Stayed here with my daughter for 10 nights 28/8 til 7/9 in Room 3210. The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean in public areas and in room, in fact the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room overlooked the pool and was spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The bathroom facilities were very good and the shower was great - plenty of water pressure. The pool area is very good and well laid out with plenty of sun loungers. We booked a Bali Bed for 7 days on the package - the price includes a couple of cocktails and an fruit bowl presented in a pineapple or melon. - made our time around the pool special. The pool bar is well ran and the staff efficient and friendly. The Lifeguards are really lovely and great to have a chat with. The Animation/Activity Manager - wow! she is impressive - such energy and enthusiasm and the range of activities appeal to many types of guests. The evening entertainment was very good especially the Opera singer - such a talented guy! The restaurant and the food is fantastic - such a wide choice, well cooked and beautifully presented and promptly replenished. What really makes this a top hotel is the staff - everyone was so professional, welcoming and helpful. I had a problem with a bill item and it was settled within minutes without any fuss. The staff are a credit to the company - they work so hard but always friendly and attentive. We will definitely rebook.

A fantastic hotel, great food and staff who cannot do enough for you. My husband and I were there for 10 nights from 3rd September 25 and will definitely return. Beach on the door step, lovely pool. The food is of a very high standard. Drinks reasonably priced and good entertainment in the evening. Could not fault it

Wow! Writing this on my last night sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens & pool area. The hotel has exceeded our expectations, you are made to feel very special, nothing is too much trouble, all of the staff are welcoming, smily & extremely helpful. They are open to have a laugh & joke with which makes it all the more special. Our room albeit just the standard room was large with a large balcony & wicker cushioned table & chairs. The beds are comfy, the shower is modern & powerful & the room quiet at night. The corridors are immaculate & opulent. The food is amazing, nothing outlandish which may not suit some but it is all hot & delicious. The drinks are affordable & you can have food/drink in the day either at the pool bar or on your sunbed which feels a real treat. The evening entertainment was good most nights & some nights it was brilliant. We had a boogie & a really good laugh most nights. Needless to say we have booked for next May!

This was our 8th visit to Mallorca palace and our best so far. An outstanding hotel with amazing staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The staff in every department gave 100% to make our stay so special. Anthenea, Andrea and German in the restaurant were amazing apologies to the rest of the restaurant staff as we couldn't remember your names. The bar staff under Miguels management and guidance as always cheerful, helpful and a credit to the hotel management. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate and beautiful and well kept by the garden maintenance department. Food in the hotel is of the highest standard at every meal time and a stand out for us was the Paela at lunchtime. Reception staff gave us a warm and wonderful greeting on arrival and a lovely goodbye. I cannot fault anything with the hotel whatsoever, we are already planning for our return in 2026. Many thanks to the hotel manager for her wonderful staff, great management and warm smile. Michael & Janine

This hotel is first class. It is immaculate both inside the rooms and outside in the well presented gardens. The food is exceptional and lives up to the 5* rating. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The resort of Sa Coma needs regeneration.

This is a top class hotel probably the best we have stayed at on holiday food and staff top notch only slight criticism is breakfast was a little bit tepid but the choice is brilliant would definitely stay again

Beautiful rooms, balcony perfect and all facing over pool. Food (breakfast and dinner) all lovely and super clean restaurant. Staff were lovely, great language skills and check in was a real treat - no stress, a chat and a drink. Gym was good and never busy at all. Just an amazing hotel!
