaurant are incredible

My husband and I had another wonderful experience with Ikos this time at Ikos Andulasia. We’ve been to several Ikos hotels in Greece previously. The service is second to none and the quality and presentation of food in a la carte restaurants is worthy of Michelin star! I could go on and on with nothing but positivity in every aspect of what makes a memorable holiday ! Suffice to say I’m already booked to return and can’t wait. Thank you to everyone who works to deliver such high quality and service to their guests.

It was our 3rd Time in Ikos Andalusia and this expérience was outstanding. Thanks to Matteo who made such a great difference in our 9 nights stay. He truly is an amazing human with his high level of attention and sensitivity. Our first time at Ikos found us arriving for a 5 night stay in Ikos Andalusia for my son’s half term. We arrived to a stunning reception from Miguel who looked after us so well and welcomed us to the resort! We have loved our stay and our overall experience of Ikos has been tremendous. The service from the Ikos team has been outstanding and I would highly recommend a stay here and enjoy what Ikos has to offer which is lots and lots !! Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be back to Ikos in the future!!

Our second stay at Ikos Andalusia has come to an end. And let’s just say, both my liver and my wardrobe are breathing a sigh of relief! I’m writing this as we soak up the final hours of sunshine, perfect temperatures, and those absolutely breathtaking views. While our first visit had a few hiccups (especially with the Deluxe service), the team more than made up for it this time around. A big shout-out to Anna, Bella, and Dionisis (aka Dennis) who truly went above and beyond to make us feel pampered. Our room (Deluxe Junior Suite 5309) was perched on the top floor and offered the kind of views you never get tired of. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless throughout our stay. We spent most of our days lounging by the Deluxe pool, where the whole team, but especially the fabulous trio Dora, Erica, and Malana (the triple A’s!) made sure we were always well looked after, whether that meant drinks, snacks, or just good vibes. They truly brought the five-star service to life. Every meal, in every restaurant, hit the mark with both food and service, and the bars were equally impressive. A special mention to the sommeliers Alicia and Jose Antonio, who are amazing. They selected the perfect wines for each dinner and added a personal touch that made our evenings even more special and made every dinner feel like a mini wine-tasting event tailored just for us. All in all, an incredible stay. Fingers crossed we still fit in those plane seats on the way home…
