FERGUS Club Palmanova Park Mini-hotel

Just spent 5 days at this hotel and absolutely recommend I went as a lone parent with 2 teenagers one with autism and one disabled I can't begin to tell you how helpful the staff are here I emailed in advance and was given a ground floor room with a jacuzzi which was a huge hit and suprise for both kids !!!,the lifeguards bought us sunbeds right outside and a parasol and never once removed them the whole time I was able to play in the pool with one if the other didn't want too go outside and be able to keep an eye can't fault them for anything and we will be booking again, thanks to gianfranco and easyjet special assistance even I had a relaxing break and I'm so greatful yes the food is hit and miss but they cater for everyone so of course it's not authentic British cuisine everyday bit try something new you might be surprised!!. the breakfast was 10/10 as was lunch and snack bar we were happy with the selections of drinks etc that were on offer ,we took a taxi to the beach as my daughters mobility wouldn't allow the walk but it is flat and not even 10 mins to plenty of bars,restaurants and shops,hairbraiding,boat trips watersports you name it this hotel is perfectly placed for chilled daytime and family evenings we have had a great time thanks guys see you soon !!!!! 😊

Friendly attentive staff, rooms cleaned everyday, entertainment something different everyday, different theme of food every night but the basics were always there e.g pizza, chips, pasta. Sunbed situation is like anywhere, people up at 6:30AM to reserve, the staff remove them after 40 mins if no one is on them, we would sit on the chairs in the morning and wait for them to become free but we didn’t mind! 10 min walk to shops, bars and the beach but you have got LIDL and TEDI which is just a 5 min walk if that. Inflatables aren’t allowed in the pool however we walked down to a supermarket and we managed to get a Lilo with a net which was allowed. Our room was available straight away even though we arrived at 1pm, we were also upgraded to a pool view & had a bottle of champagne in our room on arrival. Would definitely return & recommend

Is there a limit on the all inclusive alcohol drinks b cocktails going to book this place here for July but want to find out if it’s 3 drinks per person seen a few things about it

We had a great stay, we wished we was staying for longer. Everything was perfect for us, great selection of fresh food and drinks, great service, lots of choice, lovely room, great swimming pools and entertainment, friendly and helpful staff, short walk to the beach which was beautiful and close to lots of fab trips such as boat trips and marineland. Quick transfer from palma. We had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel, well-maintained. We were looked after so well from arrival to departure. It was like being at home from home. The staff are so kind, considerate, and professional. The food is excellent, it was so fresh and well presented. The dining area was always very clean and organised. The pools and the sunbeds were of a very high standard, very clean. The entertainment staff are so beautiful, kind, and professional, and they make everyone feel part of the hotel's family, from the youngest to the eldest. We all had an amazing holiday. You do not need to leave the hotel as so much was on offer. However, if you needed a stroll the stunning beach is just a short stroll away. Would recommend a visit to this hotel we will definitely be returning soon.

First time away in many years and this hotel did not disappoint.Friendly staff,their language fluency was amazing,very clean hotel,lovely food with pizza chips and pasta available every day/night with differnet themes (ie mexican) each night and always easily available. Pool was a little cold but you got use to it but very clean and safe with life guards at both pools.10min walk from beach,Lidl and other shops and resturants.Already looking into booking next years

This hotel is a great family hotel. The rooms are clean and a good size. The food is well cooked and a good variety, my daughter always found something to eat, the Nutella dispenser was a big hit for her. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The pools are great although very cold at this time of year. My only other concern at this time of year is that the evening entertainment is outside and although we brought jackets it still was quite cold, could do with some sort of outdoor heaters. We would definitely visit again.

We arrived for a week with 2 young children. Upon arrival the hotel was clean, modern and very welcoming. We were greeted immediately with a smile and we waited to check in. The process was smooth and quick. We had the Magnus room, so it came with a whirlpool. The room was clean and had plenty for us to use, there was a coffee machine, microwave ans kettle which was handy! The whirlpool was great and we used it every day! The cleaners were fab and would clean every day to a high standard and were very friendly. The buffet was fabulous, there was always plenty of choices and it was mixed up daily too. There was plenty for the children to pick to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was always cooked perfectly and was super tasty! They also had a snack bar which served some pastries, burger, chips, hot dogs, pastas and fruit, sometimes puddings too. Again the chefs were all friendly and the food was always replenished quickly and cooked perfectly. There were two pools, one which was perfect for the kids as they had a huge balloon shooting water out the top, the kids loved climbing this and jumping down! The other side of the pool there were 4 slides, there were always life guards and they were very observant and polite. The second pool was bigger and deeper, but it did have a shallower side for children too protected by a barrier. Unfortunately at this time of the year the water was freezing, our youngest has Raynaurds so unfortunately didn't go in the pools, but the eldest was having a blast in both pools. We were grateful for the whirlpool for the little one to play in. The entertainment people were fabulous and really made the holiday great. They love their job and it really shows in the efforts they put in every day during the daily games, kids club and the evening entertainment. We didn't stay for the evening entertainment but we did enjoy the kids mini disco every evening! Each member of staff from the reception, cleaners, chefs, entertainers, managers absolutely everyone gave the kids so much attention and always greeted us with a smile. We really have enjoyed this holiday and the staff made the kids so happy which made us happy! We really will hope to come back one summer when the water is warmer!
