It was our first time in this hotel . The location is very good close to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the city centre where there are lots of restaurants and bars with affordable prices. The hotel is very clean the room is very good size. The pool is very well maintained and the indoor pool and the Spa are very good. The food is was excellent with lots os choice and all the staff are friendly and helpful we will return for sure.

What makes this hotel amongst the very best is the staff. Without exception they were friendly, polite, welcoming and genuinely seemed pleased to serve you. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival which was a nice touch. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and water was hot and plentiful no matter the time of day. There are no tea / coffee facilities but there is a fridge to store water and cold drinks. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice of both hot and cold food. We only ate in the hotel once in the evening which is also a buffet. It was well presented with plenty of choice and very reasonably priced. There are 2 bars - the pool bar which was open until 11.00 at night and had some good entertainment and the indoor bar which was only open in the evenings when we were there. Every afternoon between 5 and 6.30 there is a cocktail happy hour. Very enjoyable. The beach is a short walk down from the hotel and you can hire chairs and umbrellas from reception to take to the beach. It's worth going down in the evening to watch the sunset. Whilst other guests have said the town is a 10 minute walk I would suggest perhaps 20 minutes to get into the town centre itself. Although I'm not a fast walker! There were several restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel including several on the beach. We travelled with Jet2 who only offer standard rooms but on arrival we upgraded to a sea view room on the 4th floor. Worth the extra money in our opinion. This hotel is highly recommended by us and we hope to return again one day. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

A really nice hotel with some nice family atmosphere and good amenities Great buffet breakfast and a nice in dinning restaurant with nice staff. Also very near downtown (10min walk) that allows you to go for a drink or meal outside the hotel. The ration price/quality is well worth it! Very good for a family vacation with hardly non-spanish tourists.

On 14 July 2025, 12 days before our planned arrival, reception staff Sergio Canete emailed me to follow up on our booking request for some reasonable allowances for my wife's restricted mobility. On 17 July, I responded to Sergio & he confirmed back via email the same day. On 26 July, we flew from Manchester (UK) to Jerez, and arrived at the Gran Conil Hotel. Sergio warmly welcomed us for check in & offered us a glass of champagne / orange juice. Sergio had fully considered our booking request & my wife's mobility needs, and kindly placed us in 2 adjacent rooms on the ground floor, with one being a fantastic upgrade to a suite, & it's location meant no stairs when walking to breakfast & dinner in the buffet restaurant. When walking to the pool & beach boardwalk, my wife could use the ramp walkway. Sergio has certainly understood my wife's specific needs, and has ensured our room location was ideal with enhanced comfort for an amazing stay in your fantastic hotel. Sergio was exceptional. Gran Conil is a modern & immaculate hotel with exceptional standards of cleanliness. All the staff were smiling & exceptionally friendly & helpful. We would fully recommend the Gran Conil Hotel & would return in future.

Fab stylish modern hotel. Swimming pool lovely and big, clean rooms with aircon. Bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, memory foam mattress. Beautiful grounds and building. Great entertainment most nights, saxophone player round the pool was fantastic as was the guitarist one evening and the opera singing guy. Excellent location next to the beach, the walk down a boardwalk to get there was beautiful and great for viewing the sunsets. Staff very happy and friendly. Food was delicious, amazing every day, we stayed half board. The place had a great atmosphere.

No complaints, everyone was superfriendly! The room was exellent. Breakfast and diner are perfect. We have been to the Canariën islands and Greece, but this is our number one. A walk to the beach is only 3 minutes. You need something else? Supermarket is a 3 minutes walk.

I'm seasoned traveller and this is one of the best 4 star hotel's we've ever had the pleasure of stay in. Everything is fabulous from reception ,house keeping, food ect 'Do yourselves a favour and take timeout to holiday here .Staff and manger can't do enough.

Our first time in Conil at Hipotels Gran Conil. The staff are so helpful with a complimentary upgrade given. Most staff speak Spanish, German and English. The place is so luxurious, with the beach a stones throw away and the shops approximately 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The meals are first class and to the highest standard it's like a banquet with the amount of food and different varieties on offer. The rooms are very spacious and immaculately looked after by the staff. If you haven't visited then put this on your bucket list. We will be back very soon and thanks again for the best holiday!!!

The very nice and super located hotel close to the Ocean coast (with direct path). Hotel is quite big but it is not tiring or disturbing with some noice. Cozy and clean rooms with daily service. The stuff of the hotel is also very kind and always helpful for any single request. Fully recommend for nice stay. Thank you for our beautiful holidays. Breakfast and the restaurant in general with very wide offer of tasty food.
