Nice place. Really big pool and close to the beach. I would recommend the place to families and couples. Entertainment is every day but more oriented on children. Few sport activities such as aqua aerobics, table tennis, darts and etc. There is no local night life but buses and taxis can take you to Las Americas. Also very friendly staff....

Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. It wasn't a great first night as we arrived late with my partner and a cranky 1 year old and there was no travel cot in the room as I requested but that got sorted first thing in the morning. Great little hotel with lovely apartments and sizeable rooms that were will fitted. There's a bar on site and a tourist shop. The pool looked good but it was too nippy to have a try. There's a hiperdino 10m away and the town centres walking distance, though it's a bit run down and the traffic is awful. Parking near the hotel is also pretty poor.

Really nice hotel! Amazing customer service, my boyfriend requested towel swans when we booked as a joke, and not only did they deliver but we were also brought champagne after we'd checked in! Would definitely recommend this hotel

The apartments are well serviced and run by a very friendly and approachable team. They respond super quick. However, the build of the apartments means that you can hear just about everything in the adjacent ones. That's the only downside.

Comfortable hotel overlooking the sea and marina. The rooms are spacious and clean although there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. WiFi is a big bugbear here, it is only free in the reception area and consequently everyone congregates there to use it therefore it's abysmal. Just returned home last week from these fantastic apartments, firstly before we booked Aguamarina Golf apartments we checked it out online and looked at what people had to say about it. This is a well maintained location. The room has been really nice equipped with everything that you need for a family of 5. The AC unit is doing a great Job. The view is nice and the windows hold back most of the airplanes noise when they land over your head. The surroundings have everything for your daily needs as well. Nice beaches in walking distance too.

Stayed here for one week. First night the lock on our terrace door was broken and we had to ask before we were moved rooms.. Not a great start. We were moved to another room right beside the pool and the holiday thereafter was great. Pool is lovely, lots lounge chairs. Close to the marina with lots of restaurants. Very friendly staff.The Housekeepers are on another level with their attention to detail.Their Indian and Mexican food is fantastic and the chocolate ice cream..wow! Just returned from a great week at this resort. The staff are friendly and helpful, always making sure we're safe and have everything we need. Apartments are very spacious, well appointed and very clean. There is a shop, bar and cafe on resort, as well as 3 swimming pools, a kids play area and plentiful sun loungers! Fantastic! The resort was spotlessly clean and very relaxing. Not sure if it was due to Monarch or the fact it is always this peaceful but we couldn't fault the resort. A very homely, very British, resort! Excellent restaurant with great staff. Good quiz night and entertainment often laid on too. Small and quiet resort with local shops right opposite. Bus to the airport is less than 2 euros! Recommended for a really relaxing and peaceful time with other amenities on your doorstep.

We stayed here last week was a little apprehensive after reading reviews. But we was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the very welcoming staff. We were in a penthouse one bedroom apartment, lovely decor, comfortable bed and bedding and well appointed. Felt it a bit mean to still expect extra for use of the same when we had upgraded to their best apartment but otherwise would come back again.

Paloma beach was a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was really big. Perfect size for our family of 5. The rooms were well kept, clean and stocked with all you need for a self catering trip. Bit of a stretch for this to be called a 4 star, but I guess they technically qualify with the lowest standards. The complex is HUGE - with that, I assume some rooms may be more updated than others. Nice one bedroom apartment, heated pools (~25°), fairly good breakfast for 7 € a day and person. Did not try the dinner. Cleaning every 3rd day. Nice people in the reception. Big pool with "entertainment" (not my interest/taste). Smaller pool quiet and nice. Fair value for price ratio. Stayed there end November and beginning of December 2021.

Apartment rooms are a bit basic but great value for money. Clean and looked after. The pools are lovely and not so busy when we went. We didn't eat at the suites but easy access to plenty of bars and restaurants. A short walk to the beach with even more choice for meals and drinks.
