We have stayed here six times now and love the hotel for its location, the beautiful rooms, the garden, the helpful staff and the spa. Nothing is too much trouble and the hotel offers us complete relaxation from the moment we arrive. Thank you Maite and team for yet another lovely week.

Room was lovely (steps would not suit mobility issues) we had room with terrace on third level. Views fab, location perfect for walking, shopping, eating out. Staff all helpful and polite. Little tour of the other two sister buildings with their own unique pools. Nice underground cave like spa. Food of good value and quality. Only downside was noisey nightclub turn out at 5.30am but that’s not the hotels fault.

We really loved this hotel. Location is great, the hotel itself is lovely and the staff is amazing. Service is top notch. Restaurant is super nice and breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Hopefully will be returning soon. Special mention to Marc from the concierge team who went above and beyond.

Absolutely horrific experience. We were recommended a restaurant - an 8 minute taxi from the hotel. We have a baby and a 3 year old. The hotel could not get us a taxi back. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and the hotel could do “absolutely nothing” about this, despite recommending it. We asked them to send a driver, to call a different taxi company, to offer a valet service more money - NOTHING. They left us completely stranded knowing we had 2 very young children. We ordered a taxi at 910pm. We arrived home at 2316. When we arrived at reception - the staff were laughing. I could not be more disgusted with hotel service. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was lovely, spacious and light-filled with all the amenities. The overall facilities were adequate but not anything special: limited cozy seating areas, small pool with an inadequate number of lounges (which were a bit run down), breakfast was adequate but the quality was nothing special. The garden dining area is lovely, the spa cozy, but other public areas are minimal. Earnest young staff available to assist, but are a bit "scripted" in their approach. Overall, I had a nice, relaxing stay, but there was more of a corporate feel (luxury scripted service), rather than the intimate/authentic feel, which I expect at a Relais & Chateaux property.

The location is amazing, and the staff is very professional and attentive. Loved the breakfast and the overall vibe of the property. Would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel in the last days of May to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The facilities were amazing, but unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy as it was located right next to the breakfast area, with constant movement and noise throughout the day. It was far too expensive for a stay where we couldn’t get proper rest. Additionally, some of the power outlets in the room didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. The staff didn’t offer any recommendations or take the time to explain the hotel’s amenities upon our arrival. Overall, I wouldn’t pay that amount again for a room and service of this standard.

The courtyard garden is beautiful and so lovely to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink in it. The hotel and rooms are stunning. Good breakfast and the staff were so attentive. We did have a bit of time in the spa, an added bonus and we also stayed by the pool one day.The burrata salad for lunch was divine. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Decent rooms (small but understandable for the area), good location in terms of being in the hub of Menorca. However, too many issues with management of the property...
To start the booking, their "concierge" is unresponsive to any questions you have about the area or specific details to your booking. After multiple emails about being excited to visit the area/confirming booking details, I received 0 response despite submitting several emails 2 months in advance...
My bigger issue with this hotel is that I got charged when booking. On my way to check out they said I was good to go and was well on my way. After checking my credit card statements I saw that that I was charged twice on separate occasions for the same stay.
After bringing up the fact, they admitted the error after several days of no response & all I got was a sorry.
Nauseating to think how many other people this has been done to.
Highly recommend the area but stay away from this management group. Poorly run is a compliment.
