great stay in a renovated old town house. Good location, quiet and comfortable room, tasty breakfast and invating bar on the terrace. Personnel was very atentive and suggested parking in a garage on Bernardino road which is short walk away.

This is a fantastic hotel in the old town of Las Palmas. Staff are very friendly and helpful. On our arrival, the receptionist kindly gave us some maps and recommended places that we might like to visit during our first trip to Gran Canaria. The staff at the rooftop bar are also excellent, and we were offered a free welcome drink after checking in. We were able to travel around the island easily by bus, and the hotel is only a short walk away from the bus station. The hotel and our room was beautifully decorated throughout.

Lovely hotel, all staff excellent, position ideal. Disappointed with breakfast, items that should be served hot were only tepid.

We stayed for one week on B&B basis in a superior room 303 (recommended). First let me recognise everyone of the hotels staff who were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Any little problem we had, mostly of our making, was solved speedily. Help with tourist visits given and arranged for us. The location is perfect in the old historic quarter of Triana and just 10 minutes from Vegueta area where most of the historical sights are located. The hotel is a converted "manor house" and the conversion to a boutique hotel has been done with such style and finesse. The interior design is superb and the way that the original fittings have been preserved and yet complemented by all the needs of a modern hotel is outstanding. The breakfast offering is OK/acceptable in a smallish breakfast room. Even so, some improvements could easily be possible e.g. more fresh fruit, yoghurt choices, real hot water for tea! Would we stay there again ...absolutely

Very nice hotel , lovely place. The room was very nice and clean very quiet. At check-in the receptionist Raqule was very informative and gave us alm the information we needed for the 3 night we were there. We stayed in the beginning of January for the 3 kings parade and loved the l LAS PALMAS and the whole Gran Canaria. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a small modern hotel within an old building, within 10 min walk of the old town Our room was on the ground floor with no view from the window which didn’t matter to us. The room was very well equipped with coffee machine and kettle and a really great shower. There is a small breakfast area with a selection of foods which was very good and no problem getting a table when we wanted. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a nice open air rooftop bar but a bit cold in January. The hotel has an arrangement with a local underground car park 5 min walk away and costs €10 per day through the hotel. You must collect a parking ticket from the hotel before going to the parking just scan the ticket on at the barrier on entry and exit from the car park. Communication with the hotel was great and very efficient.
