Excellent hotel in every aspect. Very helpful prior to our visit by answering email queries.

Exceptionally clean throughout the hotel.

Professional and polite staff who went above and beyond to help.

Excellent location, few minutes walk to lovely beach, bars, restaurants, shops and water taxi.

Beautiful complimentary yoga flow.

Absolutely amazing break at Anfora! Our first time in Ibiza and we absolutely loved every minute of it! I have never been so impressed with a hotel!

The hotel was lovely and we cannot fault the service. The staff were always friendly and nothing was too much. Diego in the restaurant was a star! He was patient, helpful and assisted my friend with her vegan diet.

Nice fragrance in and around the hotel. It felt like you were in a spa!

It was odd having the basin inside the main room though. I would've preferred a full bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable.

Delicious breakfast with lots of variety.

We took the complementary pilates and yoga classes which were a great start to the day.

* The skirting boards in the main toilets need to be cleaned to remove dust and hairs!

* We got bitten a lot so take creams etc

We would love to visit again!

I liked the hotel so much! It was clean, stylish, well equipped. Breakfast had variety of dishes! Also I’d like to notice big parking, good wi-fi connection, friendly stuff and warm pools))

We had a great stay at this hotel in Ibiza! The location was perfect—convenient yet off the beaten path, offering some peace and quiet. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Both pools were good, and we never had any issues finding a sun lounger. The rooms were exceptionally clean too. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what you expect for a hotel like this. Nicely new, great rooms, amazing pool and facilities, good location. Free parking was available, but best to reserve that upfront. Lovely employees. One of the best hotels We stayed in. You will see us again soon. Perfect!

Where do I start . Hotel is set back from the main strip in a side street . You can be guaranteed a great nights sleep . First impressions of the hotel is that it is immaculately clean , I’m mean top marks to the cleaners and staff . It’s probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in .
The decor is top notch and everything has been thought out precisely from the hanging of the artwork to the placement of the plant pots. It has two large unheated pools one out front and one out back and also a heated spa pool . The sun-beds are cushioned and extremely comfortable ( none of this plastic nonsense) . The pool bar and lobby area bar are quite expensive ( €16 for a beer and Malibu and coke) but there are plenty of bars and supermarkets within walking distance . Hippie market is about a 10-15 min walk down the road and the local bus depot is about 10 min walk where you can catch buses to Santa Eulària and the airport . There is also no evening entertainment at this hotel but like I said there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the main beach area which is no more than a 5min walk away . The rooms are also immaculately clean with all the normal stuff ie tv , fridge , phone etc etc .
The bed is massive and I mean massive
And probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in .
I do however have one major gripe !!!!!!
And this involves the bathroom area
This is not a fault of the hotel but more of a failure of TUI the booking company to explain this lay out properly in its brochure
As you can see by pictures there is no separate bathroom as to speak
The bathroom sink is in the living area and there is a separate shower area and a separate toilet area.
Let’s start with the sink
1. Sink is in the living/sleeping area so if you get up at night to use the loo you wake everyone up when you put the light on to wash your hands
2. The shower
The shower is separated from the main area by a see through door directly opposite the main desk area where the tea and coffee are .
If you are taking a shower then you can see right into the shower cubicle through the glass!
I can understand if you are a couple this probably wouldn’t really bother you but if you have say a 14-15 year old son or daughter holidaying with you it could be rather awkward if they are walking past the door or making tea and they look in and see there parents scrubbing there bits in the shower . Also there is no place to hang a towel so you have to exit the shower naked to retrieve a towel !! Fine in a couple but not with children
3. The toilet
The toilet door is a sliding door with a mirror on the back of it . With the door closed there is still a large gap down one side of it and you can see straight in . If you wife is standing outside the door using the mirror while you are sitting on the toilet the morning after the night before a mutton vindaloo it can be rather uncomfortable to say the least
( I ended up using the bathrooms in the lobby in the end as using the one in the room made for a rather awkward holiday)
Like I said this is not really a problem with the hotel as I have seen that many hotels in Europe are starting to adapt to this sort of room layout .
I’m disappointed with TUI really as if this was explained in the hotel description I would never have booked this place with my child .

To some up this hotel it is a fantastic place for couples but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are travelling with older children

Perfect for us. If you want crazy Ibiza then you'll have to leave the hotel, but that's not what we wanted. The hotel is 5 star. Everything is super clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The balcony was an actual balcony where we could sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Breakfasts were very high quality with lots of choice. Service was impeccable for everything we wanted in the whole week. Week we were here. A special shout out to Ariadna in the bar... seriously 7* service!
Highly recommended and we'll be back soon!

Great Hotel. Location fantastic.Hotel very clean! The Rooms are big. Swimming Pool area is amazing, also for kids.Half Board food is healthy, fresh and tasty. Breakfast is even better! Staff very professional but they could smile a bit more.
I can recommend the hotel to everybody who wants to visit Ibiza. It is difficult to find a better one.
