FERGUS Style Tobago - Adults Only Mini-hotel

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location. A lot of attention is paid to guest service. This starts at the reception, where check-in is very smooth and luggage is brought to the room. The hotel is very clean, and this is evident in the daily cleaning of the rooms, the beds, and the beautifully laundered towels. The food in the restaurant is varied, with a different theme every day. The pool is a bit small for the many guests the hotel accommodates, but putting down a towel at the pool is not an option; after 45 minutes, towels are taken away if there are no guests on the sunbeds. On the eighth floor, there is a small pool with a bar where you can enjoy a cocktail and the beautiful view. The beach is about 100 meters away; just across the street, you can find your spot on Palma Nova beach. We would love to return.

Amazing hotel! Can not wait to next year! Lovely pool area was worried about review’s regarding beds, yes there is not enough most times but still managed to get one when people leave etc. (music during pool was boring but fitted the calm vibe, would of liked something a little little bit more upbeat but will bring my AirPods next time it was not a massive deal or problem) Rooftop bar was lovely too! Thanks Lara for great service! (Think that was her name she’s an Argentinean lady) .. lovely breakfast and meals in the evening! We had a late flight and there’s a shower room you can book it later in the day after checkout which was nice too. Simply a lovely, clean and chilled hotel with great guests (most were respectful) also which is important thank you everyone.

Will try and keep it short. After reading some Reviews was a bits worried. but honestly this Hotel was amazing in all aspects, food, service, staff, pool area, rooms and very clean everywhere. People where complaining on Tripadvisor about not enough sunbeds, which when you come down at 12-1oc then yes, we never had a problem getting one, the beach is beautiful. Thank You to all the staff for a lovely stay.

If you really want everything of the best, go here. Second time, and you get the wow experience. From start to end. The reception, the room,the breakfast? Wooow! and then the best.. the staff. This is a 5 stars because of the hotel and location ( go for a dipp in the sea 10 meter away) but the staff, they are 5🌟 ps, the food is amazing as well🌟

We had a short weekend away to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay, excellent location and the hotel is very clean! Beds really comfy, considering I am a very light sleeper I was worried when I read some of the other reviews about noise But I didn’t hear a thing! And we were on the second floor at the end next to a road! Breakfast was a good selection, and had its own little Gluten free area ( I am coeliac) Hotel staff are friendly and there is alway someone on reception who is eager to help. I would stay here again, the sky bar is brilliant, views are beautiful and very chilled although it does get busy to get a drink. We didn’t use the swimming pool as we love the beach, but it looked as tho most of the sunbeds had been taken by the towel warriors by 9am so this would be the only down fall.

Fergus Tobago Stayed here as couple (in our 40's) July 2025. We were the second drop off on the transfer (Jet2) which was great, 25 mins max from airport. Upon arrival there was amazing reception, amazing smell! Room was ready which was great as we travelled overnight and were shattered, however this is potluck with an early flight and early arrival. We were given a complimentary drink upon arrival also. Staff were very friendly. Room was a Premier Double Room (Sea View) - The room is modern and open plan with frosted glass for the shower and toilet - having read previous reviews we were aware of this, quite a small room for the premier upgrade (guess you are paying for the view). Not a lot of storage space and hanging space not suitable to hang long dresses. Amazing air conditioning. Robes and Slippers. The hotel itself is not noisy whatsoever; however, the balcony door is not soundproof – heard youngsters coming home every morning from Magaluf, couples in the street having domestic etc. Not hotels fault but it did wake me nearly every morning. Pool Area –Due to location (which is superb), I guess in a built-up area, the outside space in this hotel is so limited. This is why the pool is in shade until late morning. Had issues with getting a sunbeds and umbrellas. I did not think this would be an issue in an adult only hotel. By the time we were having breakfast at approx. 9 am. There were no free beds. Towels are provided and they tell you not to reserve but this was happening daily and lots of arguments with the lifeguard were witnessed. Pool had no gradual slope, small shallow end and then a very deep end. And metal step ladders to enter pool (no good for mobility issues). We felt we needed to spend out and book the Bali Beds (50 euros per day) for four days out of the seven, just to have a relaxing time and not have the stress of getting beds and being squashed in like sardines and almost touching the person next you. Roof Pool – Did not use – Lovely views – Beds up there are 70 Euros for the day. Bar - Great bar service during the day and evening and excellent selection of pool bar food. Extremely impressed. Would be better of the hotel advertised the entertainment – we did not know this was happening on some of the nights – judging by the number of guests (hardly any) neither did anyone else. Restaurant - Lovely, exactly what you what you expect from a buffet restaurant, could not fault it. Also ate in two nights out of seven for evening meal. Again, could not fault it. The hotel is CASHLESS so be aware be travel, Jet2 did not make us aware it was just by reading other reviews I found out. This hotel is in a superb location out of the bottom gate at the pool you are on the beach front and prom of Palma Nova, turn left up into Magaluf. About a 5min walk to the beaches. Umbrella and beds on the beach were twenty euros for the day. Lovely, classy bars and restaurants in both Palma Nova and Magaluf (yes you still have the rowdy tacky

Went for 5nights to celebrate my 25th birthday with my partner. We were honestly blown away, from the amazing service from every single staff member we spoke to, the facilities and food. Stunning hotel exactly as described and shown in pictures, food option and quality of food can tell all the best produced were used never had such great hotel food, restaurant quality. My partner told me not to forget to mention the passionfruit and mango daiquiri, highly recommend trying as is the best drink we have ever had! Too top it off I was gifted a gorgeous bottle of wine and little cake and card for my birthday. So grafted for the experience, first time in mallorca and will definitely be back again! 10000/10. Stayed in hotel for five nights end of April. Hotel is stunning and well looked after by staff. Very clean and staff couldn’t be more helpful. As per other reviews the pool is mainly shaded until around 11am and the pool is absolutely freezing but in the hight of summer will be appreciated. There are Bali beds for hire around the pool which we made use of which was an extra luxury the hotel offered for a price of €40. We also used the beds on the roof top pool which is absolutely beautiful, again for a price of €75. Only downfall is WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms, works everywhere in the hotel but have to be on the balcony for it to connect. Will definitely be returning. Weather was lovely, an hour or two of rain one day but other than that boiling hot.

This hotel is by far the best in the area.Good location right near the beach . We upgraded to suite at a very reasonable price and it’s amazing,with separate area upstairs with jacuzzi and double sun lounger and the room its self is excellent. The breakfast here is quality and with plenty of choice.The staff are all very pleasant and friendly. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Where do I start ? This hotel is amazing .Hubby and I have got back this afternoon from a long weekend away staying here .The staff are amazing ! So pleasant and helpful .Everywhere is spotless and the hotel has a lovely contemporary feel . The food ! OMG ! 5 star plus .We had a beautiful room overlooking the beach which is over the road . Bed and pillows are so comfy …all in all I couldn’t fault anything about it …wouldn’t hesitate to return which we definitely do ! The hotel is within a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins and you are in the heart of Palma Nova itself with lots of eateries and pubs .
