Very nice beachfront hotel. Panoramic room is superb. Meals are delicious but the restaurant is noisy. All other parts of the hotel are very contemporary. Very good value for money.

Good hotel, Spanish style spa and sauna 🤔 but it is ok. Breakfast and dinner are good, large choices. But you have to double check your bill of drinks, they put all the bottle of vine on the bill instead of a glass.

We have standard rooms. Decent size, has bath/shower, TV, fridge, kettle,safe. Aircon works well. Adequate wardrobe space, comfortable beds. Perfect location and price point for beachside hotel was so good for mid July ($143 for a single room). The he buffet breakfast was class and the pool area right in front of the beach was well designed. I also loved the friendly staff and the pool staff did water aerobics w great music for those interested and then had games for all pool attendees to create fun community for singles and families

Now you would think that a light lunch here in a 4* would be expensive. Well, sit on the terrace overlooking the pool area with the sea in the distance and try the bar snacks menu - excellent value. For example, a decent salad with tuna and/or cheese for 7 euros, fish or meat of the day for 8.50 I think. Location and infrastructure are great. Room is spacious and well maintained. Buffet has many options but is not as tasty as you can expect from such hotel standard.

It's was amazing, the rooms was very fantastic with its nice clean and ordered. The worker's too are very receptive. Above all we enjoyed the place and it's was like a family. The food is also nice and not abusive buffet. Everything was calculated and the test of the food is extraordinary. I will like to recommend this place.

Spent 7 nights there in Feb. Rooms kept spotless & beds comfortable. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Buffet meals with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Free, fast wifi throughout the hotel.

Very good hotel that I recommend. The room was nice and cleaned every day. The service and food both were very good. The only recommendation I can give is to put a clothes dryer on the terrace.

My family stayed there for 7 days. That's grandparents, parents, uncles, aunties and kids. We all agreed it was a great place to stay. The rooms are cleaned every day, the buffet is great with variety and ample healthy food, the staff were always polite and friendly. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the location very good. Buen hotel en el centro de Gandía. Atención excepcional desde el primer momento, de todas y cada una de las personas que nos atendieron, desde recepción hasta las chicas de comedor de un sábado noche. La comida de buen calidad y el desayuno muy bueno y variado. Quizás el mobiliario de la habitación algo anticuado, pero es muy acogedora y confortable, demás de unas camas muy cómodas.

We stayed a few nights in Borgia when in Gandia. Prior to arriving, the hotel was responsive to queries, though only in Spanish! Location was excellent, around 15 mins walk to the train/ coach station & near the main promenade, with easy access to dining options. The hotel facade & lobby itself looked nice but the room was a bit worn, especially the table tops which were peeling & off putting....

Félix and Marta are lovely, they kept our bags for us because we arrived very early, the room is very large and has a huge and super comfortable bed, with a small fridge, everything is very clean, the location is excellent because it is close to the beach and there is a lots of places to eat and shops. Fabulous weekend. The hotel is remodeled, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom very spacious and bright. The charming hotel staff and the very good breakfast buffet, spectacular juices and coffees.

I stayed 2 nights, and the receptionist was amazing. Unfortunately, it's not really clean. The housekeeping was complaining in front of evidence. It is really noisy if people talk in the reception, from the room I could hear everything and it was annoying. It s not on the beach, approx 6 to 10 walking minutes. The best part is that it is really sunny! I will raccomended anyway, just choose a room away...

Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location close to the beach and many possibilities of free parking nearby (mid-June). I would only appreciate some raw vegetables for breakfast as there was none and highlight that depending on the season, the sun might not be shining on the pool after 5:30 pm which is a pity.

This hotel is really good in terms of price, facilities and location. The beach is just a minute away from the hotel. They provide the buffet service for breakfast and lunch and you get a lot of foods choice. The rooms are big and comfortable to stay. The car parking is easily available on the street for free.

I find the bad reviews a bit exaggerated. We were last weekend and everything was perfect. Clean without cockroaches as many say. The food runs out and if they replace it. Also good. Perhaps little change but very good value for money. There is a beach 15 minutes away as they say: Venice beach. All in all very good
