Super stay for 1 night in L'ampolla. Easy access, fast check-in, and nice and clean room. Friendly staff, and close to beach, and restaurants. Parking close by, and free. (October, might be different in summer!).

Ideal for our work, am sure it's location makes it popular with holiday makers too. Good rates, clean rooms and lovely surroundings.

We stayed here 1 night on our journey to our house down south. The hotel didn't disappointed us. Service was okay, rooms okay and dinner good. Our dogs were also very welcome. The garage is very small, especially when you arrive with an American 4x4, but after a lot of steering manouvres everything went well. I think we'll come back here.

It was the first stay for me and my dog in a hotel and it couldn't have been better. The staff truly went above and beyond for me and i couldn't be more grateful! Room was really spaceous with a lovely view of the sea and mountains

A few things need to be updated or renewed, but it's been a bad year and I'm sure when things get back to normal these small imperfections will be resolved. The rooms are simple and there is some damage. The staff does not speak English very well, but are very friendly and willing to help. The food in the restaurant was ok, although I don't think we got what we ordered.

Decent Hotel in the center of L: Ampolla, next to Port. Some 500 m to train station. Staying there only for one night I took the cheaper room off Seaside. I could take my bicycle by lift into my room. But they didn't like that I left my bicycle for someore than 1 hour in the little Mall Behind the Hotel Good breakfast on Seaside terrace with friendly staff.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast limited but, hey, it's free! Location excellent.

Food and Drinks were good, but due to the lights in the dining room and the Open Doors, there were hundreds of mosquitos.

We didn't start well, but during lunch it got better. Abundant and excellent food for a very reasonable price. They should have some fans outside, it can get pretty hot. Besides that, recommendable.

We spent a few days in Cau d’amor and we loved it !! The staff that manages the house were very attentive both before we arrived and when we arrived. The house is located in the middle of an olive grove with easy access and very very quiet (just what we were looking for). The house is well equipped and clean. The name of this house says it all, you'll fall in love with it! It is perfect for being a couple. The spectacular land full of olive trees with the sea in the background, the house has everything you need and is decorated with great taste. Very good treatment and details from Rusticmar. good value for money if it's not too busy. nice staff but only the buffet was available in the evening and if you want a light supper it's a long walk to town.

Nice place to stay with the kids and the family. Overall quality Vs prices are fair, food is good and the buffet let you eat as much as you want. A tiny beach and sometimes might be a bit dirty but the swimming pools do their work. Entertainment for the kids and adults and plenty of activities to do just complete a lovely stay.

Brilliant holiday hear only down side is the nearest town is 1.6k away. it's a small town with few shops. Train in to salou and port aventura is €27.90 for 3 passengers. But worth the commute for a good day out

We were on our way to Gibraltar and were looking for an overnight stay. The owner came immediately after calling and gave us a room - not big - but very clean. bed was very good. Would book it for a longer stay. I can't say anything about breakfast, as we were already on the move again at 6 a.m. the next morning. Gladly again.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean room and very good price. Located very close to city center, within walking distance. They even kept our bikes overnight for free and explained in detail all the places to visit.5 well deserved stars.

The room was clean and the people friendly. However, the AC is controlled by the hotel staff at the lobby, which was very anoying, because it was extremly hot at night and we had to go down to the lobby TWICE to make sure the AC was working properly. A very nice place to stay while you're travelling on a budget. It's near the Garbi beach and has a store nearby if you have to buy something to eat or drink. The staff is very nice and friendly, always there to help. I recomend it if you visit La Rapita, whenever I go there I choose Nou Rocamar. Also it has free wifi so bonus points for that

Stopped in on a bicycle trip. Ramon (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) from the front desk was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Plus, his English was much, much better than my Spanish or Catalan. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for me & my bike and all its bags. Great budget stay!

Location was excellent - central town and approx 15/20 mins walk to marina La Rapita. Staff (owners perhaps) very friendly. Cleanliness excellent. Upgraded to slightly larger room with balcony on arrival for a small fee. Well worth it as balcony actually had a side on town marina view and very bright. Nice for winter sunshine. Shower good power and fridge in room. Extra pillows arrived within minutes...

Nice, comfortable hotel. Rooms were small, but clean and modern and had everything we needed. The only problem was that it wasn't sound proofed at all. So could hear everything from other rooms and hallways, including the showers in the morning. The breakfast was quite good and the reception very friendly and helpful.

What is left to be desired by the dated infrastructure is made up by the attentive personnel. Rooms in the hotel are in desperate need of modernisation. Cracked walls and the aircon was giving its last breath. I let the reception know and she had the technician come and do a quick fix. It is mainly a Spanish tourist place to stay. But you also get French and German. The reception can usually deal with English. The Restaurant usual has an English speaker. For an English tourist you get a better understanding of Catalan, Spanish holiday Hotel. Not a young persons place. But you do get couples with children.

We stayed here in July with my wife, daughter and nephew. We had read mixed reviews of the hotel but we took a chance. The hotel is quite big and we were on the 4th floor. It feels more like a 3 stars and not a 4 one. The premises are quiet old and we didn't like the breakfast at all. The orange juice tastes like chemicals and the omelette is very oily.
