Hotel was so lovely, so close to everything around. Staff were so nice and helpful as well. Patricia. who was one of the staff, helped us out so much as well, always friendly whenever we had any questions

This is the second Time that We visited Ibiza, And Vibra Hotel Mare Nostrum. We were very satisfied, same as last Year. The whole crew was friendly, and kind. Food was more than enough, hotel room is frequent and clean. Hotel had private pool, it was clean and warm.

I had an amazing stay here. Most notable was the guest experience from Uarda, she went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Christian, the bartender, was very attentive to all our needs at the bar. He is a talented bartender who helped make our experience even better than we could have imagined. I highly recommend this hotel, you would not be disappointed.

The breakfast was really amazing. We had a lot of options and good food. The pool and Aqua terrace was really inviting. They do dispose of activities like massages, a ping pong table and snookers as well. The hotel is in a good location near the beach and near the restaurants nearby. All the employers can speak multiple languages from Spanish, French and English. The rooms were cleaned and very nice...

The staff is amazing and always willing to help and be at your service. The receptionist Ciprian has been helpful, kind and has been very professional. It is rare to find quality staff in hotels. But there you can be sure that you will be well taken care of. Servie to Customers is important.

All you need for a good holiday! Nice rooms, plenty of space around the big outside pool that gives you a lot of sunshine all day long, but also some natural shade. Fitness and Spa area provides you with everything you need for a good workout and relaxation. Finally, breakfast and dinner cuisine is exceptional! Everyone can find more than one thing on a menu that they would enjoy! :)

The staff are extremely helpful & the food very nice, the evening shows & daytime activities are very good. One area for improvement would be to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, this is the 1St hotel I've been to that doesn't have them. The TV also only has 10 very basic channels. A very pleasant stay.

Good area and very conveniently located next to the beach. Beds are uncomfortable and some things about the rooms are slightly off but nothing that's a deal breaker.

Really great experience at Eurostars Ibiza. It’s really well run and the staff are so accommodating! Shout out to Rebecca and the other lovely lady on the front desk in particular.. nothing was too much of an ask for them and everything was done with a smile! Breakfast was great with lots of choice! The hotel has great pics online but as far as the pool, it’s MUCH smaller than what it shows. The customer service was amazing! Christina and Miriam at reception specifically. Our door was left open one day after it was cleaned, so that was unsettling as well. Breakfast was very good too!

Good hotel, a mile away from the old city center and very close to the seafront. The single room is really small and so is the bathroom. Good breakfast.

Pillows and beds quite uncomfortable. Everything else was pretty much perfect. The beds/pillows are the only reason I would possibly not consider staying again. If this doesn’t bother you then I would 100% consider this a perfect stay. Location perfect and hygiene impeccable. Quite a cost effective stay overall.

I had an amazing stay with my friends at this hotel over the weekend! Not only did the room exceed our expectations, but so did the staff!! Especially Mateu who was absolutely exceptional and attentive to detail!! We celebrated my friends birthday and he brought to our room an amazing basket filled with goodies and champagne! Stayed for a week. Restaurants were good. The best was lobster pasta at the beach bar. Love it and ordered it several times. The staff where wonderful, very nice people and well trained. I spent 4 nights with my best friend in this hotel. Hotel Vibra Villa, is a very well located and nice hotel. The staff/reception is very helpfull and polite. The rooms are clean, and include everything wat you need for a nice stay in Ibiza. Breakfast was also well worth it. I would recommend this hotel, and would come back next time.

The position is fantastic, in a safe and calm neighborhood by the sea and walking distance from Ibiza city center. The personnel is super friendly and helpful. Loved everything about this hotel! 2 minutes from the beach - very tranquil and safe at night compared to some of the busier hotspots nearby, although if you're interested in those it's also only a 20min walk to Playa den Bossa, or a five minute cab-ride. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. Entry into the events was complimentary as a guest with VIP in and out privileges, no lines and direct access to the club. Sun loungers by the beach and pool were first come first served basis with no minimum spend. We went in late May and had no problem getting chairs. Parking was €20 euro a day, drinks at the restaurants and bars were reasonably priced...

We went to defected on Tuesday and what an incredible day it was. Every DJ absolutely killed their sets. This isn't my first time here and will obviously not be my last. The drinks are expensive but that is how they fund having the biggest artists on the planet in one of the best venues on the planet so go with the expectation that you will spend money or you will be shocked.

Looks good and luxurious with tons of amenities and quite a large morning buffet table. There's a souvenir shop inside the hotel and even live music, plus the pool is huge and there's a direct entrance to the sea. The views are good too, especially if you're on a higher floor. Only thing I can deduct points from is that it's dirty, the kind of dirt that comes from tons of wear and tear.

