Nice place. Really big pool and close to the beach. I would recommend the place to families and couples. Entertainment is every day but more oriented on children. Few sport activities such as aqua aerobics, table tennis, darts and etc. There is no local night life but buses and taxis can take you to Las Americas. Also very friendly staff....

Had a great time. The rooms are large but there is no air conditioning so they do get hot, fans can be hired though for a small cost. Spartan in external appearance, but surprisingly modern from the interior. Rooms were very well spaced, equipped and maintained. We know the place weel - we spent many nice holidays there! Then, due to the Covid, the country and the site got locked down. Then, we booked for 2021, and our reservation got cancelled, due to "renovation". Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. Would however recommend to others, we used it as a base and travelled into Los Christiano every day, lots of little restaurants close by which offer a good variety

The apartments are well serviced and run by a very friendly and approachable team. They respond super quick. However, the build of the apartments means that you can hear just about everything in the adjacent ones. That's the only downside.

Comfortable hotel overlooking the sea and marina. The rooms are spacious and clean although there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. WiFi is a big bugbear here, it is only free in the reception area and consequently everyone congregates there to use it therefore it's abysmal. Good location, only ten minutes from the airport. A traditional style hotel, good sized rooms and balcony looking over the pool. Spotlessly clean with good outside facilities. This is a well maintained location. The room has been really nice equipped with everything that you need for a family of 5. The AC unit is doing a great Job. The view is nice and the windows hold back most of the airplanes noise when they land over your head. The surroundings have everything for your daily needs as well. Nice beaches in walking distance too.

We hired a private apartment through Airbnb which was a home from home we were happy with it. This complex is made up of residents and rental apartments. It's very secure with key cards for entrances and a fob for the pool felt safe. The gardens are pretty and well serviced. Second visit. Does what it says on the tin. I did get given a nice refurbed room but don’t be looking for 5 star or even 4 but the pretty gardens and surroundings make up for that. The pool is heated which doesn’t happen too often in Tenerife! They don’t tell you on reception, which they should, that there is a back gate that takes you down to the beach area etc. you need your room card to operate...

The hotel is getting on in years, but it is very clean and the staff is attentive.

Booked for one night to catch a very early flight so it was very convenient for the airport. There was a real wow factor in the foyer and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were a bit dated though and buffet dinner was pretty bog standard for the price.

Bathrobes but no bath ! Booked a 'Superior Suite' as we wanted a bath but, as in a lot of hotels, the plug was removed completely so that we couldn't have one, just a shower, so my wife was quite disappointed, especially after paying more for the privaledge over a standard room.

Poor sound insulation and decoration

The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings...

A very family friendly self catering hotel. Plenty of activities for the adults and kids, kids club can be ify though as sometimes they cancel it. The swimming pools are great and popular. it was a great visit - the accommodation was fab and I love the newly renovated reception area which is a great improvement. my only negative comment is that the tv channels are useless and need urgent attention

We chose this resort based on the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. First time in Tenerife and we were so glad that we chose to stay here. Santa Barbara is a very nice resort with everything that it has to offer. We will be staying here again!

Had a pleasant stay overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was a highlight with great food and live music in the evenings. However, the location is quite remote and not ideal unless you’re here specifically for golf. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway or golf trip.

We stayed here last week was a little apprehensive after reading reviews. But we was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the very welcoming staff. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of comfortable sun lounges with cushions and towels provided around the pool. Great stay, great location, the hotel has a great breakfast selection and there is a free bus service provided to take you to the beach, would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was lovely, suited our family of 5 perfectly. My little girl took a fall on one of the ramps by pool 3, both the lifeguard and the bar man came to know if we needed anything, so kind of them. Would have no hesitation in going back there. Short Stay at Beverley Hills Heights We only stayed one night as we had just decided to add an additional Day to our holiday staying at a different complex, but everything was perfect. We’ve visited this hotel many times and it always offers great accommodation, pools and large jacuzzi and spa. There is a very well equipped gym, with instructor led classes eg Pilates. The instructor is very helpful and friendly, why not use the gym and burn off some of your holiday indulgences! Perfect stay I had a lovely stay. I was in a spacious studio apartment. My whole stay was perfect due to the accomodation, check in experience, every staff member"s friendliness, professalism and helpfulness. Would highly recommend.

We didn't get the type of the apartment that we have thought to have booked and as it was the last time there. There was one bedroom but wasn't any seaview. When we sat in the balcony we saw only the roof of the opposite building.

Can't think of anything bad to say about the place. Had stayed in a few different rooms at castle harbour. I had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair and mobility scooter and there was no problem getting around in either of them. The only real bad part. No washing machines had been available in the apartments I was in, though they did have facilities available within the hotel.

