Everything was outstanding: the hotel was very nice, clean and well cared for. The staff were incredible, pleasant and willing to help with any enquiry. The hotel itself is located a few metres from the sea - during breakfast or dinner you can enjoy the noise of the sea, it is literally a couple of minutes to walk to any of the beaches.
I would like to emphasise the cuisine - everything was always super delicious, the cook who was on the distribution cooked meat perfectly, and the master chef cooked very tasty ribs!
Another cool thing about the hotel is that they offer you free towels for the pool or beach. Perhaps this is the norm, but I have never experienced such a thing.

I wouldn't say it was a big disadvantage, but the rooftop discos were a bit annoying as we are not really party people (but we appreciated the evening with saxophone!). The second disadvantage for me personally was that i had allergic reaction to the substance the hotel used to clean the pool. I had a terrible rash (trust me, we checked everything and as soon as i stopped swimming in it, it went away). I wouldn't classify this as a disadvantage of the hotel, more of a personal preference.

We had a fab stay. Location is perfect right on the beach front shops and resturants. Hotel staff were all friendly and professional. Everywhere was kept clean.

Beautiful modern hotel! The rooms are very spacious as well as the balcony and the bathroom. We had a room with streetview and it wasn‘t noisy at all. The hotel has a pool, two bars (one of them on the rooftop), sauna and spa. The breakfast had a lot of options, including a cook for omletts, and when it isn‘t too cold, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy your breakfast. The only thing is, that it can get really crowded at breakfast-time when there is no posibillity to sit outside. All in all it‘s a very nice hotel and we would totally come back!
There are two beaches near by (we would reccomend the sa coma beach). The busride to the airport takes 1,5 hours.

This is the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Hotel was super clean, room was always smelling nice and even hallways after breakfast you can smell that they have been cleaned.

Food is on another level, for breakfast you have so many things and wide variety of baked goods and for dinner you have so many things to try and everything looks too good not to try :)

If ever back to Mallorca I know where I want to stay.

I can’t even find the right words that would do justice to this absolute perfection of a hotel. Every single one of the details is ridiculously beautiful.
The room, the cleanliness? 200%!!! As well as the decoration and overall atmosphere in the entire hotel building. AND THE VIEWS! Oh my god I can’t get enough of just staring at the ocean right from the balcony or one of the pool/sun decks.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful in every aspect one could think of.
The food from breakfast to dinner and especially the pool snacks are outstanding, I was anorexic for eight years and still have another eating disorder but even I could not find an issue with anything, even if I wanted to find something to complain about real hard, I couldn’t. It’s just excellent. Coming from Germany with some of the best food laws, I never thought it would be possible for any other country to please my food anxiety but MiM makes E V E R Y T H I N G possible for me food-wise.
My boyfriend‘s birthday was on a Sunday during our stay and we were so extremely happy here that we didn’t even had the urge to go out to party or something, we just wanted to stay at the hotel and enjoy the perfect vibe at the Deep House party at the sky bar that night.
I could go on and on and on, but most importantly: I feel like this hotel experience completely cured my severe mental health problems I suffer from for almost 20 years and after just the first four days here, I felt like I’m seriously cured.
I can’t thank all of you guys enough for what you’re doing for us with your work, may the universe bless each and every single one of you with endless fortune, you deserve every bit of it!
And special thanks to Fabian from the restaurant, we clicked immediately when we arrived on the first evening and he made everything so much more special for us just by being who he is, he is a true blessing to the hotel and the epitome of the humanity this world needs so much, he treated us so very kind, he put a smile on our faces every time we saw him. He’s so passionate about his job and really wants to give the guests a good and chill experience and he’s successful with it, it felt like we knew each other forever because he’s just that kind of person! Many thanks Fabian! You deserve the world!

The hotel as ever is immaculately clean and the staff are wonderful. This was our second stay. Our first stay, we booked a front sea view and got upgraded to a superior room with front sea view which was spectacular. This time (September) we could only book a side sea view. This description was a bit of a stretch as we had a block of apartments opposite as our main view from the balcony and to see the sea, you had to hang over the front of the balcony because of the courtesy dividers between the rooms. In June, we only had one day when the evening meal was not to our taste and the morning hash browns were always so hard, they could have been used as weapons. This time, the hash browns were superb every day but the overall quality of the breakfast was very variable (especially the eggs) but most notably cold to lukewarm food that should have been hot. This was the same for the evening meals which were warm at best, often cold and never hot except for the day that we had a freshly cooked pork steak. Fresh cooked was always an option and varied day to day with a fish and meat offering but spoilt by cold vegetables. Salad options were always excellent. We were really surprised and delighted with the gift of wine from the manager to help us celebrate our golden wedding anniversary.
