Hotel Comfort Dauro 2 in Granada

The location was very convenient, close to the cathedral, bars, and the bus stop to visit the Alhambra. However, the overall experience was disappointing.

On the second day, when our room was supposedly "cleaned," we found the sheets and towels dirty. We had followed the hotel’s instructions and left the towels on the floor to request clean ones, but they simply picked them up and hung them back as if they were fresh. Even they added a new one visibly dirty. As for the sheets, the bed had been made, but there was a new stain that wasn’t there before.

I went to the reception to report the issue, and they said someone would come to clean the room as soon as possible. After waiting 40 minutes, we returned to the reception, only to be told that the cleaning staff had already left. Instead of informing us, attempting to solve the problem, or even apologizing, the receptionist chose to let us wait unnecessarily. Later, she questioned whether we had clearly requested cleaning — which felt completely irrelevant.

Eventually, they moved us to the room next door, where the shower flooded the entire bathroom. I also had to bring my pillow from the previous room, as the one in the new room was dirty as well.
