Im not happy with service non the staff the room stinked too

I am actually currently staying here w/ 3 friends for vacation. When I say I will NEVER stay here nor recommend this place to anyone in my life I mean that wholeheartedly. For about 3 consecutive nights, my friends and I were subjected to harassment by the other residents on our floor. Initially, it started off as a noise complaint because we were playing music at midnight on the first night and they reported to the front desk. They came up to our room & notified us of the complaint and after that we haven’t played music since and have been extremely cautious w/ our volume. It seems from that incident their anguish grew for what ever reason. The neighbors started CONTINUOUSLY banging on our walls. The second night, upon returning back to the hotel, another resident stated rudely we needed to be quiet but no one was speaking at this point. It was from this moment onward that we realized that we were being plotted against as these were all members from the same family. They waited around each time for us to get back inside to say something to us. Yesterday night, my friends and I were leaving our two rooms to go out for a night of fun. ANOTHER resident from this family stops my friend and states verbatim “oh you guys are quiet tonight. Let’s keep it that way or it’s gonna be a problem in the morning.” That was completely unacceptable and at this point we had enough. At this very moment, about 5 other rooms opened their doors and all started to complain of the noise that they thought we were making. Each person all verbally attacked us. People weren’t even clothed yet coming out of the room to swear at us. It was absolutely terrifying especially being the only people of color at this hotel. This one family kept threatening to take the matter to the receptionist so we all agreed to take it downstairs. This barefoot half naked man and his entire family follows us downstairs where the shouting match continues. We are speaking to the receptionist trying to explain to him that we were literally just threatened by this NAKED MAN and he basically ignores us and takes the side of the angry family. The bald man who works at the front desk at night I don’t know his name was completely dismissive and negligent to our concerns. We definitely felt racially profiled at this point. He didn’t even attempt to resolve the issue. Instead he told us our cab is outside to get us to leave the lobby. Ridiculous.

Not to mention, the rooms are INCREDIBLY SMALL and nothing works. The front desk staff are never inviting. Just please never come here save your money.
