Great hotel in l'ampola. Good price, nice little town on the coast.

Located right on the beachfront. Modern, spacious rooms. Access to underground parking difficult. Efficient reception staff. Hot dinner arrived to the table cold. Unacceptable.

Second time staying here. Nice clean hotel a walking distance from town and also close to motorway.

Super stay for 1 night in L'ampolla. Easy access, fast check-in, and nice and clean room. Friendly staff, and close to beach, and restaurants. Parking close by, and free. (October, might be different in summer!).

Ideal for our work, am sure it's location makes it popular with holiday makers too. Good rates, clean rooms and lovely surroundings.

The rooms are simple and there is some damage. The staff does not speak English very well, but are very friendly and willing to help. The food in the restaurant was ok, although I don't think we got what we ordered.

Decent Hotel in the center of L: Ampolla, next to Port. Some 500 m to train station. Staying there only for one night I took the cheaper room off Seaside. I could take my bicycle by lift into my room. But they didn't like that I left my bicycle for someore than 1 hour in the little Mall Behind the Hotel Good breakfast on Seaside terrace with friendly staff.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast limited but, hey, it's free! Location excellent.

Excellent value for a 2 star hotel! Family run! Since this place has a hotel and restaurant it has to be reviewed separately… The restaurant was excellent for the price we paid for… we choose the degustation menu all the dishes were very good. My favorite was the coconut flan, it was one the best i have tried… service was very good and all feel more like family environment, home made food, very friendly...

Food and Drinks were good, but due to the lights in the dining room and the Open Doors, there were hundreds of mosquitos.

We didn't start well, but during lunch it got better. Abundant and excellent food for a very reasonable price. They should have some fans outside, it can get pretty hot. Besides that, recommendable.

We spent a few days in Cau d’amor and we loved it !! The staff that manages the house were very attentive both before we arrived and when we arrived. The house is located in the middle of an olive grove with easy access and very very quiet (just what we were looking for). The house is well equipped and clean. We traveled with a dog and the site was a success. We will be back for sure, we love it

The name of this house says it all, you'll fall in love with it! It is perfect for being a couple. The spectacular land full of olive trees with the sea in the background, the house has everything you need and is decorated with great taste. Very good treatment and details from Rusticmar. good value for money if it's not too busy. nice staff but only the buffet was available in the evening and if you want a light supper it's a long walk to town.

Nice place to stay with the kids and the family. Overall quality Vs prices are fair, food is good and the buffet let you eat as much as you want. A tiny beach and sometimes might be a bit dirty but the swimming pools do their work. Entertainment for the kids and adults and plenty of activities to do just complete a lovely stay.

Great place for a family visit with small children

Brilliant holiday hear only down side is the nearest town is 1.6k away. it's a small town with few shops. Train in to salou and port aventura is €27.90 for 3 passengers. But worth the commute for a good day out

We were on our way to Gibraltar and were looking for an overnight stay. The owner came immediately after calling and gave us a room - not big - but very clean. bed was very good. Would book it for a longer stay. I can't say anything about breakfast, as we were already on the move again at 6 a.m. the next morning. Gladly again.

We arrived a little early but the hotel staff were lovely and allowed us to leave our luggage until our room was ready. The room was clean and the people friendly. However, the AC is controlled by the hotel staff at the lobby, which was very anoying, because it was extremly hot at night and we had to go down to the lobby TWICE to make sure the AC was working properly. A very nice place to stay while you're travelling on a budget. It's near the Garbi beach and has a store nearby if you have to buy something to eat or drink. The staff is very nice and friendly, always there to help. I recomend it if you visit La Rapita, whenever I go there I choose Nou Rocamar. Also it has free wifi so bonus points for that

Stopped in on a bicycle trip. Ramon (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) from the front desk was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Plus, his English was much, much better than my Spanish or Catalan. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for me & my bike and all its bags. Great budget stay!

Location was excellent - central town and approx 15/20 mins walk to marina La Rapita. Staff (owners perhaps) very friendly. Cleanliness excellent. Upgraded to slightly larger room with balcony on arrival for a small fee. Well worth it as balcony actually had a side on town marina view and very bright. Nice for winter sunshine. Shower good power and fridge in room. Extra pillows arrived within minutes...

Nice, comfortable hotel. Rooms were small, but clean and modern and had everything we needed. The only problem was that it wasn't sound proofed at all. So could hear everything from other rooms and hallways, including the showers in the morning. The breakfast was quite good and the reception very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel considering the price (40 euros breakfast included) the walls are a bit thin sound wise but hey who am I to complain.

What is left to be desired by the dated infrastructure is made up by the attentive personnel. Rooms in the hotel are in desperate need of modernisation. Cracked walls and the aircon was giving its last breath. I let the reception know and she had the technician come and do a quick fix. However, the fan kept making big noises in the middle of the night so we had to stop it. It really needs a new one...

Sorry for the poor rating. The camping is really very good, but... From 7 am there is a regular explosion noice. Probably to scare birds from nearby fruit and vegetable fields. It's a little bit like near an airport... without airplanes of course... For most people, no problem at all, but my dog couldn't deal with it.
