It's a really nice hotel, with a nice layout of the rooms and lobby. Free wifi, good prices for at the bar, and to my surprise they actually have rooms for smokers, they ask you if you're a smoker when you checkin, and if yes you can actually smoke in your room (good for smokers). Fui a una charla y pude aparcar en su garaje de forma gratuita. Eso sí, hay q bajar cin cuidado porque la rampa es en forma de caracol. Existen varios salones para eventos. Location is key but the service was terrible. We had a nice view of the ocean from our seaside room. WiFi in the room was dismal. In the lobby Wi-Fi was great, the front desk staff did not know how to make it better. The restaurant server put us on a network on that floor only. The AC never cooled the room. We were there in mid-September. One outlet by the beds.

I did not find lunch great, but reasonable value. Breakfast was good. Service throughout was faultless. Look forward to going back.

If you want to go shopping, it is quite convenient, in a large shopping mall. It is a bit away from the city center, the room is relatively large, and the breakfast is not too rich.

Alright hotel. If staying in a shopping mall rather than the historic centre is your thing. Got dumped there by Vueling when a flight was cancelled. Breakfast was a highlight amongst a rather surreal experience. Pity the meal that was supposed to keep us going for 8 hours wasn't as good as breakfast. It's well situated, but rooms were not as per our expectations. AC was not in functioning condition, they gave us a fan when we complained about it (which also didn't function well). Why allot a room if it's not in working condition? On top of it, the bathtub had a leak. Maybe it was not my day. Breakfast was good by the way!

Excellent location, only worth for then location. I think we might have gotten the tiniest room of all, we could barely fit (2 adults with little luggage). I appreciated the elevator. The shower is tiny. Frontdesk was staffed but not all the time. The room doesn't have a refrigerator, which is a bummer. There's a refrigerator in the lobby with free water bottles, but a fridge in the room is a must...
