This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. Special HELLO to Osvaldo from Latvia! Also special thanks to another two guys with gray hair and glasses. They are also nice and always great service.

The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.

Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (we had such a room booked). Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment...

Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location close to the beach and many possibilities of free parking nearby (mid-June). I would only appreciate some raw vegetables for breakfast as there was none and highlight that depending on the season, the sun might not be shining on the pool after 5:30 pm which is a pity.

Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return.

Very good and renewed hotel 100 meters from the beach. Excellent Service. Fantastic restaurant menu and breakfast. Room was totally new as well as Bar and Restaurant. The pool is incredible. I recommend this hotel very much

This hotel is really good in terms of price, facilities and location. The beach is just a minute away from the hotel. They provide the buffet service for breakfast and lunch and you get a lot of foods choice. The rooms are big and comfortable to stay. The car parking is easily available on the street for free.

Everything was great, the staff was super nice, efficient and professional. I would repeat without any problem and I would even recommend it to anyone who is ill.

A very important note: If you're staying full-board, prepare to pay extra because you pay for drinks separately at each lunch and dinner. The buffet is average. The service is very good. Don't lie down too hard on the bed because the slats will come off. The location is fantastic. The pool is spacious.

A very old hotel in need of a complete overhaul. The buffet is sparse and second- or third-rate. The bathroom is very small, with a shower curtain. Very attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and all facilities are very well maintained. The buffet, while still sparse, is very well prepared.

Buffet breakfast, limited variety and poor quality, good cleanliness, notable for the friendliness at reception and the pool.

Large spotlessly clean and modern room overlooking the huge pool. Staff on reception and restaurant friendly, courteous and efficient. Food fabulous but slightly limited choices different menu each meal. Could not fault our stay in any way. We will be back!

Very good hotel that I recommend. The room was nice and cleaned every day. The service and food both were very good. The only recommendation I can give is to put a clothes dryer on the terrace.

Came here for two weeks, and honestly loved it! The room was nice, bed was comfortable, closet was large, bathroom was nice as well as the shower. A cozy room for one person. No dirt, really clean, quiet, and perfect to just come and rest after a long day of walking. Really loved it!

Hotel for (rude Spanish) seniors 😅 Sorry but it's the truth. Very loud fiësta every darn evening... So loud! Rooftop 'pool' is only 30 cm deep and closes in the evening so you can't enjoy the night view... Neat hotel with good price. Comfortable beds.

I find the bad reviews a bit exaggerated. We were last weekend and everything was perfect. Clean without cockroaches as many say. The food runs out and if they replace it. Also good. 3 Star hotel with facilities and I found peace and happiness here. Very clean rooms, delicious food, good price. I received double bedroom with comfy bed and pillows. During my stay nobody disturbed me and it was quite at night. Beach is just 50 metres walking distance from this hotel.

Great hotel! We stayed as a family of 3 for about a week and loved everything. Clean rooms, tasty food, just a min walk from the beach. The staff is very helpful, I forgot a thing in the hotel and only realized that at the airport, the guys were so nice to help me to find it, keep it, and then send it over to me. also we stayed in September, a huge city parking next to the hotel was already free

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was fresh and varied. Very well organized. The pool was quiet and relaxing. We were a family of three and had a room with a sea view and a great balcony with sea views. The room was comfortable and clean. But the staff are what make it - extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble and they were very patient with my terrible attempts at Spanish! Friendly hotel with good facilities. A bit noisy due to doors slamming and furniture scraping on the floor etc late into the night. Poor WiFi in the rooms. Good, quiet air conditioning.

The best thing about this hotel is by far and away the lovely Mara. She is so so helpful. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location but very very noisy. Rooms would benefit from internal doors, as you can hear lots of noise. Breakfast... hot breakfast is served cold and i would recommend getting down early if you want fresh. Choice is good though.

A nice place to stay, with friendly staff who kept everything clean. The room was spacious, having two double beds, but only one window overlooking an interior patio. The toile was large and clean. However, the corridor noise was quite loud, and the light under the main door was too bright. To remedy this, I placed a towel across the gap to block the light.

Good position. Breakfast not too good. We had an awful room. Bars at the window as we shared a roof terrace with a neighbours apartment and their washing. The bathroom was lethal! Im 81 years old and the shower flooded the room however careful I was. So slippery . Super hotel in central old town Gandia. Very clean with comfortable beds and crispy white bed linen. I emailed to confirm our reservation, reply came almost immediately. Staff delightful and helpful. Mara on reception changed one of our rooms from bath to shower. No problem! We had asked about fireworks display. Mara made sure to tell us it was cancelled due to bad weather. Breakfast great. Excellent staff, the location of the hotel is excellent for the old town as it’s a few minutes walk to Passeig de les Germanies.

I really liked this place. I think it has had a recent refresh because everything looked so good. Miguel behind the desk was extremely helpful and very efficient. Rooms were clean and tidy, and pressure in shower was great. Fantastic location - straight across the road from the main beach. Would recommend.

An excellent hotel with excellent amenities.

It's located right on the seafront. The air conditioning works very well. The hotel staff is excellent. The pool with jacuzzi is comfortable and charming. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming for those of us used to fresh juice and a good espresso in the mornings. However, overall, and because of the excellent service, we'll be back!

Average hotel, I was missing cups and grasses in the room, they put just plastic cups, which isn't very suitable for hotel of this category. Also they could leave some tea and coffee in the room, as usual in others hotels and kettle for make it. But the receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel near the beach and good price

The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me.

We had a great time staying here for the week. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly. Many amenities close by and the beach is a matter of minutes walk. We would recommend staying here. In fact, we have booked to come back next week for a couple more nights
