Lovely Hotel. However, not much to see and do. You definitely need a car to get around. Only 1 Restaurant on site which didn't open for Lunch some days. Lobby Bar which sold meals, not snacks. Just stayed at Barcelo Costa Ballena with my pro and 10 other ladies. We had a super 5 nights there and would not hesitate to recommend others to this Hotel. The rooms, lobby, reception area, 2 pools bars, restaurant are all great, and staff are friendly and helpful throughout. (Just wish we'd had time to go to the Spa!)

Honestly a quite little family hotel. If you have kids the place is perfect! The swimming pool are nice but not gigantic, the resort is pretty small so they can move and be independent, the kid's club is super active and offering kid's show at night. For adults it's a bit more limited, the lobby's bar is nice but no ambiance, no way to take a coffee outside after 7pm, the only place to eat is the buffet...

This hotel is amazing! Lovely relaxing pools for adults and a shallow one for the little ones. The staff is so helpful and friendly! The cocktails are delicious specially the coconut mojito 😉. I had a lovely time and will definitely come back. 5 stars well deserved!

Great hotel to stay at in Rota! It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and a very close walk to the beach. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. The pool is also great. I would say my only complaint is that the rooms have ac but they’re not the best. Least for me I want one that blast cold air and sounds like a jet taking off ! We have stayed here several times over the past decade. Always clean with professional staff, and a very convenient location for walking to a number of lical spots, including the beach. Their pool area is quite nice as well, and always spotlessly clean.

stayed at Hotel Carribe in Rota Spain for several months twice! I was with the US Airforce. The staff and owners of Hotel Caribbe became our Friends and treated us as life long friends! the hotel is absolutely perfect for anyone!

This simple no-frills hotel in downtown Rota is excellent. The complimentary WiFi is very stable with decent speed. There is a walled outdoor swimming pool. They have a buffet style daily breakfast for a nominal fee. Each room has its own AC unit. Just be careful the shower stall is very tiny, and the water temperature can be a bit finicky. Great value for the prices paid!

Nice hotel in excellent location close to the beach

The location is good, 5 minutes walk to the beach with some nice restaurants close by. It was clean and well maintained with nice helpful staff. The room was pleasent with a nice balcony. The pool was nice and clean but there was a shortage of sunbeds at busy times. I would stay here again.

Very good family-run place close to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Actually, the whole place is well taken care of. It’s an oasis in a neighbourhood of shoddy random buildings all jostling for a view of the sea.

Coming from 🇺🇸 it was nice stay for a very doable price. The receptionist was kind and willing to assist with getting a taxi to arrive. Free Wi-Fi was VERY fast for all my devices. Restored hotel. We booked a room with the chapel built in. Trippy. Wifi is not that good, lot of dropped connections. Staff is helpful, but guests should learn some Spanish and use a translation app since the staff's English is limited.

The rooms are spacious and the location is quiet. Unfortunately we have been there during a "fashion show" and music was louder than at a concert. We tried to have a bit of sleep, due to our long journey. First reception told us "I can't do anything". Best place to have breakfast in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Fresh garden to scape from noise, the sound of the birds and a marvelous environment. Excellent place to prepare the visit to the city in quiet and relaxed atmosphere You can also visit some parts of the palace after the coffe. Main monuments of village and cellars are close to this place.

Perfectly located, across Cabildo Square. This was our second time at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. The hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet at reasonable prices in a bright modern setting, overlooking the patio. There is a large terrace on the top floor to enjoy a drink. Friendly staff always available to help. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Las instalaciones son buenas, el lugar de ubicación muy bueno, pero el servicio de la terraza de arriba deja mucho que desear, la atención de los camareros pésima y nada profesional, no entiendo como un lugar tan bonito esté atendido de esa manera.

Hemos estado cinco dias de experiencia que resulto ser maravillosa en el mes de febrero en este hotel. Tanto la comida, como el desayuno y la cena estaban muy bien preparados y muy buen sabor. El servicio rapidísimo a pesar de que había bastante gente. La atención por parte del servicio inmejorable . Volveré seguro.

Hotel buen situado, tienes cerca tanto el centro de Sanlúcar como la playa. Las habitaciones muy limpias pero un poco normales para tener 4 estrellas. Las instalaciones del gimnasio son muy pobres. Cabe destacar la última planta con vista 360º a todo Sanlúcar para poder merendar o tomar una copa.
