Tiny rooms unsuitable for more than 2 occupants. Awful food and no water at evening meal. All drinks have to be paid for and bringing your own drinks is not allowed. Very untidy entrance. Walking to town means walking past the bins, car park and service entrances. A real mess but the staff are friendly. There are some nearby restaurants but they cost a lot more than in the town, which is about 20 minutes walk away. WiFi for a week costs more than a month of fibre in the UK. Better to buy a data package. No kettles or fridges in rooms unless rented.

Be very careful if you book A.I at this Hotel. It is not all inclusive it is what the management say is . For instance snacks, out of approx 30 items you are allowed 3. I'm not joking. Lunch time at the pool /snack bar you are only allowed a cheese and ham sandwich a hot dog or a burger. That's it. Worst non all inclusive ever. Don't waste your money ! !

A nice looking hotel a bit out from main es Cana area but not far. Right next to a lovely small beach and a nice couple of bar/ restaurants right there...
Nice big reception area and good selection of food for breakfast and dinner (we were half board) ... although because only half- there was no option for even a glass of water with dinner unless purchased.
Smallish but nice pool.
Some parts dated- mainly bedding. Our room was a conjoined one and the middle locked door is SO thin we heard next doors conversations word for word... including their bowel movements! (Seriously could hear them on the loo) ☹️ not ideal!

Just returned and couldnt be happier, we were unfortunately moved hotel on arrival due to a flooding, good food and clean rooms but the entertainment is where the real fun is, all of the entertainers were great and very friendly but Milan is the man, fun with all ages and works hard to keep everyone happy, great guy and the reason we would return, hotel is very kids friendly. We had a blast......

Would return, hotel clean and tidy staff helpful only complaint hotel charges for WiFi and no water provided for half board customers at evening meal.

Fabulous location. Good sturdy hotel rooms with lots of storage and non of that new fangled minimalism good honest food and pleasant polite staff. Easy access to public transport. Lovely coastal walks. Would definitely return.

One of the best hotels I have visited with its stunning location on Cala Nova’s beach and just a short walk int Es Cana why go anywhere else??
