Our stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience! From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed – the staff was kind, helpful, and very professional. A special thanks goes to Mr. Jassmin, who – if I remember correctly – was the restaurant manager. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and created a great atmosphere while making sure every detail was perfect.
We would also like to highlight Romina, the housekeeper – she was absolutely fantastic! Our room was always spotless, and she was so kind and attentive. She made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and in a great location.

I was disappointed with my stay due to the poor value and lack of attention to guest experience. The all-inclusive offering was very limited – only the cheapest ice cream was included, while higher-quality options came at a surcharge. The same applied to cocktails, with better-quality drinks requiring extra payment. There was no bottled wine selection at lunch, and the cocktails included were of low quality. Many restaurant plates and chairs were frequently dirty, and staff had very limited English, making communication difficult. Buffet food options were often not refilled in a timely manner during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Essential amenities such as the room safe and pool towels required extra payment or deposits. Additionally, there were no slippers or bathrobes provided in the room. Despite being a Gold Elite member, no additional benefits were offered. Overall, it seems the hotel’s focus is more on maximizing margin than on ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ibra and Isaac are absolute stars they looked after us the whole time we were here. We had a fantastic stay the rooms are comfortable and super clean, the whole place is clean and the food is restaurant quality. We never appreciate all inclusive and end up eating out but this is different Sea bass, tuna, good quality steak, beautiful tasty salads. There are spa facilities although we didn’t use them. I’d like to bring friends back to show off how good this place really this. 😁😁😁😁😁

Spotless and well maintained. Filtered water on all floors. Food is good but can have an off day. When the food is good it really is tasty. Breakfast is spot on. Staff are so helpful and happy. Unfortunately No free water with your meal in the evening.
Ideally located near the nature reserve for a run or walk.
Quiet area so no traffic.
Have to mention the reception who I had asked for flowers for my wife as it was our anniversary. Spot on and a free drink.
We would love to return again. Felt at home from the first day.

An Unforgettable Experience!
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings. My room had a stunning ocean view that made the whole experience even more special.
The entertainment service was very well organized, with activities for everyone and a great atmosphere throughout. The staff in general was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and welcome.
I want to give a special mention to Brian, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He truly made a difference in my stay.

I can highly recommend the spa center and especially the massage by David. The best and most professional massage I ever had! He really has magical hands and makes you totally relax. Perfect atmosphere with an excellent massage-expert. Thanks David for your great work!

I visited for a solo 2 day getaway during the off-season and the value was incredible. Highlights are the food, service, and location right next to a large, beautiful, and quiet nature preserve. My ONLY complaint is that the room is a little bland. That being said, it was clean and functioned well.

3 night stay with my mum. Best hotel we have ever stayed in. ALL the staff were so friendly, buffet was fantastic and had everything you could think of! Rooms were so clean and gym/spa etc. Beautiful Beach right Next door. Pool table/ping pong nice bonus and entertainment was amazing. Such good valué for money and Will come back every year!

Location is perfect, the hotel is next to nature reserves for hikes/walks. Also right by the beach, our room actually had direct walk down access!
Unfortunately the room itself was a big let down. Based on the hallway and some construct noise I think/hope that the whole basement floor is being renovated, it deffo needs a freshen up to make it feel inviting. The room itself needs a revamp, fresh paint and nicer decor.

Booked this hotel with loveholidays and wow! Just Wow. Beautiful rooms! Right on the beach. Short walk to shops and a quick taxi ride to town centre. Staff were very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Big thank you to Jassim, Fidel, Adrian and Julia who made our short trip really enjoyable. They really took great care of us. Indoor pool and sauna were also lovely. Spent a lot of time down there. We would highly recommend. Good selection of food and drinks. Last night entertainment was awesome. For an out of season trip it was a 10/10. Great hotel, great staff, great location and adults only.
