Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only criticism is that signage is poor in finding places for example spa, gym etc. Very confusing. Apart from that excellent location.

A really nice hotel with some nice family atmosphere and good amenities Great buffet breakfast and a nice in dinning restaurant with nice staff. Also very near downtown (10min walk) that allows you to go for a drink or meal outside the hotel. The ration price/quality is well worth it! Very good for a family vacation with hardly non-spanish tourists.

We booked 2 rooms in May half term. Be advised that if your holiday package entails you landing at Seville airport, it is hour and a half transfer minimum and will be cheaper to hire a car for the week than to pay for a transfer. A superb hotel. Often underrated. It is relatively isolated so a car is probably a necessity. The people, the location, the beaches, the hotel, the walks are all excellent. 3 night stay, the suite was gorgeous and all the facilities excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay. The rooms are big and cozy. It seems like a hotel where lots of elderly people stay so if you're looking for younger folk activities this might not be the place. Nonetheless, the beaches close by are beautiful and the area is peaceful. The hotel is modern and has a gym, food buffet and outside pool. The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended.

Staff at restaurant speaks no English, they are ruth. Elevator was broken for 3 days, bad food, long lines to wait for your eggs to be be done by the sibngle cook. Noise of the night shows which are loud and childrens can not sleep. You should train your staff to speak English if you want the money of the English speaking cutomers.

Here for 10 days and so far loving it. The pool area is brilliant, rooms are fantastic and the food has been fab, lits of choice and good quality. Staff have been very helpful dealing with some health/diet problems. Thanks for their help. X

Frustrating as this hotel could be so much better if they just made a couple of changes to really put guests first. Lovely accommodation, pool area and reception. Good service and v efficient. Breakfast and dinner buffet were OK- plenty of choice but not great on quality or flavour.

Amazing location and experience. The Hotel Staff is simply one of the best: very committed and sympathic. During my stay I was suffering health problems - Mar has helped me a lot. All of the staff always had a genuine smile on their face :)

We have just been to Garbí Costa Luz and had a great experience in this lovely place with stunning views and super friendly staff! The buffet is very varied, and you have lots of options to choose from. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is always willing to help. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff , our second visit and we came here after moving into our Cadiz home only to have no electricity.. so this was a great excuse to come back and enjoy the pool and the amazing hospitality that comes with this wonderful hotel

Our family liked it here very much. Nice hotel with a stunning view and one of the best beaches which is a three-minute walk. Wild rabbits living in the bushes in front of the hotel kept our kid happy.

Spacious, clean rooms. Nice, friendly staff. Parking available. The hotel has a quiet pool area - not crowded at all. Pool towels are available at reception at no extra cost. The hotel is right next to the beach, but 30min walk/5 min by car to Conil de la Frontera.

Very pleasant hotel for a quiet escapade on the ocean. A minimum of 200 characters?? Why such a requirement to do something free of charge. I do believe that my initial sentence is good enough to give an accurate idea of the place. If not, do away with my review.

Everything about this hotel is excellent!! If you're looking for peace and quiet, wonderful location and great service this hotel has it all. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. This was our 3rd visit and we'll definitely be returning.

Room 115 was given to me after I had booked room 315, it was above the kitchen and fro 6am until 9am it was bang, Clatter and blenders wizzing, you had to get up because you couldn't sleep through the noise, the floor between the bed and the patio doors had water damage and was lifting up, I caught my toes a few times

We went there 2 years ago it was clean, fresh and the service was nice .now we went there yesterday, it needs back some TLC , the ham was overpriced and def not Serrano which was ordered and calamari Fritos very salty. Hope they get their groove back.

When something is wrong, it must be said, but when something is good too, in this case I have to say that we loved the apartment so much that it has everything and new, with a wonderful personal treatment, like the beach that we had two steps away and the atmosphere, all walking. In 2014 we come again.

This unpretentious hotel is located on the main road, so quick and easy access to the old town by foot. One of the cleanest hostels I've stayed at. The rooms and hostel looked new and was very functional. It provides a great stop if traveling across SPAIN AND NEED TO NAVIGATE AROUND MADRID. Costs are low and they have a great restaurant and the bar give absolutely great olives with drinks.

The location is great. The rooms are very small, but enough to rest in a short stay. You can't ask for much more for a 2 star hotel. The only thing that is noticeable is a bit of neglect and lack of maintenance of the facilities, our bathroom turned into a pool every time we showered.
