FERGUS Style Tobago - Adults Only Mini-hotel

Good points. Hotel very clean and staff helpful Excellent choice of food. Not so good points Sleep disturbed EVERY night in the early hours of the morning due to the hotel being at the bottom of Magaluf strip,drunks shouting, and screaming at each other,we were in a sea view room. Couldn't get a sunbed after 9am as they were all reserved but not being used, so unfortunately, we were unable to use this facility during our week stay. Rooms were small, not enough storage space.

This was our fourth consecutive holiday at Hotel Fegus Style Tobago.This year there were a few things that were different, we mostly enjoyed our stay but this time.. 1. Ants all over the tables nearest the window in the dining room. 2. Poor quality beef, very chewy in meat selection. 3. Too much of the cheapest meat, ie Pork 4. Toaster broken yet again, theres only 2 toasters and they are the same ones since 5 years ago and are always problematic. 5. Lack of aircon in dining room and reception this year. 6. Now the hotel will not accept cash this year and could not get a drink in the hotel bars without whacking it all on the room number and being landed with a bill at the end of your stay that youve lost track of, and the rudeness of the bar staff in both bars trying to explain this. 7. On checkout at reception, we were told we had ordered drinks in the dining room on 2 nights which we had not as we did not have drinks there as they are too expensive and you also need to give your room number so it can be added to your bill, so either somebody had used our room number as a drink order, or they had been added on purpose or by accident, i just dont know. Never the less, we did not pay for these. We really do and did like the hotel and the majority of the staff but with the continuing price rises each year it just didnt seem to cut it this year and we are unsure whether or not we will be going back next year. Needless to say, it still is one of our favourites and know there is alot worse out there.

The hotel is spotless food excellent staff friendly Now for downside, same sheets All week, booked Seaview allocated side view, annoying when people tell you they booked standard and ended up with full sea view , they obviously had rooms I should have had!! 3 out of 7 days had water dripping in toilet from vent above supposedly Fixed each time, what a joke, Now the noise from Magaluf ***** Absolutely dreadful I woke to the noise at 3 am went out on balcony group of lads shouting foul language And comments that were so disgusting to repeat!! The noise occurs every night with cars whizzing around . Early morning deliveries with engines running for 30 mins or more. Security guard was sat outside on his phone with boys literally 10 feet away from him and did nothing but we found out that he did have the power to tell them to move on Week of my life I will never get back !!
