Fabulous Hotel from the minute we walked in . Wonderful, friendly receptionists to welcome us . Quick check in and everything accurately explained verbally and a paper format handed to us to explain everything we needed to know. The superior room we were àllocated on the 11 th floor was beautiful. So extremely spacious and the view from the balcony over the sea front is so beautiful. The room has everything and more from dressing gowns, slippers, bottled water daily and lovely toiletries. The room service is brilliant, the lady who looked after our room so friendly and takes care of our room daily . Fresh sheets bliss , fresh towels bliss a truly wonderful experience. Onto the dining room and it's wonderful staff , you all do such a wonderful job looking after the hotels guests. The food is definitely 5 star plus and the choice is truly amazing. This is the first Hotel we can happily say that provided everything and more to us . This hotel is worthy of 5 stars plus. An Oasis of calm in every area of the hotel. Only one area I felt was neglected was the outdoor bowling area. The carpet could do with a stiff brush or hoovering periodically. The seagulls seem to enjoy flying over and depositing their faecal matter. Definitely a bit of a hazard as the bowls and hands are picking up all manner of nasty things. Otherwise everything Fabulous thank you . Looking forward to returning in spring 2024 for hopefully more blissful days being thoroughly pampered at your wonderful hotel. Well done everyone 👏 👍

Te hacen sentirte como en casa , por todos los aspectos , confortabilidad , amabilidad , saber estar , cariño y un sin fin de cosas , son de 10, son amables desde el primero hasta el ultimo , desde que entras hasta que sales , de verdad , da gusto.

El hotel es pequeño, familiar y a aunque es también para perros es muy limpio y tranquilo. El personal es muy atento y agradable. La comida es buena, al ser pequeño si vas muchos días se repiten las cosas, pero como en la casa de cualquiera. Siempre hay una paella y una fidegua, y pasta con diferentes salsas. Tienen una zona de juegos junto a la piscina para los peques que esta muy bien. La piscina es pequeñita pero no suele haber demasiada gente por lo que se esta muy bien. La habitacion cuadruple muy amplia y los colchones muy comodos, por poner una pega los armarios un poco pequeños, pero al ser de vacaciones uno se apaña. Un hotel al que repetir.

Llevo con esta reserva desde Enero 2022, y cuando me quedan a penas unos días para irme nos llaman del hotel diciendo que nos cambian a otro hotel porque en las fechas (del 5/9 al 12/9 2022) que hemos elegido se va a quedar el hotel para los refugiados. Nos mandan a otro hotel que siempre ha tenido muchas quejas de los clientes y nosotros nos negamos, pero literalmente nos han dicho que o nos cambiamos o tenemos que dejarlo. Mi respuesta le dije que porque no llevaban a los refugiados al otro hotel? y no te dan contestación. Nos han dejado sin vacaciones, y para mi que ha sido una trola de ellos porque seguro que hay overbooking y se han quitado a dos familias que estábamos deseando irnos a descansar unos días.
