Spring Arona Gran Hotel - Adults Only in Los Cristianos

I’ve been here 4 times now and will keep coming back. This is an amazing hotel to have a relaxing holiday. We paid for the UP and it was so worth it for the all day buffet, inclusive drinks and infinity pools. No sunbed wars, you can wander to the UP anytime 10-6 when it’s open and get a sunbed. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is divine. Spa was very nice. Only criticisms are there’s no water fountain or access to drinking water in the spa, also the table service is very slow when watching the evening entertainment. Tried to go to the bar and was told it was table service only. The waiters are rushed off their feet so it’s definitely not their fault, management need to look at staffing levels.

Lovely experience from the start Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Relaxed by day by the pools , no problem getting a sun lounger (September). Evening entertainment was very good with two separate shows every evening. Food was very good with a great selection. A really great hotel

We’ve just returned from this beautiful hotel and are already planning to return . Fabulous food so much choice and very attentive waiters and waitresses who were quick to clear up or get drinks for you, thanks to Jesica and Carmen. We had no problems getting padded sunbeds or parasols . Pool towels are available and you can change them daily .The three large swimming pools were all very warm , our favourite was the jacuzzi pool with the many different jets of water . Little touches like the pianist playing as we walked to get our evening meal and mariachi band that played on gala evening ,set this hotel above previous adult only hotels we have visited . The daytime entertainment around the pool with the aqua gym was good . I’ve never seen as many participants in aqua gym . One day there was a saxophonist playing , another day a dj was leading everyone doing party dances in the water . Great fun to watch too . We didn’t stay for evening entertainment, preferring to walk along the harbour instead , but on returning we heard a few of the musical acts and they sounded good. We will definitely return to Arona Gran soon .

Myself and partner visited Arona Gran Hotel for the second time for my birthday, on arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and a cold sparkling wine which was most welcome, they upgraded our room free of charge to a pool view which was lovely as we had the sun the majority of the day from balcony. Food in the buffet was lovely and varied throughout the weeks stay and always felt fresh. Evening entertainment was great and a great view from our balcony if we felt tired and didn't want to go down to the pool area to see it. Speacial shout-out to Jorge (George) and Virginia, who were both fantastic during the many activities that they had planned throughout the day, keeping everyone entertained, especially Georges dancing

As always this hotel dilivers Food drink and hotel top class entertainment in hotel is very good petonca scholen bingo aqua gym etc we do all these its part of the holiday for us Virginia & Jess fantastic We will return of course two trips this year

We’ve visited this hotel many times and it always offers great accommodation, pools and large jacuzzi and spa. There is a very well equipped gym, with instructor led classes eg Pilates. The instructor is very helpful and friendly, why not use the gym and burn off some of your holiday indulgences! The food is delicious and offers great choice and the evening entertainment and bar areas are great too. We will be booking again.

I stayed at the Arona Gran Hotel in Los Cristianos last August as part of a birthday trip with friends. The hotel itself was really well-kept, with a relaxing pool area and very clean facilities. We had bed and breakfast included, which was convenient—but as someone who avoids pork, I noticed straight away there were hardly any halal or inclusive options, which was disappointing. I had to stick to fruit and pastries most mornings, which isn't ideal when you're paying for breakfast. That aside, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when booking local taxis. The location was perfect—close to the beach and just a short drive from the nightlife in Las Americas, which was the main reason for our trip. Overall, the hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere, but more dietary consideration would have made a huge difference.

We enjoyed our holiday at Arona Gran. This is the 4th time we have been over 15 years. The food is still if a very high standard, but on some occasions the food was not hot enough. Our room had a lovely view, over the pool. There was only a very small wardrobe in our room which we found not big enough for all our hanging clothes. There was a sharp cracked tile in the bathroom. Entertainment could have been better. Although we enjoyed the piano being played in the bar prior to our evening meal. On some occasions, service was slow in the bar. All in all we enjoyed our holiday and, I am sure, we will at some point come back and stay at Arona Gran

We arrived after a very long day travelling from Scotland. I don't think hotels realise all the travelling that is involved when arriving at a hotel. Check-in had a long queue.We got a room on the 4th floor, and the room was nice and quiet.This was our second visit to this hotel, and the hotel is lovely.The restaurant food is good but it is very crowded and it is sometimes difficult leaving your table especially on the Gala nights.The swimming pools are also nice but unfortunately the weather was generally poor whilst we were there.The staff are really nice all over the hotel.I would recommend this hotel as it is of a high standard.

The Arona Gran is excellent. The staff are amazing. Tedi the fitness/entertainment chap is excellent at his job, he motivates you to do your best and his colleague Jessica is a lovely girl and always on the dancefloor. The restaurant and bar staff are excellent too and also the cleaning staff are faultless. The hotel is amazing, so clean and welcoming. The views are fabulous. The pools clean and tidy, the life guards are always on hand with clean towels. The food is phenomenal and so much of it. Every type of pallet catered for. The evening entertainment is varied and good and there are things laid on during the day, such as bingo, pool aerobics, pilates, yoga, stretch and tone and a quiz. Entertainment around the pool. Piano music in the evenings, a violinist during special evenings, when roses are handed out to the ladies. Bubbly free with breakfast. I could go on and on. Amazing holiday, you won't be disappointed if you stay here.
