Nice place. Really big pool and close to the beach. I would recommend the place to families and couples. Entertainment is every day but more oriented on children. Spartan in external appearance, but surprisingly modern from the interior. Rooms were very well spaced, equipped and maintained. Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. This is a well maintained location. The room has been really nice equipped with everything that you need for a family of 5. The AC unit is doing a great Job. The view is nice and the windows hold back most of the airplanes noise when they land over your head. The surroundings have everything for your daily needs as well. We hired a private apartment through Airbnb which was a home from home we were happy with it. This complex is made up of residents and rental apartments. It's very secure with key cards for entrances and a fob for the pool felt safe. The gardens are pretty and well serviced. Booked for one night to catch a very early flight so it was very convenient for the airport. There was a real wow factor in the foyer and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were a bit dated though and buffet dinner was pretty bog standard for the price.

The property is dated. There’s stairs on both sides of the elevator for some reason which make it almost worthless. The shower head in the bathroom was busted. No free airport shuttle even though it’s one of the closest hotels to the airport.

I would rate the property as a 4 star for location but definitely only a 3 for condition of the property. Clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment.

I had the most incredible time at Barcelo Tenerife. I was worried after reading lots of negative reviews about the food but I could find no fault at all! Those is a fabulous hotel that blends in with the Eco park. The pools run down on each level and although the hotel is spread over a large area it still maintains a small cosy atmosphere. Our second time here A very spacious and clean apartment, with regular towel and sheet changes. All facilities in the apartment were provided (cutlery, plates, washing up liquid etc) which was handy. The apartments are well situated near the beach and promenade.

The environment is beautiful, and the balcony is very spacious. However, some of the facilities are a bit outdated. There was a leak in the water heater in our room, but the staff responded quickly with repairs and cleanup. The soundproofing isn’t great, but overall the value for money makes up for it.

Great stay, great location, the hotel has a great breakfast selection and there is a free bus service provided to take you to the beach, would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was lovely, suited our family of 5 perfectly. My little girl took a fall on one of the ramps by pool 3, both the lifeguard and the bar man came to know if we needed anything, so kind of them. Would have no hesitation in going back there. All facilities were being cleaned regularly, staff were all lovely.

Short Stay at Beverley Hills Heights We only stayed one night as we had just decided to add an additional Day to our holiday staying at a different complex, but everything was perfect. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, a real credit to the place. We will look to come back again in the future for a longer stay.

Places close by to eat, drink and shop. However taxi's needed to get back from Los Cristianos centre as the hill and even the stairs up to the complex are massive. There is a shop on site as well as a spa, nail salon and hairdressers. Pool areas are nice, we used the lower pool as it was quieter and the last 2 days we got cabanas at Pool 3, which is good value for money in my opinion.

Good but improvements needed! Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. The evening entertainment needs improving, though! Not all guests are families with very young children. The adult guests are the ones paying the bill and there needs to be some quality acts for the adult guests too not just in-house staff entertaining toddlers every evening.

Can't think of anything bad to say about the place. Had stayed in a few different rooms at castle harbour. I had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair and mobility scooter and there was no problem getting around in either of them. The only real bad part. No washing machines had been available in the apartments I was in, though they did have facilities available within the hotel.

Went to look at an apartment at castle Harbour unfortunately not right for us but had spectacular views, up at the top of the hill! parts of pavements did not have mobility dropped pavements on one side of road so not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Very nice stay, defo coming back. So many pools, food was great, staff so friendly. Johanna cleaned our room and made best every day, was excellent!

Juan Antonio our waiter at dinner was exceptional , went out of his way to help and was very efficient with our food and drinks.

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

H10 was a lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff and very relaxed ambiance. Our initial issue with our room was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, no fuss or drama, just moved to another upgraded room without question, very reassuring. Los Christianos is a lovely quiet haven, filled to the brim with quality bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. A nice peaceful relaxing...

I love staying at H10 Big Sur, the hotel is clean and inviting. All the staff are friendly, helpful, caring.

Cupboards were dirty or dusty and left brown marks on clothes. Wouldn’t recommend with young children as not much too do but overall a good stay and would come again.

One of the best complex we’ve stayed in for a three star it was spacious the rooms a little dated but big four pools and life. Guards on everyday friendly bar area. Very good Rooms need air con though as it can get very hot at night good facilities. But for me I was not keen on the area

Great hotel in a lovely location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was spacious with 2 big balconies. The rooms were big enough. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff were great. The waiters were funny and friendly. The staff on reception were fab too. We were able to store our luggage on day of departure and even able to have a shower with clean towels provided. Really nice...

Our apartment was clean, spacious, bright and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Fresh towels every second day and the floors all mopped out. The food in the downstairs restaurant was delicious and the pools were very clean and well kept with a lifeguard on duty. There are taxis available outside everyday. There's loads of shops...

What a holiday! Apartment spotless, with view out onto lovely gardens. Food was great, at good prices. Central for everything. Staff were honest as well as pleasant. We checked out yesterday, leaving our 400 duty free cigs in the room. Friends who are staying at the same resort (but different hotel) called & picked them up for us today because the cleaning staff had handed them in. Plenty of sunbeds...

This is the second time at these apartments , both times we stopped in a 2 storey duplex apartment . The apartments are in a brilliant location , close to the beach , bars and restaurants . The complex, apartments and pool area is very clean and gardens are kept very well manicured . Will defiantly be returning in the future .