Went to look at an apartment at castle Harbour unfortunately not right for us but had spectacular views, up at the top of the hill! parts of pavements did not have mobility dropped pavements on one side of road so not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Castle harbour apartments does have a ramp for access and a lovely bright reception area, lifts are small and corridors were a little confusing...

Our apartment had what we needed to put our heads down. Had to buy to lend a hairdryer for the week. Book disabled accessible accommodation in advance & double check before departure. Booked with Hays Travel but when we arrived 1) they did not know I was a wheelchair user, told us that Hays Travel did not inform them 2) we had to wait 3 days for a better accessible room 3) my wheelchair could not fit...

Great apartment that we stayed in Wi-fi was fairly slow but for free who can complain tv and the tech in there was all brilliant would definitely go again could do with a lick of paint here and there and some maintenance on stiff locks. Can’t complain at that though

Really pleasant stay really nice and comfortable for the 4 nights we was there would happily come back here. Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

The room was large, but there was no air conditioning. However, it was very cool with the windows and the fan. The balcony was great. The hotel has a gym, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. It's about a ten-minute walk from the bus station and various restaurants and bars. Good not great. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly upon our arrival but they made it right… also, the hot tub was cool in temperature and the wifi was poor. They moved us to a different room and things were ok. But we expected more from this place.

Just had an amazing week in the regency country club. Duplex apartment had everything we needed for the week. Beds were comfy and we even had a cleaner who came every day and tidied up towels and changed bin for us. This Place it's highly raccomended ! Starting from the staff that was super friendly and professional , I never had a customer service that excellent. The accomodation are spacious , clean with a beautiful view and quiet. The price of the journey was Fair enough. Also I appreciate that it's family friendly which Is not that obvious.

Amazing apartments we have loved staying there. So clean so tidy and staff are fabulous. 7mins in taxi to beach with restaurants and bars. The lads at the pool bar had there work cut out with drinks and food as nothing else was open we had so much will be back for sure!!

Based round about the big pool. Accommodation small, but OK. We had a kitchen in the duplex, still looking for a kettle. We were on half board, the food at dinner was lacking in choice and what there was was poor. Every night the bill for evening meal was wrong, we started to think it was deliberate. Was it value for money? No, would I go back? Probably not.

Stayed here twice now and this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! I have stayed at top hotels all over the world that are 10x the price of this place and none of them come close! The staff are all so pleasant and helpful! Well down, the owners and managers should be proud. I will be returning this year again with even more guests this time.

We'd done a lot of research before booking Gran Oasis and thought we'd got it right but were clearly wrong. Let me say we enjoyed our stay and felt looked after but it was not right for us. This is clearly a resort used by holiday companies such as Jet2 and TUI and the clientele reflected this. Applauso, applauso, applauso to all at the Gran Oasis Resort Hotel. From start to finish, it really was the greatest holiday experience. Cleanliness of both t our room and the general hotel was immaculate. Plenty of food and drink choices available for all. The Animacion team were amazing and the Bar staff brilliant. I read some of the reviews before we went and there was alot of negativity about this hotel, luckily we dont pay attention to these and decide for ourselves. This hotel is absolutely amazing, the time we arrived the ramp/ walk upto where our room was, was shut so we did have a bit of a walk with suitcases and a pram but once we were there it was fine was just a few stairs to get to the bottom where...

The accommodation is good value and I had a pleasant stay. Staff for friendly and rooms well equipped.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, nice and fun pool, good location, not loud at night and large rooms - had a great stay here!

It's in a strategic place (if you have rented a car), just a few minutes to literally everything! The rooms are spacious and nice, we had a ground floor angular room with a very nice exterior. I don't recommend the restaurant, we tried it the first day and we liked nothing. The pool is not that big but good enough for having fun with the kids. Definitely not a place to stay in all day, but a good spot...

Overall it was a great stay. We where in one of the appartements with a kitchen, and we were able to cook when we didn't feel like eating out. The appartement its self was quite big. The receptionist that helps us (Sylvia) was super helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The others didn't really have any interest in us. Overall it was a good stay and the facilities where clean.

Wonderful hotel. We have a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with terrace facing the road. It can be a little noisy but nothing terrible. The rooms are huge and decorated lovely. Full kitchen with all you need including washing up liquid. There's a powerful hairdryer in the bathroom. Hot water is hit and miss. Beds have memory foam toppers and pillows are huge and bouncy. The hotel staff are all friendly...

Just spent a week here was pleasantly surprised. After reading bad reviews was dreading it but no need to have worried. Hotel was very clean. The room we had was overlooking pool in my opinion the best room. The staff were always cleaning and were very pleasant the only downside was the entertainment and that all inclusive drinks closed at 11 oclock. The food was Luke warm but ok. I loved it cant...
