FERGUS Club Palmanova Park Mini-hotel

Just back from a week here was a great hotel for families. All inclusive was great food was varied and plentiful at all times. Pool with slides and bouncy pillow was great for kids. Rooms were cleaned daily and were comfortable for our family of 4. Great hotel would definitely go back.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were absolutley amazing. nothing was too much for them. they were so helpful and friendly. room was clean and comfortable. to note, don't leave any food lying around as it will attract ants. hotel very forthcoming with sorting ants out when reported. the pool was cold (but to be fair it was April!) however it didnt stop the kids having a good time. the food was very general, lots food, hot and yummy, but could be quite repetitive. always good to go earlyish as the restuarant got very busy from 7pm onwards. entertainment was ok, my mother said she enjoyed it. sadly my 3 year old being tired meant i missed most of it! the only thing I didn't really like was the cocktails from the premade machine. however after a few days discovered i could ask the bar staff to make from fresh and they were always happy to assist!

Fantastic holiday as a single parent with my two children. We had so much fun from start to finish. We arrived late as had a delay and was welcomed with smiles at 1am. Stayed for 10 nights. The hotel front is stunning, staff are so helpful, reception, restaurant, bars and the entertainment team are so welcoming and really funny and entertaining. My two ages 8 and 12 loved them. My son loved the games room which he could visit twice a day and chill to play the PlayStation. The waterslides are great fun and the huge pillow. Rooms are very clean and fresh towels everyday. There’s a gym, table tennis, pool, darts and other games that we enjoyed each day. Food was great, good selection and lots of meat to try. Vegetable dishes were my favourite and the custard… the desserts out of this world. Most importantly for me I felt safe. We also visited the beach a short walk away which is lovely. The sunbeds would be fine if people didn’t hog like 5 at a time. I have two children and just got one bed. Thank you for an amazing holiday with lots of memories and we’ll see you next year. Bingo was amazing too! Great end to our holiday.

Me and my Mum have just gotten back from a well needed girly long weekend away to Fergus club palmanova park. We booked it last minute and knew that it would be a family based hotel and with going in the school summer holidays we knew what would come with that. The hotel is fab for families, activities throughout the day for kids and for adults. And the splash park and slides on the other side is also great for the kids. We arrived in the early hours as our flight was delayed but the gentleman on reception got us checked in quickly and even showed us to our room which was a nice touch. The hotel was very modern and clean, the rooms were again very modern and were so spacious, especially when it was just the 2 of us, but i think even a family of 4 would find the room had enough space. The only thing is you could struggle with storage if you are there in a bigger group. We were only there for 3 days as the 2 of us so we had more an enough space. The maids came each day and changed towels and made the beds etc. One thing that has dropped our review from a 5 star is the sunbed situation. If you are not sat on a sunbed with your towels at 7am you won’t get one. We found this out on the first day when I put our towels down and nipped to the room to grab our towel pegs. In just these 5 minutes our towels had been taken off and someone else was sat there. Our towels had been taken from management and put in reception. Luckily as i had only been 5 minutes we could get another 2 sunbeds but if we had been any longer we would have struggled. I do think that the 40 minute sunbed rule they have is a great idea so that people don’t just put towels down and don’t actually use them. But we found that they didn’t really stick to this. They would put the cards on the towels but wouldn’t return to pick the towels up which was annoying after we had ours picked up on the first day. If they stuck to this rule i think the sunbed situation but be alot better. Saying that, there is no where near enough sunbeds for the hotel capacity. Alot of families got stuck having to use the animation area chairs and sit there all day. But like i said we were only there afew days so getting up at 7am and sitting on the lounger wasn’t the end of the world but i could see it being annoying if we were there for longer. The location of the hotel was abit out of the way compared to other hotels in palmanova but it was only about a 15 minute walk down into the heart of the centre, or a 6€ taxi. The food was average, I think more like a 3* but we always found something to eat. But i think we would have gotten bored of it if we were there for any longer and we aren’t fussy eaters. The staff worked hard to ensure the place was clean and tidy, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone got sat down quickly as at busy meal times there would be queues. Just spent 5 days at this hotel and absolutely recommend I went as a lone parent with 2 teenagers one with autism and one disabled I can't begin to tell you how helpful the staff are here I emailed in advance and was given a ground floor room with a jacuzzi which was a huge hit and suprise for both kids !!!,the lifeguards bought us sunbeds right outside and a parasol and never once removed them the whole time I was able to play in the pool with one if the other didn't want too go outside and be able to keep an eye can't fault them for anything and we will be booking again, thanks to gianfranco and easyjet special assistance even I had a relaxing break and I'm so greatful yes the food is hit and miss but they cater for everyone so of course it's not authentic British cuisine everyday bit try something new you might be surprised!!. the breakfast was 10/10 as was lunch and snack bar we were happy with the selections of drinks etc that were on offer ,we took a taxi to the beach as my daughters mobility wouldn't allow the walk but it is flat and not even 10 mins to plenty of bars,restaurants and shops,hairbraiding,boat trips watersports you name it this hotel is perfectly placed for chilled daytime and family evenings we have had a great time thanks guys see you soon !!!!! 😊

Friendly attentive staff, rooms cleaned everyday, entertainment something different everyday, different theme of food every night but the basics were always there e.g pizza, chips, pasta. Sunbed situation is like anywhere, people up at 6:30AM to reserve, the staff remove them after 40 mins if no one is on them, we would sit on the chairs in the morning and wait for them to become free but we didn’t mind! 10 min walk to shops, bars and the beach but you have got LIDL and TEDI which is just a 5 min walk if that. Inflatables aren’t allowed in the pool however we walked down to a supermarket and we managed to get a Lilo with a net which was allowed. Our room was available straight away even though we arrived at 1pm, we were also upgraded to a pool view & had a bottle of champagne in our room on arrival. Would definitely return & recommend

Is there a limit on the all inclusive alcohol drinks b cocktails going to book this place here for July but want to find out if it’s 3 drinks per person seen a few things about it

We had a great stay, we wished we was staying for longer. Everything was perfect for us, great selection of fresh food and drinks, great service, lots of choice, lovely room, great swimming pools and entertainment, friendly and helpful staff, short walk to the beach which was beautiful and close to lots of fab trips such as boat trips and marineland. Quick transfer from palma. We had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel.

We haven’t been on this type of holiday before, normally Airbnb’s. But this has been one of the best times we have had with a 1 year old the hotel is very friendly, great staff, great food choices, clean, safe and very good value for money. Highly recommend!
