This hotel has many positives, perfect location, excellent service and delicious food with a good range of options offered at every meal. However, much of the hotel is very dated and desperately needs updating, particularly the bar and dining room. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great Location Excellent location, right on the beach and a short walk to a good selection of bars and restaurants. Short walk to busses going either direction every 30 minutes. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner has a huge selection of food. The hotel is showing its age in places but clean and perfectly ok to stay in.

Very attentive, friendly and polite staff. There was a wide choice of food in the very clean dining room but the lighting made it feel like a canteen. Food/plates could have been hotter though a microwave oven was available. We had the ground room facing the front which was the last room and we arrived late which had a front entrance view, not great, however the place was really nice and quiet and Abdel at reception was really nice and helpful. Showers could be a little stronger and toilet would constantly drain at times but other than that pretty good value for money.

Location: the location is perfect, it is close to the center of the town with restaurants and shops. There is also a busstop nearby. Rooms: the rooms are spacious and many have a terras or balcony. The bathroom is nice and spacious too. Some of the rooms may need an update as they are a bit outdated and the rooms are very noisy as you can hear the sounds from the hallway and the neighbour room. Absolutely had an amazing stay and what a location and what views. The rooms were good a couple of "tired" issues but nothing that would be me off. The rooms were clean, we had an amazing view and nice to find a fridge in the room. The pool area is clean, plenty of sunbeds, clean toilets and good food. We didn’t stay here. But had a drink in the pool bar and conservatory. Because I stayed here 36yrs ago when I was a child. And it’s just as I remembered with Spanish charm. The location was good, a twenty minute drive the Pueblo Mijas, decent local beaches nearby. However the beach that is by the property is not worth the 5 minute walk. The hotel holiday house, the check-in hall and the holiday house are a little far. The room facilities are a little old, but they are all complete. It is very suitable for a long-term seaside vacation, and the kitchen equipment is very complete.

Lovely hotel shame we were only here for one night due to being on a touring holiday. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the food for the buffet breakfast was superb. The amenities are super nice! The view with the tennis court? And the pool is so picturesque. There was a power outage yesterday and the hotel used I believe its own power supply so we could enjoy a warm shower and provided a large complimentary room for my family. Excellent hotel and restaurant right on the seafront and the coastal boardwalk. The rooms and facilities are 1st class. The restaurant is excellent with great breakfast options and superb dinner menu and food. All the staff from front of house to maintenance and cleaners are friendly and efficient. The apartment is beautifully decorated clean. We loved it. Kitchen was almost fully equipped. In our case we stayed three nights so we could not use it unfortunately. We would definitely come back. The building and the pool were really nice. Location is great.

Probably one of the best established development along the coast, beautiful gardens, clean, safe and relaxing

Truly a spectacular place. Careful maintenance and upkeep combined beautifully with the warm climate of Mijas, turning the resort, especially when it concerns the small paths inbetween the houses (exploring which I cannot recommend enough). All in all an extraordinary location to spend your vacation.

Lovely place, gorgeous grounds, a nice venue to spend an afternoon with family, friends. It's great for groups or couples and a very nice event space. Only downfall was there were too few staff and you had to order food and drink at the bar so at times the queue was quite long. Pleasant short stay. Conveniently located to main coastal trunk roads are f you plan to travel along the Costa del Sol. A pleasant A short walk to bars and restaurants. Do take advantage of the boardwalk from the town to Cala Honda. Every contact with staff was excellent. Always professional and friendly.

Good option in La Cala 3rd time staying here. It’s a good option and close to everything. We had a room at the back so it was quiet. The 24hr reception is good. The only downside is that the rooms are not huge and there are no tea/ coffee facilities but you can request a small kettle at reception. Good value for money and would stay again.

Older hotel with fantastic mountain views in Mijas. Definitely rent a car so you can drive to town. The hotel restaurant had a problem the one night we were there but recommended other places and gave us a fruit platter the next morning with other discounts. Very friendly staff but the shower ran hot and cold. Otherwise very big rooms.

Great location and nice staff. The room is clean, but could be upgraded. Breakfast is OK but expensive. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It is perched high upon a hill and the view towards Fuengirola and the sea is breathtaking. The swimming pool is large enough for a decent swim and the baby pool is save for them because it is properly fenced.

Hotel was well positioned for easy access into town and bars. Hotel had heated large jacuzzi which was nice. From a personal perspective it would have been nice to have a room on a higher floor as we had no view. Staff were lovely and rooms cleaned regularly. We would recommend it.

This is an apartment hotel situated in Sitio de Calahonda urbanisation with a good swimming pool plus facilities. The apartments are large and will easily accommodate a large family. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and bars only a few minutes away.

It's impossible for me to review the aparthhotel, because I went to the medical centre to make an appointment for a "fit to fly" covid test.

Big clean rooms, if a little tired on the decorating front. Very helpful staff. The bad part was the breakfast 'buffet' however, one of the worst excuses for a breakfast you will ever see. To be fair the hotel agreed immediately to refund our breakfast costs and said that it was outsourced, but outsourcing is all about choosing the right partners.