Very good looking hotel. I got an apartment on the highest floor and the view from there was beautiful. At evening there was a live show on hotel ground floor and it seemed to be very fun and people were active. The breakfast had a lot of variety and overall the stay at the hotel

3* to 4* tops Hotel Not a 5* Hotel feels tired. The pool should be classed as jacuzzi not a pool. It's too small. The mattress was cheap and springy. Pillows all synthetic & not 5* quality. Only provide 1 complimentary bottle of water. Can hear the elevator everytime it's used. It's a nice hotel but highly misleading to be labelled 5* and charge guests 5* prices

The castle grounds which the hotel is inside of the castle walls was closed to traffic for 3 days. They picked us up because no public vehicles were allowed in the Midieval festival. It was a beautiful and clean hotel. Given the inflated prices in Ibiza it's probably worth the price, but it still feels very expensive for what you get. The towels and sheets are old, the furniture and couch are dated. I liked the bed, but its memory foam so i could see others disliking it. The views, however are SPECTACULAR. My husband, two daughters, and I just stayed here for four nights. We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was so fantastic. Room was a great size. Spent a few days here with my partner, we had a fabulous time. The room was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful with answering questions/organizing activities prior to our arrival and during our stay. The rooftop pool bar is a great spot in the evenings with live music on some nights.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. It’s walkable to Hi Ibiza & Ushuaia. The hotel service staff is very accommodating. However, this last time we went the A/C of the room wasn’t working properly. Every day for the past 3 night we had someone checked it out but nothing was fix. I also believe the showers should be updated a bit more due to its drainage. Poor drainage in the bathroom shower...

Exactly what I’d expect from a 4 star. Food is repetitive but we ate out a couple of evenings so didn’t mind. Rooms cleaned daily - would have liked more space as family of 4 in one room with a sofa bed pull out can be tight but it worked. Was a lovely stay - we would definitely return! We enjoyed our stay here! The pool, beach access and location were perfect 👌 My daughter loved the kids club! Was perfect, whilst I did jet skis, she played at the kids club. I'm extremely satisfied. Everything clean, delicious food and excellent stuff. I mostly loved the bartenders (Ivan, Gorgie, Elizabeth - you are the best!). It is beyond my mind how anybody can rate this hotel below 5starts. Because TV has little channels?? Turn it of and go swim in big swimming pool and enjoy fun activities with Eleni and others. The room was very clean and the cleaners came in every day . The pool is so clear and large. Music around the pool is good but not too loud . The food is very nice although a bit “samey”. The animation team are brilliant and very accommodating and polite. Highly recommend this hotel

This is a superbly run hotel. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming. The bar staff in particular by the pool were fabulous and so friendly. And this is a seriously nice outside space. Amazing! A great hotel with all the desirable luxury between Playa d'en Bossa and Figueretas. There is no noise, excellent to rest, directly in Ibiza where the is party everywhere around!

Clean, decent room size, amazing adults terrace and brilliant breakfast, lastly supported by a very reasonable price. Not to forget, a brilliant location - we walked into the old town in the evenings and it was a short drive to the West of the island. Would return here.

Stayed here on holiday with a few friends. Great atmosphere great location. Worth getting a car if you wanna see more of the island! Good was great most of the days no real repeats either. Premium spirits are included in the all inclusive and the rooms were recently renovated! Would go back.

Stayed on a Saturday in late June. About 300 euros for one night. Nice large pool and good location near Den Bossa beach. Room furnishings were modern. Comfortable beds. But the tile floor and bathroom were a little dated. A bit pricey for the quality, but this is summer in Ibiza.

So in love with this Hotel!!!!! Exceptional staff, clean pool, big rooms, amazing view from the balcony!!! This hotel fulfilled all my expectation! Me and my boyfriend spent 8 nights in this hotel and we felt like home, we had really relaxing time. Nice people around, no drunk teenagers only nice families and couples. I must say room was a good size, very good location. Food by the beach was amazing and pool was modern and vibrant. Reviewing those factors my stay was great and good value for money. However if you are looking for a hotel with good service and friendly staff, it was absolutely shocking. It got to the point where me and my girlfriend were afraid to ask for a new room key. Reception was beyond unhelpful...

Stayed here as a couple for 5 nights. We upgraded to a superior double room and it was so worth it for the view and size of the room! The room was cleaned everyday - once it was actually cleaned twice but that must have been a mistake. Car park free to use and gated off for hotel guests only so always get a space. Perfect location for nightlife but away from the noise so can get a good night's sleep...

Great experience at Hotel Garbi! Best of both worlds for Ibiza as it was relaxing but very close to nightlife. Would be perfect for families, friends, couples or anything in between. Rooms were well kept and very nicely renovated. Free breakfast is also a nice touch.

I have not stayed at this hotel. My buddies stayed. The place gave me the impression that the whole environment was clean and tidy. Sea front located with also a pool it may be an interesting place to stay. The view on the bay is great. Talking to my buddies I found that prices were somewhat high when compared with what you get.

Great place to stay in Ibiza! Lovely staff, nice localisation, and awesome view (I recommend the room with the sea view). The swimming pool and the wellness space are also great. Went in March, it was quiet and peaceful. The only negative point is the bad sound insulation.

Paid extra for a room with sea view but was given one with a street view instead. Emailed the hotel directly a week before travelling to confirm the booking but they ignored my email
