I stayed here for a couple of nights in mid-August while traveling solo. I mainly needed air conditioning and a comfortable bed to recover from a long journey, and the hotel delivered on that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated.
That said, the room was smaller than expected and faced the rear of the building with no real view. I couldn’t open the curtains due to privacy concerns, which made the space feel a bit closed in.
On the positive side, I really enjoyed the rooftop and the restaurant — both were highlights of my stay. I didn’t have a chance to try the spa, but I imagine it would have been a nice addition.
Overall, a decent stay depending on your needs, with some great amenities balanced by a less-than-ideal room.

Front desk not always staffed. Our room not cleaned one day. (We returned late afternoon for a rest and the room had not been made up). Cheap carpet tiles in corridor.

Lovely and competent staff, clean rooms, not too big but welcoming. Working jacuzzi. A bit far from the center, busses and taxi available outside. Good breakfast buffet.

This hotel has been very good, clean, excellent rooms and hotel in general for it's price/room price ratio. The only aspect I would say it's lacking is the buffet, since the hot food you have to ask for it at the moment

Most incredible shower head I have ever encountered (seriously, it was like a waterfall). I would consider staying here again just because of this shower head xD

Hairdryer was one of the worst I’ve ever used.
Sink counter space was a little smaller than we’d like.
Sink pipe was leaking a little (it was one night, so I didn’t call reception to complain).
We only stayed one night, so none of the cons were dealbreakers in my book. If it had been a longer stay, the small room and leaky sink would have bothered me for sure.

All right. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are good and clean. Although it is not in the center, you can get there within a short walk and the bus station and the English Court are just a stone's throw away.
