The hotel is located near the beach and close to the resort centre of Arenal, in the area with great opportunities for leisure and a variety of shops. A good option for economical youth recreation.

Location: 8 km from airport, 14 km from the centre of Palma, 250 metres from Arenal beach.

Consists of one 12-storey building (4 lifts).

Beach: public sand (Arenal), 250 m (2 coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Poolside deckchairs: free of charge. The beach is 4.6 km away.

I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The door of the shower broke and fell on my girlfriend’s back when closing it, causing multiple wounds that were so severe we had to call an ambulance. Despite the seriousness of the situation, we had to request a new room ourselves, and since then, the management has been completely unresponsive. We haven’t received any compensation, let alone an apology. The lack of concern and responsibility from the management is shocking.

But that’s not all. The hotel itself is filthy. Even after the incident, they would not change the blood-stained bedsheets. The walls are paper-thin, and the place seems to be filled with people with drinking problems. It’s not unusual to find someone taking a piss in the corridors or throwing up randomly.

This hotel is not just poorly managed—it's downright unsafe. Avoid at all costs.

If you want to party all night long that's the place to be, otherwise stay else where. Good value for the money. Slow and small lifts, constant queue for cup of coffee. Decent breakfast, perfect
location for shops, bars, 3 min from the beach ⛱️.

The only good thing here is the location. When I came back today in the evening this woman with curly blonde hair and black glasses shouted at me and my girlfriend. The reason was that we didn't wear our hotel wristband (way too tight and painful). When we showed the wristbands she was still angry and shouting at us why we wouldn't wear it. That's not how you treat a customer, it was humiliating. Besides that the soap wasn't refilled in our bathroom so we had to use our own. Walls are too thin, there is noise at 4 am. That's when the reception should intervene and doesn't. No e-scooters available here, very disappointing. All in all a very overpriced hotel with rude staff and a lot of deficits.

We came here in August 2024 as a couple and wanted to have a week of relaxation.
The rooms are cozy and clean as the service team is cleaning them every day due to the sand and water from the beach. The location is extraordinary very close to a turqoise beach and the hotel has 3 tiny pools if you want to relax close to your room.

The food is great as it is very various and you can choose what you like. And also the prices are not as high as expected.

The only thing which was not the best was the clients of this hotel.
The island is 70% German people and the hotel was full with Germans who came for the night life. Very very noisy and laud and the music was playing almost every night from their rooms and it was disturbing as you cannot rest well.

So as a mention the hotel is super nice and we liked it 98%. The 2% are the people who are screaming and fighting to each other and are very laud and don't respect the other clients of the hotel.

The worst hotel ever. Not like in the pictures. The security guard had his pants down at night in the hallway. The night staff is rude as ever; 0 customer service. We left the same night we came that is how bad it is. We actually started looking for a new hotel and we got it. They would not refund our trip. I do not recommend at all. Oh yea and we booked through Expedia.

The views are stunning but that's where the nice hotel feel ends. We stayed in apartment with a 'full kitchen' and yet there isn't even a sponge or washing up liquid (or soap in the bathroom for that matter) - we seem to be expected to buy our own, which I find strange in a hotel. The walls are all cracked and it looks like the place is falling apart. The first day/night we stayed, the hot water didn't work in the shower either.

Its a really good hotel for a friend's trip to Mallorca. Rooms with beautiful view and the hotel is almost at the beach. The food is very good for the price. The only issue was that there was not enough tables in the buffet area.
The reception girl - Monika was the hero of our stay. She helped us many times and I wish she was there when we were checking in cause the guy who welcomed us in the hotel seemd like he didn't know what to do and checking in 13 people took over an hour.
After all, we liked our stay and once again we would like to thank Monika for everything ❤

All things considered, the stay was very good. Decent room with fine room service. The food was okay. Friendly and helpful staff. Prime localization! The price is right :)

What I liked: the rooms are very clean, they look exactly like in the fotos from their website. The cleaning ladies and the cooks are nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had many good things that you could choose from.
What I didn't like: the receptionists attitude. They were rude, unfriendly and acting with arrogance like they are doing you a favor for speaking with you.
Good to know:
In the room, there is no mini - fridge.
No room has matrimonial bed. There are two beds next to each other.
The hotel has no parking place.
