We had an amazing time at this hotel, even though it was just for 1 night. The rooms are a great size with a beach view. Very clean and comfortable beds. The pool is very nice and has a unique style. The best part was the distance from the beach.

Everything works extremely well organized. If you opt for the option – half board accommodation, I guarantee you that you will not need anything extra. The location is perfect, and the restaurant staff are really nice. The reception staff were also nice except one evening the sauna didn't work and the young lady got a bit annoyed when I asked when it will be fixed. I thus could not use the sauna during my stay here. The food doesn't have any vegan and very few vegetarian options but other than this everything else was good.

My husband and I are staying at this hotel for the third time. We particularly enjoy the great location, fantastic breakfast on the beach, friendly staff, and excellent room service. The deluxe rooms upstairs are spacious, but unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit dated; we prefer the modern shower to the old bathtub. Breakfast was standard and varied. The pool on the top floor was very nice but a bit chilly; it could have been heated more. The rooms need renovation soon.

Lovely room and hotel. Excellent breakfast. Given how expensive the room was though surprising that we had to pay extra for parking and use of the spa was €35/ hour! We had an extra friend joining us lastinute and the fee for her staying in our room was almost what we had paid each.

Very well keep property with modern and quiet rooms with everything I needed. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent and the balcony was fabulous. I would definitely return here!!!

I stayed there in December 2025. The rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly. It's an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the mountains. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. A convenient 10 minute walk from Altea and a couple of minutes walk from the bus and tram stops. Amazing hotel great service well looked after, the gardens ,pool and inside were immaculate, great location for the town and catching a tram into Benidorm if required. Rooms were clean spacious. Only criticism is getting a drink when you having dinner you have to go back out to the bar no table service
